I also told them I would be in the bench by the tram door and he confirmed he would meet me there at 10am. I rearranged my day to drive to the lake and meet them out there. At 10:30 I called their office and the same girl that scheduled me said that she didn't see me in the schedule then came back and said oh it was yesterday morning. I explained that I hadn't called them until yesterday late afternoon so that was impossible and read her the email I received confirming I was correct. She then said oh well he is sick today and she said he told her he contacted me, which was untrue via phone, email or text. She said she would just reschedule. Well I don't want anything to do with a company that is that can't get themselves together from the get go. That was a waist of 2 hours for me and they couldn't care less. A company that isn't more competent than that isn't getting my business or more of my time.

When installation day came the crew showed up right on time. They didn't give us a four hour block of time that we had to be there for like some other service oriented businesses. We knew what time they were going to show up and they came on time. The installation crew were professional and answered the few questions we had. I was amazed at the speed by which they could do things. Our whole project was completed in only a day! It looks fantastic. We love it. We get complements on it when friends visit.
