They just completed cleaning the carpet at my house in Houston. Did a wonderful job removing old stains as expected, but what impressed me most was Gilbert and his partner's professionalism and care with my belongings. They cleaned two bedrooms, staircase and walk-in closet and were done in under an hour. I highly recommend their services. read more

I highly recommend this business for carpet or tile cleaning needs. They were recommended to me by one of my friends who used them when he moved to Pflugerville to clean up the rental he was living in. I saw how excellent of a job they did to remove the curry smell that was lingering in his carpets of the rental. Well at my home we have pets and they like to use the restroom upstairs when we are not home. I cannot say enough about what an amazing they did did our 400 sq ft loft and stairs. The pet urine smell was non-existent after cleaning up pur carpets in less than hour. They are definitely Worthing. They offer sealing your grout on your tile floors. I am going to use them in the future when I finishing laying tile in my home. You will be satisfied with their professionalism and value they provide for their service. read more

Reasonably priced and better than the other competitors I got quotes from for cleaning my sectional. They did a great job on my sectional sofa. Everything looked and smelled fresh afterward. Highly recommend! read more

They came promptly and were super informative and did a great job. It was a bit more than I expected price wise but the carpet looks great after the job they did! read more

Inflexible scheduling caused us to bow out. So truthfully we weren't able to use them. In short, a 4 hour scheduling window for carpet cleaners is not practical. read more

Coconut cleaning was outstanding! Brandon did a wonderful job. He and his partner left our couches looking brand new. Highly recommend!

I've been meaning to have our wool area rug cleaned for years now, and I finally pulled the trigger when I found coconut cleaning and was so impressed with their excellent communication, customer service and the price was right! I received pricing and booked my services over text with Destiny, she was so responsive and such a pleasure to chat with and made my life very easy. They worked me in very quickly, and Brandon came out to clean my rug. He was so friendly and professional, and very buttoned up, I am so impressed! He also informed me of other services which are incredibly reasonably priced, and I will absolutely be calling coconut cleaning again! I cannot recommend them enough... I will have them back to clean my tile grout soon! My rug looks and smells FANTASTIC and I'm so pleased! read more

Got the sofa so clean, very professional and helpful. This is a service that I will want to do annually moving forward

Sadly I couldn't make getting the tile cleaned in the time frame I had available, but wanted to say Destiny messaged me back right away. Answered all my questions efficiently and thoroughly and her professionalism really shined. Maybe I can try again in the future. read more

Fantastic service. Came out to clean a light grey loveseat with an accidental Desitin stain ( never get one if you can help it ! ) The technician was professional , wore shoe protection ( very much appreciated ), and explained the entire process before commencing the cleaning. The stain was definitely lessoned ( again - Desitin is impossibly difficult to remove entirely after it has dried and even with immediate home attempts with baking soda , vinegar and Dawn ). The loveseat looks much cleaner and brighter. Only thing to consider is that the cleaning product used has a strong perfume-like fragrance that might be a challenge for anyone with a related allergy / sensitively. read more

They cleaned my sofa and a rug and they both turned out beautiful!! Would definitely recommend.

We contracted coconut cleaners to clean our sofa and king-sized bed. The sofa was sitting in storage for about 9 months and had also been through a lot with our kids and dog hhaahhah. Anyway, they came over and cleaned everything and it looked incredibly brand new! We were pleased with their service and will definitely use them again in the future. I'll try to attach a better picture but I'll post what I have for now (you can see the couch look good in all it's glory). The pricing was decent. read more

I'm picky about things like this and I'm so glad I chose this company to clean my couch. The price was great and my couch smells and looks SO good. I've learned my lesson cleaning the couch myself. My before photo was before my last attempt at cleaning it I looked good after this but it actually got WORSE over three months, big water ring stains and the whole couch had turned yellow. I'm never going back haha Just hire help!!! read more

We bought our first house, and the first thing I wanted to do before we moved in was get the carpets cleaned. Luckily, the carpets were not bad, but we wanted them cleaned for our peace of mind. The first thing I did was look for reviews on Yelp for carpet cleaning companies. I searched and got some quotes from different places. Coconut Cleaning had the best deal, and Destiny was a pleasure to work with. I received a message from Destiny on Monday, and I was able to schedule the cleaning for Saturday. Since I was booking through Yelp, I was offered a special. On the cleaning day, Trevor called to let me know when he was on the way over. He was polite and on time. We walked through the house when he arrived, and he talked me through everything he would be doing. I also had him do a Scotchgard since I have an eight-year-old. It took about two hours--no weird or terrible smells. I am pleased with the cleaning and services. I will keep them in mind for future cleanings. read more

We were past due for a sofa cleaning. My sofa is 7 years old, has been extremely lived on by 2 kids (potty training and all), 2 puppies (now age 6), and a cat. Trevor made our sofa like brand new again. I have been dying for a new sofa (especially after neighbor kids come and jump on it often), but now it's soft, smells amazing, and I don't have to dream of a new sofa anymore. We added on 2 wool rugs, carpet tiles, and 3 outdoor rugs. Everything is soft again, looks like new, and smells great! Trevor was an absolute pro and he was fast too, considering all of the pieces he was cleaning. He was just knowledgeable and pleasant. Will definitely be doing this every year. read more

I am SO happy with this service. I let my dogs on the couch so it was covered in hair/dirt/etc and started to smell. Brandon was extremely detail oriented - he vacuumed the sectional, steam cleaned every inch of the couch, ALL of the pillows (the last company I used said they "couldn't do the pillows"), and added a protectant on top! Also please note the most satisfying clean stripes He also cleaned the carpet on the stairs. I had a huge wax stain on one of the steps which I've tried for an year to get rid of, and his machine just removed it within seconds I highly recommend trying Coconut Cleaning - you won't regret it!!! Also the prices are very reasonable. Clean home = happy home! read more

Wonderful experience today with Trevor. I was a little unsure hiring someone to clean my carpets for the first time- many listings look sketchy/fake reviews. Coconut cleaning is legit, they're equipment is heavy duty and he made my carpets look new after 5+ years since the last cleaning. Trevor was very professional and took extra time to answer questions thoroughly. It is obvious he knows was he is doing and I felt very confident in his abilities. I feel like I got a really good deal for the price and the process couldn't have been smoother. I hope to have them out for other cleaning services in the future after my stellar experience. read more

While we were away on a short vacation, my cats protested by peeing on my sofa and on the rug in my home office. It smelled soooo bad! Trevor with Coconut Cleaning worked a miracle!
