Bernardo and his team were absolute pros with the flooring replacement project on our new home. His team showed up on time and got right to work removing the old carpet and tile flooring and installing the new tile and wood very quickly. He and his team made sure it was a true turn key job and was very helping making suggestions and answering questions. Couldn't recommend him enough! read more

Professional, clean, easy to work with and quality work at a fair price. We purchased a new home and wanted the rooms with carpet removed and replaced with the existing flooring in the common areas. I purchased the flooring & materials. Kings Perez removed and installed everything. Great work, we are 3 months past the completion and zero issues. The new flooring was tied into the existing flooring properly. Love the work. read more

Brought my flooring and installed it and did a good job but I called him about the quality of the product for imperfections in it. He was supposed to come out and check it, but didn't never show. I have not heard from him since they've installed the floors and collected money. read more

We are extremely impressed and happy with Kings Perez Flooring. We got quotes for our LVP flooring install and all the other companies said it would take at least 5 days. Kings Perez Flooring said it would take a day and a half, we were hopeful but had our doubts. Well, Bernardo's team got it done in one day! Not only are they fast, efficient, meticulous, they pay attention to detail, but they are also affordable. They have great customer service! They provide updated pictures and excellent communication throughout your project. We are very happy that we are able to finally have beautiful floors thanks to Kings Perez Flooring. We will likely be contracting them for future projects. We highly recommend them for your home renovations. read more

*Scope: Install/labor on apprx 460sf of waterproof engineered hardwood flooring planks (liv rm,study, hall). *Bernardo was quick to respond to my quote request (from their website) and came out within 48hrs. *I let the flooring acclimate for 3weeks just to be safe. *The crew arrived early and within the first 3hrs they had removed the old carpet, poured the levelling compound & laid down the 6mil vapor barrier. They were finished with the flooring & transition strips by 4pm. Jose#1, Alex & Jose#2 did a great job on the install. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed! read more

I can't say enough good things about Bernardo and his crew! I get so annoyed by companies that offer online forms of communication and just reply with "please call us". I am on the phone all day at work and Bernardo was so easy to reach via email or text. He came out and gave me a quote (a couple actually cause I wasn't sore what I wanted) and told me what to expect. He said the job would be done in 3 days and I just padded that cause no job ever only takes what was what estimated, but this job was! His crew was so nice and prompt and professional and my floors are gorgeous! I've already recommended this team to two friends and recommend them to you all too! read more

I'm so glad we found Bernardo and his team at Kings Perez Flooring to work on our remodel! Our original contractor walked off the job and left our project unfinished. We were anxious to get our project completed as we were moving into our new house soon and were left with no floors or bathrooms. After a frantic search online, I came across Kings Perez Flooring and reached out to Bernardo who responded immediately despite it being a weekend. He was able to stop by our house the next day and provide us a competitive quote to finish our project. Throughout the project from start to finish, Bernado was communicative, professional, and efficient, doing what was needed to get the project finished in time. He was able to complete the remodel in a matter of a week (way before our moving date) and complete the project quickly and efficiently. The finish of the work was of top quality and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Bernardo and his team again for any project that we have and highly recommend him for any project you have. Thank you, Bernardo! read more

We replaced carpet with vinyl plank flooring in 2 large rooms with Kings Perez and had a perfect experience. Bernardo and his team were a pleasure to work with - they are extremely knowledgable, quick to respond to emails with any questions we had, and they were very efficient with the install. All of the other companies I inquired with said that the install would take 3 days, but Kings Perez got it all done in less than a day which was important bc we had to make accommodations for a toddler and an older dog. We are very impressed with the end result, as they did a seamless job. We will definitely be hiring them again for future projects. read more

Not happy with the install at all. Flooring was installed, but wouldn't adhere to the floor since it wasn't leveled properly.

