It was a pleasure working with everyone at Blue Label. I was updating my kitchen countertops in my rental property in between tenants and the Blue Label team worked around my schedule to make sure they finished before the new tenants moved in. Clean, quick and amazing work! I will certainly use them again and I would suggest you do the same. read more

This company was an absolute dream to work with. Abbie gave quotes for products I asked about in addition to others that were similar in quality but cheaper in price due to the fact that we didn't need an entire slab. Abbie also responded to all of my inquiries quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond during the process. She took samples to my work for me to review. She also picked up payment at my work. Everything was explained well and I have the most gorgeous countertops now. Their prices were the best! I hughly recommend them! read more

Update: Wow - Wow - Wow! If I could offer Abbie and Rebecca 10 stars, I would. You will not regret hiring these fantastic women. First, construction/renovation rarely goes seamlessly, right? There are always snafoos of one kind or another. I can honestly say that our counter top design, order and installation was perfectly seamless. Absolutely positively without an issue. On top of perfection, the bonus was how proactive both ladies were. Abbie went above and beyond to help me (very design-challenged) choose a material, style and design (we cut a bar down). She was always quick to respond and never ever got annoyed with me. Rebecca called us before our slab was cut and explained that, a longer than typical bar would create a seam we might not like... she offered a different option that allowed our bar to have NO seam - we agreed to her suggestion and are so happy we did. In the entire kitchen, we have a single, nearly invisible seam (kudos to the install team!). Install was quick, on the date promised, professional and thorough. The guys cleaned up after themselves (something I can't say about everyone who worked in our home). After the job was complete, Rebecca came by and inspected everything to make sure it was to HER satisfaction - awesome! Abbie followed up by phone, made sure I was happy and encouraged me to use my new counter tops without fear. Pricing - These ladies offered competitive and on-point pricing. Very fair. I can't speak highly enough about Blue Label Granite. Highly recommend! read more

Abbie and her team are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, fair. They assisted me with a bar counter-top removal. They knew just the right approach to ensure that the counters near the bar and the floor would not be harmed. And when the job ended up easier than any of us anticipated they adjusted the price to reflect the job done. I cannot say enough good things about this company! read more

Abbie was extremely quick to respond and she went with me to all of the stone yards to ensure that we got pricing immediately. She helped me evaluate the stone choices and placement of its most beautiful parts. We based it on the look I was trying to get and our budget. Their fabrication was beyond the quality I have ever seen anywhere else, the stone aligns perfectly along the side and down the waterfall edges we have. The five installers carried in one of the largest slabs I have ever seen and were nothing but cautious of my home. Unlike many others that I had spoken to, my installation lead time was just a matter of days. I could not give them a better review they are amazing in an industry that can be frustrating. Great job! read more

Abbie and the team at Blue Label Granite helped us when we had an issue with needing to redo our bathroom countertops on an urgent basis. They understood the urgency and helped us out -- Abbie was very helpful, patient and resourceful. When some unexpected issues came up during installation, the Blue Label team quickly figured out a great solution and made sure our bathroom countertops were perfect! They did such a great job that we ended up using them for our fire places, a desk and a closet countertop. The entire team is great, very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with-- highly recommend them! read more

Extremely professional and affordable service. These folks are on it with communication and delivered and installed a top notch product. I can not recommend them enough! read more

This company is owned and operated by really professional, ethical, cool, and passionate people. They also beat the competition on efficiency and turnaround time, no doubt about it. They installed our bathroom and kitchen counter tops, and they look so great. Abbie and Rebecca both spent a lot of time with us, asking about our needs, showing us various slabs, and explaining all of the important differences. It was a really fun experience going to the show room and looking at so many beautiful things, all conjured up by mother nature herself. We definitely recommend Blue Label Granite! read more

Couldn't be more pleased with Blue Label Granite! Abbie was quick to return my initial call and I had an estimate the same day. With Rebecca's help we went over our options as far as type of granite, backsplash options and tile selection.Any questions or concerns that I had were quickly answered and explained.I was a bit worried having an older home not knowing what problems I would have but was reassured by the whole staff that it would be no problem. Installation was very quick with Jorge and Manuel getting it done in 2 short days and they did a fantastic job!! My wife and I are extremely happy with the new look and Blue Label Granite read more

