Jerry arrived right on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He wore booties to protect the carpet and was able to quote me on a king headboard and our dining room chair seats that didn't really have preset pricing online. In about 2 or so hours he cleaned 2 large rugs, a large sectional, dining room chair seats, and a king headboard. Pricing felt very reasonable compared to several other companies I had looked at, and everything looks great so far. The sectional especially looked brighter and the cushions felt more fluffed up afterward. We also had some bubbling in the rugs and the cleaning helped quite a bit with that. The only odd thing I noticed was a slight oily-type smell during cleaning and when walking into the house after leaving and coming back, but it dissipated and none of the actual furniture smells like that. There really isn't much of a scent at all. I think I was expecting some kind of fresh fragrance, but this was also our first time having furniture professionally cleaned, so maybe that's not even a thing. They were ready in a couple days and everything seemed normal. Our estimate when I said no furnture and 4 bedrooms and stairs was $300. Now to the job. TL;DR It was horrible. Our final bill was $455. Not only were there NEW dirt spots on the carpet but over 24 hours later the carpet is still wet. Not damp, wet. Wet as in, mold can be growing if we don't get this fixed. The machine was leaking water and I don't know how well suction can be when it does that. Job wasn't great, thats fine they have a guarantee, lets call the company back. When we called back, we were met with probably the most rude 'owner' we've ever encountered. This guy was coming AT us. We were unhappy and wanted a fix but never expected to be yelled at and blamed for a job that they did. Not sure why you have a guarantee on your website when you attack people who try to invoke it. It's a bad job, it's bad customer service. I feel for the workers who aren't rude or complacent here. This company ain't it. You have PLENTY of competition...please pick someone else.
