Came out to clean a light grey loveseat with an accidental Desitin stain ( never get one if you can help it ! ) The technician was professional , wore shoe protection ( very much appreciated ), and explained the entire process before commencing the cleaning. The stain was definitely lessoned ( again - Desitin is impossibly difficult to remove entirely after it has dried and even with immediate home attempts with baking soda , vinegar and Dawn ). Since I was booking through Yelp, I was offered a special. On the cleaning day, Trevor called to let me know when he was on the way over. He was polite and on time. We walked through the house when he arrived, and he talked me through everything he would be doing. I also had him do a Scotchgard since I have an eight-year-old. I am SO happy with this service. I let my dogs on the couch so it was covered in hair/dirt/etc and started to smell. Brandon was extremely detail oriented - he vacuumed the sectional, steam cleaned every inch of the couch, ALL of the pillows (the last company I used said they "couldn't do the pillows"), and added a protectant on top!