When I built my home earlier this year in Buda, I chose a quartz at the design center which ended up being an expensive upgrade. After living with it for 6 months, I realized my kitchen counters needed more of a pop and wow factor. I looked up local places and came across BLG and their 5 star reviews. I read through all of them. After speaking with Chad and some of his crew, we decided on Fantasy Brown to provide the pop and wow. I brought into the shop my cabinet door and backsplash tile which confirmed this choice. It was in stock and installed within days. It was a great experience from start to finish and everyone at BLG was great. Thanks Chad and team. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about Blue label granite! Abbie and her team were amazing. The response time to my inquiry was quick and she was able to show me some samples and made recommendations on what would look best for my kitchen from start to finish. Rebecca was so sweet when she called to confirm instillation times and making sure everything ran smoothly. I am so happy with the beautiful upgrades made. read more

They scheduled an appointment within a couple days and had the estimate to me the same day that the measurements were taken. Once the deposit was paid, the install was scheduled within a week. Wow. This company is truly focused on delivering the highest standards of customer service and overall customer experience while also delivering competitive pricing. Professional, on time, honest and polite. The installation crew went above and beyond to make sure the granite was perfectly cut and aligned with wall sinks and drain before they would leave the job. Blue Label Granite did a wonderful job updating our kitchen counters to granite and changing our backsplash. They were professional, courteous, and responded to all our questions in a timely matter. read more

Blue Granite did a great job on our kitchen countertops and backsplash. After sourcing out some options, went with them because they seemed knowledgeable, prompt and helpful in answering all my questions. Also, would prefer to support a local business versus a large chain. They let me set up an appointment to see the materials they have onsite and then scheduled an appointment to have someone come out to do measurements within the week. We went with a quartz they had onsite- which was reasonably priced and was inline with other places They were able to provide a quote same day as the measurement. Everything was scheduled and appointments were on time the the crews they sent out to to the countertops and backsplash were professional and did good work. We are really happy with the end result and the customer service and workmanship they provided during the process. We would definitely recommend them and hope to use them again for other projects! read more

I was happy with Blue Label Granite until after I paid them the deposit. After paying the deposit they did schedule my install date, and I agreed to the date they recommended. A few days later I received a call from Rebecca, one of the owners, requesting that we reschedule to an earlier date. I agreed to the reschedule, but I did warn her that I had flooring being installed on the new date. Rebecca assured me that would not be a problem. The flooring installers said that they could not work at the same time as the counter top installers. I called back and spoke to Amanda and requested that we go back to the original install date. Amanda was beyond rude and threatened to charge me hundreds of dollars to change the installation date. This was the first time I heard about a rescheduling fee. There is no mention of rescheduling fees on their website or on the paperwork included with the deposit payment. Amanda did agree to reschedule us to a later date, but she made sure I knew she was doing me a huge favor and she was very abrasive. Then I get a phone call on the original installation date telling me that they have had a cancellation and asked if I could move the date again. I declined to move the date since I had to arrange to have my carpenter present for the installation. A few days before installation I was sent an email with a document that I was required to sign prior to installation. This document did include the information about the rescheduling fee along with language that absolves the company from any responsibility for damage done to my house by their installers. This information was not on their website and was provided just a few days prior to installation. I had the choice to not sign and forgo thousands of dollars in deposit money and find a different countertop source with no notice or sign their unfair and ridiculous terms. I did sign. I was told that they would arrive "first thing in the morning" for the installation. They arrived at 2PM. The installers then were upset that they had to wait 30 minutes for my carpenter (who had been waiting for them for 6 hours) to fabricate a piece for the sink to fit properly. The installers tried to leave my house without installing the countertops, and we had to force them to stay. The installers clearly were unhappy to be doing this installation. The installers had my husband and carpenter help them carry the granite pieces into my house. The installers were not able to carry the granite (2 guys were sent to carry about 800 pounds.) We were worried that they would destroy my new floors and cabinets and obviously Blue Label was not going to pay for repairs caused by their installation. I am not happy with the cuts they made for my kitchen sink- it's not straight or even. The installers also caused significant damage to my walls and now I have to pay a painter to retexture and repaint. I told the installer that I was not happy, and he said that he didn't care and it was not his job to make me happy. I called and expressed my concerns to Rebecca and she came out to my house to inspect the work. She said that there is nothing they can do to fix the sink cut. She did not offer to replace the piece of granite with one with a proper cut. Rebecca said that the installers are not allowed to have the homeowner help carry pieces. She said that they would no longer be using these installers and indicated that the installers were just some subcontractors she hired. Rebecca apologized but did not actually fix any of my concerns. Save yourself the trouble and use a professional company. read more