February 2024 Kings Perez Flooring installed laminate in my home and vinyl flooring in my neighbor's home. They did a fantastic job start to finish. They worked diligently, were very professional, and left the areas clean. You should let them provide a quote for your project! I am happy with the quality of workmanship on my floors for a reasonable price for experience professionals. read more

Kings Perez did an incredible job installing our new floor. We had them install the floors (vinyl plank flooring) in our kitchen and redo the floors in the main room, which were poorly installed by someone our contractor hired. Bernardo and his team were able to complete the job in a day and the floors look SO much better now!! Bernardo was very polite and responsive (reached out to me within 30 mins of my inquiry), gave me a reasonable quote, and had the job finished just 5 days after I contacted him. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a floor installer as well as use him for future floor installation in my house. read more

All the 5 star reviews below are valid, so I won't re-hash them. Bernardo and his crew are true professionals, and did a fantastic job on our floors. I would use them again without hesitation. I had thoughts about DIYing this myself, but I had tile that needed to be removed and I don't think people understand how involved and messy removing tile is. Im glad I had them do it, because that is serious labor intensive work that should be left to professionals. If you are thinking about having your floors re-done, check them out, you won't be disappointed. read more

Bernardo and the crew did an amazing job on two big projects: a traditional hardwood floor and a tile job in my primary bathroom. They were professional and courteous at all times, responsive to questions before and during the project, and fast to boot. Best in the Biz! Bernardo walked us through the process from start to finish: came out to measure, sent us an estimate with materials needed, reviewed materials for accuracy, was flexible on dates, came on time, completed the job in less than half the estimated time, had a kind and communicative crew, cleaned up well, price transparency and fair pricing. I mean list goes on. I am so appreciative for what Bernardo and his crew did - new LVP + new tile in each bathroom. It looks beautiful! THANK YOU BERNARDO AND CREW! read more

Quick response, fair price, completed replacing flooring quickly. Kept me informed of any issues.

Kings Perez did a wonderful job, quickly, and with an affordable price. I received an online quote for labor and was helped with ordering materials. The guys only took a day and a half for a large patio. I'm sure the hexagon tile also added complexity. I hope to work again with them in the future. read more

I highly recommend Kings Perez for flooring. They recarpeted my stairs and master and replaced some carpet in my house with LVP and everything looks great. They took care of picking up the carpet and LVP at 2 different stores, moved my furniture, installed everything and moved furniture back... and hauled away the old stuff. Really a great job and everyone works very efficiently, cleaning up as they go,etc. I had 8 or so guys working at one time and they all kept busy and worked great together and are very skillful at their craft. Would definitely use them again. read more

We needed to replace carpeting in three rooms with vinyl planking and one room and stairs with carpeting. Chose Mr. Perez from reviews and also he had a great reputation with the flooring folks at Lowe's. He came in with a big crew and spent the morning leveling out three floors while others worked on stairs and carpeting bedroom. They moved all the furniture (we boxed what we could) without damaging anything. The installation was complete by late afternoon and all trash picked up. The results were wonderful and highly professional. A little expensive compared to other outfits I suspect, but worth every penny if you want it done right. read more

Flooded the bathroom sink resulting in wet carpet and laminate flooring. Reached out to several craftsmen through yelp and other websites. Bernardo answered my request almost immediately. Scheduled for the following day. He arrived early, and was ready not only with a quote, but also ready to do the work. He removed the damaged laminate, pulled back the carpet in adjoining rooms to make sure it was dried, replaced damaged laminate and re-stretched the carpet which looked perfect. They completed the job professionally and expertly, cleaned up and actually vacuumed the carpet and finished in a timely fashion. I was very happy with the work and would happily use them again. read more

Had a great experience getting a quote for flooring and setting up the work the very next day. Bernard and crew were super friendly and fast! They took out ugly carpets, dark ceramic tile and old laminate, installed vinyl, tied it together well with existing flooring and beautified our space. It was an overnight transformation. Would certainly recommend if you want good work done efficiently and priced well. read more

Water damage from under the back door caused major damage to our engineered flooring. Requested some estimates from various contractors and boy were they HIGH! After watching some u-tube videos I thought I would try the repair myself. WRONG!! Then I contacted Kings Perez Flooring. The quote I received was lower than any other, and they were able to fit me in in a few days. They arrived on time, and in two hours (the amount of time I spent pulling up a two foot patch) they were done. The floor looks excellent, I can't tell it's been repaired. I plan to keep their number, and highly recommend them. read more

My husband has used Bernardo on some of his clients homes. He does great work and very competitive prices. Highly recommend him.

Responsive, reliable, and efficient, helped me save money by purchasing my own materials and supplies. Would use again.

Asked for a quote to remove carpet + instal the carpet we ordered. Was given a hotel over the phone, site unseen. Very great and competitive price..was also told he had a contractor friend who could help us with paint. We unfortunately had to use the contractor we got the carpet from (due to contract) so we let Bernard know..but said we'd still love to use his paint guy. We got totally ghosted. He ignored us. So, unfortunately we assume that's how things would have gone if we booked him. read more
