High quality work, great price, good communication. Worked independently without me there to let them in. Asked if they could repair a couple spots in my carpet, they said probably, let's see it. When they saw it, they said they were not comfortable with the scope. Very much appreciate the honesty here, instead of just taking my money. Will definitely hire again for another home. read more

As an interior designer, I am incredibly particular about who I recommend. Addis Carpet Cleaner completely blew me away and is hands-down the best service I have ever used. Ken arrived right on time and was a pro from start to finish. Addis cleaned my stairs, my linen upholstered bed, and my high-maintenance cream carpet. Everything looks immaculately refreshed. If you need pristine results and someone you can trust with luxury interiors, look no further. read more

Amazing! We had all our dining chairs, three couches, and two armchairs cleaned. Years of dog dirt came out of the upholstery -- the difference is insane, especially on the couches. Scheduling was quick, communication was clear throughout, and he arrived right on time. Couldn't have been a nicer guy, and the price was very reasonable for how much furniture we had done. Highly recommend. read more

We recently bought a home that is 80% ceramic tile. The grout between the tiles had discoloration in the higher traffic areas. We've never had tiled floors before and weren't sure what to do about the discoloration - we were referred to Addis Carpet Cleaningand when we called we found Ken was easy to schedule with - he worked around our busy schedules to work in time before we moved all our furniture in. His work is amazing.... I can't believe how clean the grout was after the necessary "wait" time after the cleaning. We definitely have his name in our files should we ever need his service again -- and so that we can refer him to anyone who needs this service. Thanks Ken. read more

I am giving 5 stars for the great customer service I received. From the phone call to describe the issue I had which was a slight emergency to him showing up the following morning promptly at the time he said he was going to everything was very smooth. Needless to say my dog was sick the night before and moved into a brand new apartment and was so worried about the stain possibly leaking through the paid but I got it in time to when he showed up it was all downhill from there. He was extremely nice courteous and very business oriented. He definitely got the stain up and am very happy I called him. I would definitely refer him to others. Thank you Addis Carpet Cleaning I am updating my review as I am now a return customer. The owner Ken is literally the true definition of customer service!! Which also barely even exist anymore. With that being said my older dog poor thing had a slight accident on my carpet. I called immediately and said he could do same day no problem and In no way seemed inconvenienced in any way but if anything was very hospitable and accommodating and understanding I didn't want pee in the pad of my carpet to dry or stain. I will probably be a return customer again. Not that that has ever happened or that my dogs ever do things like that but when u have dogs an accident is possible!!! Excellent company highly recommend!!! read more

Ken was very accommodating when I booked him for our move-out cleaning. Pro tip: he's one of the few steam cleaners that work on Sundays. I scheduled professional cleaners earlier in the day, but I wasn't sure when they'd be done and the carpets would be ready to clean, so I tentatively scheduled our appointment in the afternoon. Ken said he'd call to check if everything was ready when our appointment rolled around, and he did, as promised. Our professional cleaners were running late, and Ken was very flexible and even offered to come a few hours later when our cleaners were done. Once I gave him the go ahead, it didn't take him long to arrive with his crew and everything was finished before my roommates and I were done with scrambling around home depot in a frenzy to buy supplies for last-minute repairs. The rates were the same as they were when I called him for a quote, so there weren't any surprises, and you get a discount for paying cash. The quote that I got from Stanley Steemer online was twice that amount! In short, Ken is fast, flexible, and affordable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again for your steam cleaning needs. Also, don't make a home depot run while they're cleaning your place because then you'll have to guiltily rush back from your trip while they stand around your empty apartment and don't even have anything to do except stare at the dazzling freshly cleaned carpet. read more

This is a fantastic service! I've hired Ken to to work on the flooring in my business and most recently, in my home. He is professional, thorough, and most importantly, clean! I recommend this service to anyone who needs flooring or furniture services. Especially if you have a lot of foot traffic and/or animals. Plus, Ken's a really cool guy! read more

This guy was super friendly, affordable and did a great job. I'm really happy and will hire him in the future.

Great job, reasonable price, what more could I ask for? I wish it had occurred to me that professional carpet cleaning was a thing years ago. I prefer being able to support a locally owned competent professional and this place definitely fits the bill. read more

I highly recommend calling Kenneth! I went out of town for a few days and my brother accidentally left my cat in my bedroom away from his litter box over night so the cat decided to use the bed as his litter box. I have a California king size bed so replacing it right now is out of the question due to lack of finances. I got the number for this place at 2:30 PM and it's 5:40 PM now and my bed is smelling great and drying out! I told Kenneth that it was an emergency and he went out of his way to help me out. He was extremely professional and the price was very reasonable! Call these guys if you're in need of these kind of services! I even started an account with Yelp to write them a review, that's how great they are :) read more

Great job! Was able to schedule a job for the next day and work with our schedule. Definitely will use again.

Ken and his partner steam-cleaned the tile in my home and shower. It didn't take very long, and it looks great. I felt safe with them in my home even when I had to leave to run and errand. A great experience overall. read more

Addis Carpet Cleaning did a GREAT job for me. Ken was on time, offered a very fair price, did a thorough and professional job on my carpets, which were in desperate need of cleaning. He is coming back today to clean the grout on my tile floors! I recommend them highly. read more

Prompt, efficient, friendly, and the carpets look better than they did after the last two companies I used. Woo!

