Best Experience from start to finish. Amber and Jason are great. Amber worked with us and assisted with everything from start to finish. Her advice was so helpful, we could not have done this without a company like Flooring Warehouse. We absolutely love our new shower and flooring! As I said, Amber was awesome, and she even offered a portable AC when I mentioned our AC went out! She is great! We definitely recommend them, and will use again in any future project. read more

This has been an absolutely horrible experience. The crew sent to do the install were completely disrespectful in my house. And then Friday left without completing the job. I had to find another person to come in and paint and fix all of the issues on my walls. They never finished the job and I've been stuck with incomplete flooring. That was almost a month ago and I'm being told to wait another three weeks before they can finish. read more

New carpeting I am happy with Flooring Warehouse 1905 S. Austin Avenue, Georgetown Texas, 512-737-3200. Jason worked with me to get the highest quality, lowest priced carpeting installed within 24 hours of my visit to their Georgetown, Texas warehouse. So delighted to discover an old school carpet business with terrific customer service and no third-party AI to add complexity to what used to be a straight forward process. Thank you Alfredo and Carmelo for working diligently to install the carpet and for taking time to make sure the work area and carpets were vacuumed so there was no mess for me to clean. read more

We have used Flooring Warehouse before. We decided to go back when we were in the market to redo our kitchen/den flooring. We couldn't be more pleased. Amber was helpful in assisting us in our tile and grout choice. Fernando did an amazing job with installation. We highly recommend Flooring Warehouse!! read more

This is my second project with Jason & the team at Flooring Warehouse and again they knocked it out of the park. They do more than floors. I had a backsplash removed and a new one installed. I work from home and was worried about the noise or mess- neither were a problem. The whole project, including new drywall, took less than 3 days. He left my kitchen spotless clean as well. I cannot say enough positive things about the installer. He was so detailed. The grout lines and tile cuts are perfectly measured & sharp. Don't go anywhere else for tile work! They are the best. read more

I can't rate the Flooring Warehouse in Georgetown highly enough! After extensive research, I selected them not only because they had great pricing but because Jason Jaco, their sales rep was so knowledgeable and on top of everything. He responded to all of my questions with professionalism and in a timely manner. Tim, the installation manager kept in close contact and he and Jason both provided great follow-up. Alejandro, our installer was amazing. The quality of his work was excellent and his work ethic was outstanding. He stayed late to complete our hardwood floors and matched them to our existing floors seamlessly. I would highly recommend Flooring Warehouse in Georgetown to anyone looking for high quality and great prices. Thank you Jason, Tim, and Alejandro! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Flooring Warehouse. After dealing with multiple poor contractors in the last few years, I had put off getting new floors because I didn't want to deal with the stress and headache of yet another bad experience. I had been to a couple local flooring places, but it was just overwhelming with so many choices and not enough store help. After finally getting tired of the unsealed concrete we'd been living on, I searched yelp and came across Flooring Warehouse. They had great reviews, and I decided to stop in and check them out. Let me just say that Amber was a godsend. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel less overwhelmed by the whole process. She was also very patient with my many visits while searching for the perfect floor. I was nervous about biting the bullet because this was a one time purchase for us, and it had to be perfect. I took home 20+ samples over 3 months and still wasn't set on any of them. During that time, Amber was great about checking in with me and informing me about sales going on. The last round of samples led to a winner, and we scheduled an install date that easily worked around my schedule. Install was nothing short of spectacular. It was a four day deal, and the team was wonderful about leaving the house in working order each night. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard all day long. Not a single issue. It's so refreshing to have a project completed so flawlessly. The price was on par with other local stores, and I would have easily paid more for the results I received. read more

After searching Georgetown for wood flooring that would compliment an existing flooring we finally found it at Flooring Warehouse. We visited the store on a Saturday and was greeted by Amber. She is a long time employee of Flooring Warehouse. Amber was Great she knows flooring like no one else in Georgetown seemed to. She showed us several options. The Store has a nice selection and is well organized. Amber came out to measure the spaces and delivered us a quote within hours. Installation was set up and within about 10 days our floors were being installed. The installation was wonderful and very professional. The floors are beautiful and the match could not be better. Many thanks to Amber and the efficient staff at Flooring Warehouse. My experience could not have been better. MJC read more

for a flooring contractor, they were ok to deal with overall.... but they misunderstood when I said would not have movers put anything in those rooms,( which I did) but two items will need to go in when done (bed and panels) at install they balked at having to put those 2 items sitting next to door in!!!! ranted about charging 125!!!! really??? left a senior woman stranded. Never again! read more

Having done business with Stephen E. on countless projects for our homes over the years, we needed a backsplash and called on him to help us. This was after we tried multiple dealers in our area and kept getting the feeling that we weren't getting the best value. As always, Stephen came through for us in multiple ways. His guidance on design is always spot on. Not to mention that his pricing is so much better than any other flooring store in our area. This is why we made the trek to the Austin Area to seek out his guidance. It was well worth the trip for us to get a product that made our kitchen look incredible and at a price that was out of this world. read more

