a bathroom with a bathtub and shower

we Had an amazing experience, they customer service was amazing. We had the pleasure of working with Jean from the research bld store. He has been a huge help and made our project a lot easier. His attention to detail, patience and understanding made our experience amazing. i recommend asking for him if you can!

Before and after hexagon tile and "wood" tile from Tile Shop.

These people are awesome! If you need tile for any projects, this is the place to go. There is a large inventory on display in the store to look through. The staff is great. Jason is wonderful. Thank you for a great experience.

I was referred to The Tile Shop by my contractor to select tile for a bathroom repair/remodel. A tiny bathroom with tub and shower in a This Old House, the repair was unexpected but absolutely necessary. I wanted affordable tile that might update the look, but not so high class that it would make the old pedestal sink and small toilet look cheap (which they are!). Leo Irish took the time to help me when I told him I was shopping, but not ready to buy. He listened to my needs and understood that I am not a designer and helped me find a variety of affordable but attractive tiles. He explained the order process to me--order by Wednesday, delivery Friday or Saturday. After I checked with my contractor and returned to order, Sergio Sanchez did a very good job of confirming the style and the order process. When I picked up my order, they carried it out to my car for me. All this for $100 worth of tile! But wait, there's more. It turned out we were several tiles short--the original estimate was for aligned arrangement, and we changed it to staggered, which took more. Again, The Tile Shop saved the day, as they had a partial box of that tile in stock, and I was able to pick it up and not delay the repair, waiting for more tile. I definitely will shop there when I next need tile. The service is outstanding, prices are very reasonable and they are great folks to work with!

Just today we were short some on tile, and Jason made sure we got what we needed and did it in a timely matter.

I should've realized something was going down when they stopped carrying them about 8 months ago. I'm told the last day was June 4th. So it's recent. I haven't been shopping there since late April. Now it's just gone. The one at South Park Meadows is gone as well. I'm not sure what happened as every time I went shopping there, the store was busy. Sad to see another business go out of business.

I submitted an order on the 27th, with the understanding that I would receive my order on the 29th. The immediate email I received upon processing my order blatantly stated "delivery date Jan 29th". I have called them every day since, I guess it's really on me for thinking there would be such a quick turn around. While I try to sleep on a hard floor in anticipation of ever learning when the warehouse even receives my order, the customer service keeps saying "rest assured". I can't rest, I have nothing to rest on. If the email said delivery date: feb 4th, I'd believe them, but also immediately cancel my order, and search for an option where I can go and pick it up myself. The customer service tells me to ' "rest assured" the warehouse will send you an email when the item is collected for shipping'. They offered me $60 in-store credit, lol and their biggest coupon (25% off).

I finished a bathroom remodel with Koren and Daniel in March 2025. The process of getting there was painful in terms of communication and steering, but at least the shiny new bathroom they initially delivered was not bad. However, in September 2025 the shower tiles started popping out of the floor. I texted them and they had to come in and replace it. Okay maybe it was a one-off. But then less than a year later, by April 2026 the *replaced* tiles started popping out again. I tried dealing with it myself with tile glue, but other tiles kept popping out. I texted them again in August, and this time they said that they stand behind their work for only one year from the original project date, and I need to pay $1200 if I want them to fix it. Notice that it hasn't been 1 year even from the replacement date. It's really not worth it. Go with the slightly more expensive contractor they will do the job right once and for all.

Anyway, it's now 5 years on and I needed to add some window blinds and wanted to match the products Komal selected. I emailed her multiple times and received no responses, I tried the manufacturer but unfortunately it's one of those "call your dealer," type places. The stickers that might have had the info we're all sunbleached and unreadable. I finally gave up and ordered something that doesn't match. Not how I imagined this would work when I hired an expensive designer. Also, we just discovered Komal's contractors who installed our sink/kitchen faucet didn't cut out sufficient space for the faucet collet. So now the whole thing has come loose and is falling over, I paid Stand Brothers to find out that they can't fix it until I hire someone to cut into the drywall and open up the correct space. Frustrating. I didn't think I was paying for cheap work but here we are.

I'm fairly artistic, but I struggle with interior decorating to the point that a former Realtor…read moretold me that my house looked like a man lived there. I'm assuming she meant a utilitarian, straight man who still had his college furniture. On the bright side, I'm not constantly redecorating, and my husband is happy. So we finally decided that our house needed some color besides the neutral brown/beige tones bestowed upon us by our manly builder and our love of natural woods and leather accents. The only problem was that, having the decorating knowledge equivalent to two men, and the budget equivalent to a couple with two expensive children, we hesitated every time it came to decisions. I ran across a Groupon awhile back for a color consultation from Spaces Designed, and I decided to call in a professional. The young woman who showed up with swatches and color strips was calm, professional, and kinder than my Realtor had been, by far (maybe it helped to have long since given away my college furniture?). She asked me questions about what colors and styles I like and don't like, and then she confidently whipped out her tools like a magic wand and laid out a color plan for me. Within an hour, I had designer colors for my pseudo man-cave that actually made me happy, because they weren't brown or freaky pink or any other risky colors that scare me. They were an array of muted grey-greens. I hesitated a bit when the painter was working, because I wasn't used to color on my walls, but I bit my tongue. And when it was all done and everything was put back where it belonged, my house was beautiful. I know this, because several of my female friends with actual decorating talent told me so, and rather convincingly at that. So if you're ready for a change, even you don't have the budget or the stomach for a total remodel, you might want to check them out for something as simple as a color consultation. I know they do a lot more than this, and if I have the budget in the future, I'd give them a call again.

PSF was the third company I met with, and after my initial visit with Sam, I knew I had found the right one. Sam took the time to listen to what I wanted, patiently answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. We discussed my vision for transitioning from tile to wood flooring, and he immediately put me at ease by explaining it wouldn't be a problem. Even after the visit, I had more questions, especially about floor preparation and the contract language. Having a construction attorney in the family tends to make you read every word! Sam continued to answer my questions and worked with me on the contract until I was completely comfortable moving forward. Even though paying 50% upfront was difficult, I felt confident I had chosen the right company. That confidence was rewarded on installation day. Tony and his crew were outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Tony and Johnny whose attention to detail was exceptional. It was obvious they take tremendous pride in their work, and it shows in every room. The staircase, in particular, is a work of art. Tony also noticed the original stair trim wouldn't match the new baseboards and suggested replacing it. That extra attention to detail made all the difference. The new trim, along with the beautifully caulked and painted baseboards, gave the entire project a truly finished look. Everyone who visits comments on how beautiful the floors are, but they also notice the quality of the workmanship. That's the highest compliment I can give. Based on my experience, I highly recommend People's Signature Flooring to anyone looking for beautiful floors installed by people who genuinely care about doing the job right.