Used Ken to clean both carpets and tile & grout on my rental unit. He did a great job. He was prompt, called ahead to let us know he was en route, and completed the services in a timely fashion. Also had the best prices on carpet cleaning. I would definitely recommend using Ken for your carpet and tile cleaning! read more

My wife and I got ourselves into a bind and needed our carpets cleaned on a Sunday. The bind (due to some unfortunate circumstances) was that we were attempting to schedule the cleaning after 5pm on the immediately-preceding Saturday! We called multiple companies but, understandably, no one could help. However, this company agreed to clean our carpets on such short notice - phew! Moreover, customer service was top-notch, the results were great, and the price was lower than ANY other quote (we had called around to other highly-rated companies earlier in the week). I will never attempt to clean my own carpets again - it just doesn't make sense so long as this company is around. - Marc and Elyse D. read more

I found this carpet cleaning business through my neighborhood workman referral list and was very pleased with the work: they called to confirm appointment, showed up on time, NO pressure of any kind to add to services, explained the process, did exactly as he said, was in and out in an acceptable amount of time and my carpets look fantastic! I also had 3 upholstered chairs cleaned and they look amazing. - Oh - and did I mention the price??? 3 decent sized rooms and 1 long hallway treated and cleaned, plus 3 chairs and an ottoman - all came in for under $200.00 I will definitely use Ken again. Highly recommended! read more

Addis Carpet Cleaning is the best, 100 times better than the carpet cleaners my apt sent over. Very professional and friendly and it takes less than an hour! I would defiantly refer Addis to all my friends and family! read more

Called them yesterday due to the good Yelp reviews. The reviews weren't wrong. He came out today (on a Sunday) and did the best job we have seen so far. We have three kids under 7 years of age, 2 large Labs, and a cat. Our carpet gets abused. We have used K&M most recently and Kiwi in the past. K&M I thought did a good job, However, after Ken came out I can see a marked difference. There was no big sales push just good quality work. We will use again. read more

Addis to the rescue! I originally scheduled with another company and they didn't show up on the day I was had to have everything done so I could move out. I called Addis and thank goodness I did. They not only found a way to get me in, they were there within 2 hours and price matched/beat the other company's prices. They did an amazing job. Got almost everything out and were quick and professional. Did I mention I was on the 3rd floor!? Not one complaint. Christian and Ken were amazing. Thank you so much again!! read more

Quick, efficient, thorough job. After noticing more than one "accident" made by our Yorkie puppy on my daughter's carpet, I searched for a steam cleaner that worked on Sunday's. Ken Addis' company was first on the list. I was able to make the appointment for later the same day...on a Sunday! Ken arrived on time, and a short time later our carpets were pee-free and super fresh. Job well done, economical pricing. Yay! read more

I have been using Addis Cleaning for over 5 years. Ken is professional, on time, and very reasonably priced and quick. He does great work! He has cleaned my carpets and sealed the tile in my home. I would definitely recommend Addis Cleaning. read more

Ken is awesome! He's probably the most reasonably priced and honest carpet cleaners I've used. I would definitely recommend him!!

They are coming already for three year to clean my carpets. Quick, very professional, on time, clean and the price is right. And when they leave the carpets look like new. Thanks for doing such a great jop. read more

First of all - very affordable! We have two large dogs that track all sorts of things in the house and Ken made it look like brand new carpet all over the house. We initially were going to just put in new carpet, but Addis Carpet Cleaning came highly recommended so we gave it a shot and I am glad we did. Plus he came all the way to Taylor during a storm to do it! Super happy and will use them again!!! read more

Addis Carpet Cleaning has the best service. Look no further to find a carpet cleaning company. The owner and son who have a great attention to detail, left my carpet and tile spotless. Extremely reasonable prices. read more

Addis cleaned Carpet in 5 rooms, hall and stairs today and I am very pleased. They put up protective covers on wall corners so not to damage in any way. Four rooms were upstairs and they have a hose system that keeps the hose corralled on the stairs. Professional every step of the way. The cost was very reasonable. read more

Did a great job on our furniture that had been long overdue, Ken was courteous, on-time and did a wonderful job on getting out some stains that we had simply given up on ever getting cleaned. Will most definitely recommend them to others as well and have them back to take care of the carpet as well. read more

Poor service, very rude, works alone and gets frustrated easily, sends horrible text messages or does not respond at all. Would not recommend to anyone. DOES NOT KEEP TO TIME. Charges a different price every time and tries to rip you off if he can. read more

Ken, owner of Addis steam cleaned our carpet on 11/15/2017. The initial conversation to make the appointment was friendly. Ken and his helper were prompt in arriving. They steam-cleaned 4 rooms in 40 minutes. I paid with a Visa Card, Ken used his cell phone for the transaction. He said he would text a receipt "in a few" after he left but, after 2 days of trying to reach him I still can't get a response. Over all the carpet cleaning is decent although, it did take much longer than the four hours he estimated to dry. I suspect do to the rushed job. read more

This company is incredible! We had a huge emergency sick dog in the house which made a huge mess on the carpet. I called Ken and he was at our house within 45 minutes. He cleaned all the messed up places plus the whole living, dinning, and hallway cleaner than they were when we moved in. Not one stain, old or new, was left. We have used other carpet cleaning services over the years but NEVER have we had such incredible results and on top of that his price was the most reasonable I have ever seen. We will never use anyone else for our carpets. He also does furniture and several other cleaning areas. EXCELLENT! read more