Abbie was great to work with! She met me several times at the stone yard until I decided what I wanted. She also helped me pick out tiles for the backsplash that worked perfectly. They squeezed in our install in less than a week so that we wouldn't have to go without a kitchen and sink over the July 4th holiday. Abbie came out during the install to ensure everything went according to plan. I can't say enough good things about Blue Label Granite! We love our kitchen and working with them was so easy and stress free! read more

An absolutely perfect job! We had Blue Label Granite install engineered quartz windowsills to replace our old windowsills and they did an excellent job. Abbie and her crew were on time, professional and cleaned up the mess. Abbie was very responsive with all our many questions and the price quoted was the price we paid. No hassles, no problems, just great product and service. Why can't all contractors be like Blue Label Granite??? read more

WOW! From start to finish, this company has been amazing! I wanted to update my kitchen without breaking the bank so I decided to replace my darker granite countertops with a light colored quartz that would coordinate with my existing backsplash and island granite. My first communication with Abbie thru Yelp was great. She responded very quickly and set the appointment for Chad to come to my house and measure. He did a great job offering ideas and explaining the process. He also recommended Jeremy with Timmons Plumbing Company who is a great plumber! After our initial meeting, Chad was very quick to respond to my texts and phone calls with follow up questions. During my visit to their showroom, Rebecca was a great help and suggested the quartz that I ended up using for the job. On the day of install, Jorge and Jesus were so careful not to damage my existing backsplash and did a great job limiting the mess. If I could give this company 10 stars I would! This is a first class business with reasonable pricing and I am so thrilled that I found them on Yelp! THANK YOU Blue Label Granite! read more

Blue Granite was professional and did a quality job with our countertop!! Great team and competitive in price!

Pretty much like the other reviews. They were much faster than the others we talked to (one week from when we finalized to install complete), and worked with us in their shop to figure out what pieces to cut from where on a partial slab of Taj Mahal Quartzite (for vanity, desktop, and three small pieces). Great to work with - highly recommended! read more

Abbie and her team at Blue Label Granite are amazing! The time had come to redo the countertop and backsplash in our kitchen and we were not looking forward to the process. Abbie made it a breeze. From the initial meeting, to picking out the granite countertop and subway tiles to the actual installation, the process was very smooth. We were pleasantly surprised with the speed and efficiency in which things were done and the cost was below what we were expecting (we were still suffering from sticker shock from our experience in Chicago!). We love our new kitchen and know who we will be calling as we continue to update our home! read more

When we were looking to renovate our house, I must have had 5-6 contractors stop by to give me a bid. In the end, I chose Blue Label Granite based on their price, their flexibility and their turnaround time. They delivered all of the above plus some. Although fairly new, they are an incredible company to work with and have their client's best interest at heart. Rebecca, Abbie, Manuel and Pedro were fantastic to work with. We redid our kitchen countertop, blacksplash, fireplace, shower and all of our tile floors with them. Manuel did the bulk of the work, but his attention to detail is like no other. We are in love with our new house and have this team to thank for. Before you consider going with another company, please give Blue Granite a call. It'll be the best decision you'll make. read more

This company is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. I checked with two major chains and a few local granite places and none of them had the customer service and prices like Blue Label Granite. Abbie walked us through everything step by step and made it so easy to pick what we wanted, and even gave us tips on what paint would go good with the countertops. Not only did Blue Label do a great job with our countertops but they also did a great job with our backsplash . I could not believe what a difference a good backsplash can make a kitchen look. If you are in the market for granite this is the place to go, I would recommend them to anyone. You will not be disappointed. I will post pics once we have our walls painted. Thanks again Abbie and Blue Label granite for everything you helped us with. read more
