Let me begin by saying I did the complete job via phone/text/internet from the West Coast and it could not have gone any smoother. The staff here is amazing. They know their stuff inside and out and answered all my questions even before I asked. They pricing is very reasonable. BLG was with me each step of the way from helping me decide what material I wanted to use, to choosing a slab, shipping them my sink, choosing the edge style, approving the layout before the slab was cut, and scheduling the demolition and installation work to coincide with my very tight timeframe-all from 1300 miles away. I was actually able to break away and come back to Austin to see the results -- gorgeous and I mean gorgeous, perfectly installed, quartzite countertops! The rooms just pop now! I searched for granite companies and asked for information about getting countertops installed. Abbie from BLG contacted me right away. Abbie set up a measurement appointment within a few days. Chad came out to measure our kitchen countertops to get an accurate estimate. We received the estimate later that same day, and it was very reasonable. I went into the shop to choose my granite and met Rebecca and Amanda. After choosing my granite and free sink, our installation was scheduled. From start to finish the whole process took about a week. Edgar and his crew installed our countertops and even came back to address a concern I had with shims( I keep my old backsplash so to make the countertops level shims we're needed). Edgar came by very happily and addressed my concern and made a slight tweak to trim the shims. I would highly recommend BLG and their team for granite countertops. We used Blue Label Granite for the backsplash in a new place. We don't live full-time in Austin, so working through the details of getting a bid, scheduling installation, etc. were -- at least for us -- a new challenge. I contacted five different places for proposals. The contrast between Blue Label and the rest was dramatic. Blue Label was quick and easy to work with, willing to work with our being remote and the resulting challenges of getting a measurements, finalizing a proposal and ultimately the details and scheduling for installation. From start to finish, Blue Label was an absolute pleasure to work with. Best of all, the quality of the work they did in the installation was outstanding! You can't tell it from the final result, but there is a seam that was required because of the height of the backsplash with it running up behind the hood vent. Blue Label went to the trouble of doing a small, double seam that is actually just the 2 to 3 inch height of the base of the hood. As a result, there is no visible seam and this looks like a completely solid backsplash. We love it and greatly appreciate how wonderful Blue Label Granite was to work with! read more

I'm grateful to Blue Label Granite for their help with installing some undermount sinks after one of them got cracked (I could not source a duplicate of the same sink so needed to replace two of them to match in an en suite). The goal was that, I was trying to build a kitchen for my wife that she could truly enjoy and would meet her vision. I first found out about Blue Label from one of the IG accounts I follow. I gave them a follow because I knew that eventually the plan was to redo our kitchen and I wanted to keep them in mind. Blue Label was the first company I reached out to to receive a quote. The response time was so fast and within a few days, Chad came out to measure our space. That night we had a quote in our inbox. We decided we probably needed to see the different quartz options in person so we took a trip down to the show room. So glad we did because we ended up picking a different quartz option and also picking out tile for our backsplash. Amanda was great at getting us on the schedule and answering any questions that we had. Within just a week Edgar and his team were out at our house for the project. They did an incredible job (we blinked and it was done) and made sure to check in on where I wanted everything to be placed on the sink once it was installed. After the job was done I noticed a few scratches and reached out to Amanda to see if it could be fixed. And again, the response time was impeccable. She immediately reached back out and within a few days, the team came out and it was just a quick-minute fix. The quality of work and service from their team is top notch. So where to start?! We were impressed with these gals from the start, they had really great information, their customer service was great and they seemed to handle things really fast! After sending my husband home with some samples we picked one and i went out to the factory to look at the "big slabs" of each! Glad i did bc i actually liked the opposite one in a larger form.. Once we're ready for final measurements Abbie came out on a tuesday and we had counters by friday evening! I would have gone a full 5 stars but i had a few things that kept me from it. 1. The original quote was a 1,000$ less bc we didn't want a seam in our large piece. Not sure why cutting a seam makes it cheaper by 5$ a sqft, but it does. So that was a shock and i've had to cut things out of our project that i didn't really want too, but hey we needed counters. I will say that the price was still on the lower side of any others we got. 2. They had to cut out the section for our old chambers stove inside the house. Now, they did every thing they could to cover it up w a pop up tent and plastic, but we still have a chalk film on EVERYTHING, even though they did make a big effort. When i asked why they had to do this, they said the guy who does the cuts outside had to leave and they just had to do it this way. we had to hang outside bc it was mega loud. 3. My window seal counter piece isn't level, left to right or front to back. They had a hard time getting it in due to the cabinets. You can see it standing in front of it. i actually saw it before our person measured it. It's off by 1/8th of an inch and will cause a bit of a tile issue for the guy doing the rest of the project.. upon mentioning it, it didn't get a second thought.. oh well? 4. The store is higher than the counter, bc it's thicker than the counter, and i didn't know this would be the case until the guys were putting it in.. It doesn't look bad, i just wasn't clear this was going to be this way! so, had to just be ok w it. anyway, we would use this place again if we had any needs for the future! and that's saying tons! read more

This review is long overdue. I hired Blue Label Granite about 2 years ago to install my quartz countertop. I went out to their facilities and was met by the operations manager. She was very friendly and professional, helped answer all my questions and only showed me the product I was interested in. Later Chad came to my house and took measurement. The whole job went perfect, from signing the contract to install to delivery. A couple of weeks later I needed them to drill one additional hole in my countertop (I forgot initially), they came right out and took care of it.