Recently I bought a new home in Georgetown Town and the floors were just way too dark for me. I visited several flooring places and the big box stores and just couldn't find anything I liked. Well when I walked into Flooring Warehouse, I wasn't even there 5 minutes and found a floor that was absolutely beautiful. I'm not sure but I think the two gentlemen that work there Brandon & Stephen are a Father & Son team. They are both very knowledgeable and had some incredible ideas which is what I needed. Awesome service great prices. What more could you ask for. If you ever need flooring or just advice you gotta go see these guys! read more

Once I decided to change the kitchen/entry tile in my rental home, the next decision was which supplier to get the job done quickly within my budget. I selected Flooring Warehouse, met with Stephen Eubanks, and I'm happy to report what a good experience it's been. The tile I chose wasn't something they had in stock; but it only took a few days for it to come in. It was on sale, which is always a good thing. This allowed me to get the flooring I wanted at a price I could live with. The in-home measurement/installation was booked very quickly with no hiccups at all. The installation crew was exceptional. It was clear they had high standards. They kept everything neat, made sure every cut was just right, and gave us a beautiful floor. Without a doubt, this was a very quick, painless, and pleasant experience. I will go right back to this store when I am in the market for flooring again. read more

I'm currently remodeling my home and needed flooring for the lower level of my home. I received multiple quotes before a friend recommended Amber and Flooring Warehouse based on his recent experience. They use the best materials available, are extremely knowledgeable and the pricing is extremely fair. The experience with Amber was night and day compared to the other companies that were clearly more interested in profits than making sure I was well taken care of and that my home would look it's very best in the end. You can't go wrong with Amber and Flooring Warehouse! read more

I really didn't think getting new floors would be as smooth a process as this was. Since we were moving into a house with questionable carpeting, my first priority was to get flooring in before getting our furniture set in place. I spoke to Stephen before we even moved to the area; and was impressed by his patience and knowledge- as I really had no idea what kind of floor I wanted. We must have been in the store over an hour discussing benefits of the different flooring options and looking at color samples. We finally settled on 3 favorites, and Stephen encouraged us to take them home and see how they looked there, before he came out to measure the space. We had also booked an appointment with a 'national brand' floor company who had very limited choices and a MUCH higher price. I was very happy to be able to support a local business, get EXCEPTIONAL service, quick and clean installation (thank you, Edgar and team) all at a reasonable price for a great product. My floors look great, and I am so happy with the choice we made to go with Flooring Warehouse Georgetown. read more

Love my new floors! Stephen was incredible! I had no experience in what to get, or the choices The store had an incredible amount of inventory which Stephen narrowed down according to my needs. Even after my decision, he patiently answered my questions. Once the floors arrived for installation, the crew was fantastic too! They worked hard with experience and attention to detail. When it comes to replacing flooring in other rooms, I will be back!! read more

I have been trying to get new floors installed for over a year. A friend recommended me to try Flooring Warehouse. Stephen made a stress inducing decision a breeze. He was knowledgeable, patient, and listened to what I wanted and the price range I was dealing with. Alex and Manny were the installers. They were polite, but stayed busy until the job was done. I was thrilled with how wonderful the new floors looked and the efficiency of the team!! I highly recommend this location, Stephen, installation team and the trust you can place in the entire process! You won't be sorry! read more

I visited several different stores and received estimates from all of them. Stephen was far and away the most helpful. He made sure we had the right carpet for our needs and gladly let us keep samples for several days. He was very aware of budget concerns and never tried to upsell us on anything. In fact, he encouraged us to wait for his Black Friday sale, which saved us several hundred dollars. When there was a delay in our carpet order, he got us upgraded at no additional cost to ensure our scheduled install date was met. He cares about the satisfaction of his customers above all, and that is what made this a stress free experience. read more

We recently bought an older home in Georgetown and wanted to replace all the flooring before moving in. We wanted a quick install but even more important was quality. We got all of it and more. Kimberly came out to the house, drew up plans and took measurements and gave me her design ideas which I loved. A team was scheduled to start in a couple of days. They showed up promptly on Saturday and got started. Raphael, the foreman suggested a different layout design with my tile to show off the pattern. He brought in several of the 24 inch tiles and laid them out two different ways so that I could get a better visual. He was right, I liked his ideas better. The guys worked Saturday, Sunday and Monday and finished the job. They did a beautiful job, I couldn't be happier. Because the house was older, the floor needed leveling. I installed over 1000 square feet of tile and 600 square feel of Acacia wood. read more

We needed to replace a small area of carpet. Someone came out and measured, then we were called to set up an installation date. It was set for a certain day at 3:00. 5:00 no one had come. We called the warehouse and were told they would call the installers and get back with us. We called a half hour later because we hadn't received an update. We rescheduled for the next day 9:30 -10:30 am. The installers arrived at 5:15, right after we had rescheduled for the following day. He was ready to work, so he brought in the carpet and pad. The area didn't have carpet nail strips down. He didn't bring any, the person who measured didn't let them know they would need them. He said he would be back in the morning between 9:30 - 10:30. It is now 11:10 and they just arrived. read more
