Julian also kept us updated throughout the process by sending photos and videos along the way, which gave us a lot of peace of mind and helped us see the progress being made. He also went above and beyond when we asked to add extra work to the job, including tiling our fireplace and removing a built-in bookshelf. Not only did they handle those tasks beautifully, but they patched the wall and ceiling so well that you would never even know the bookshelf had been there. Julian also installed the flooring on our stairs and made a few recommendations about the flooring pattern that ended up making a huge difference in the final look. His experience and eye for detail gave us a much better result than we even expected. We have had several challenging issues of varying complexity and he has somehow been able to figure out a way to give us a flawless end result.
