    Our beautiful countertops
    Chris V.

I searched for granite companies and asked for information about getting countertops installed. Abbie from BLG contacted me right away. Abbie set up a measurement appointment within a few days. Chad came out to measure our kitchen countertops to get an accurate estimate. We received the estimate later that same day, and it was very reasonable. I went into the shop to choose my granite and met Rebecca and Amanda. After choosing my granite and free sink, our installation was scheduled. From start to finish the whole process took about a week. Edgar and his crew installed our countertops and even came back to address a concern I had with shims( I keep my old backsplash so to make the countertops level shims we're needed). Edgar came by very happily and addressed my concern and made a slight tweak to trim the shims. I would highly recommend BLG and their team for granite countertops. We choose Bahama White granite and our kitchen countertops look absolutely gorgeous!!

I can't emphasize enough how great it was to work with Blue Label for our kitchen remodel. They installed new countertops, a new sink, a new backsplash and leveled out our kitchen island for us. They are incredibly professional and the work they did was fantastic. We'll be hiring them again very soon! Thank you Blue Label!

We used Blue Label Granite for the backsplash in a new place. We don't live full-time in Austin, so working through the details of getting a bid, scheduling installation, etc. were -- at least for us -- a new challenge. I contacted five different places for proposals. The contrast between Blue Label and the rest was dramatic. Blue Label was quick and easy to work with, willing to work with our being remote and the resulting challenges of getting a measurements, finalizing a proposal and ultimately the details and scheduling for installation. From start to finish, Blue Label was an absolute pleasure to work with. Best of all, the quality of the work they did in the installation was outstanding! You can't tell it from the final result, but there is a seam that was required because of the height of the backsplash with it running up behind the hood vent. Blue Label went to the trouble of doing a small, double seam that is actually just the 2 to 3 inch height of the base of the hood. As a result, there is no visible seam and this looks like a completely solid backsplash. We love it and greatly appreciate how wonderful Blue Label Granite was to work with!

    Installed master bathroom countertop

My husband and I hired Blue Label to replace an old irregular sized bathroom countertop. Their price and service was top notch - much better than the quote and service we got at a national big box home improvement store. They came in to measure a few days after we called and had our new new countertop installed within a few weeks. Super efficient process and they are really detailed with their instructions (what items you need onsite, etc.) highly recommend this service!

    AFTER - perfection!

WOWZA!! I had dreams to take an old 90's brick fireplace and transform it to a glamorous high-end masterpiece. Blue Label Granite brought my dreams into reality and exceeded all my expectations! The finished product is even better than I imagined. They helped direct me to where I could find the best quartz selections in Austin, and then they painstakingly measured the fireplace to make sure the install was flawless. They came out multiple times to ensure the cut on the quartz would be perfect. The installer finished the project in one day and it is absolute perfection!! Abby and Chad were great to work with throughout the process. I cannot recommend this company enough, they are masters at their craft!

I had a great experience working with Abbie and Blue Label Granite. The whole operation was very professional, from helping me select the right color for my countertops to getting everything measured and installed. I found their insights very helpful, and they were able to execute quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely be reaching out for my next project.

I always wonder how best to write a review that I feel is so important for others to read. Hopefully this represents a good attempt. The goal was that, I was trying to build a kitchen for my wife that she could truly enjoy and would meet her vision. She wanted a new kitchen for nearly 10 years, and my goal was to give it to her - but we would have to build most of it. She and I worked so very hard on all the elements that we could build, fabricate and install to make it perfect, but the counter-tops needed a professional. We searched and interviewed multiple companies for our kitchen counter-tops. We really wanted to support a local business, but we wanted to have a good inventory of options as well. So we met with Blue Label and viewed their showroom and inventory. I will let you experience everything first hand, rather than me blather on about it. But just know that from the minute we met them to the completed project, we were smitten. Top to bottom, front to back, we had excellence provided to us. Inventory was full spectrum. Setup and scheduling was on point. Customer service was top notch and our experience was grand. If you've read this far, they are my recommendation for you, without a doubt. I'm always a fan of due diligence, especially when choosing who to give your hard earned money to. They earned every cent of my money, and my die hard stamp of approval for all who ask.

Love love love my countertop from Blue Label Granite. I thought the design I wanted was going to cost me an arm and a leg and I was going to have to fight for every sq inch but it wasn't like that at all. They cut what I needed and even made a window ceil to match my countertop. Couldn't be happier with my kitchen

My Plum Creek neighbor referred me to Blue Label Granite after I had been getting a few quotes from outside of my area (near the airport where a lot of quartz and granite shops/showrooms are located). I was not happy with anything I had seen. I wanted pure bright white quartz for my new countertops. I also wanted affordable. I have to say, from the moment I initiated my visit to the installation of my countertops, this company was nothing but top-notch! I found the perfect quartz (Pure White) - Amanda Holt walked me through the process. Chad took amazing measurements. Abbie Fenton even recommended a different edging that I LOVE! The installers were done in less than 2 hours and I could not be happier and my wallet still has money in it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company - been doing business a long time and they are truly reliable and honest.

Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

We had our entire downstairs remodeled in 2024 - kitchen, master bath, living, etc. We choose…read moreTeamwork Home Designs based on a neighbor's initial recommendation...only to find out later that some of their plumbing work needed to be entirely redone and that they'd had to request a new plumber for their project. In any event, I hesitated to write a review because Shaked was nice to work with and incredibly responsive, but we are still having issues with the work that was done. The most annoying of which is the constant smell from the kitchen sink island. Our kitchen was gutted and everything installed was brand new. A week or so after install, I noticed a moldy, wet, dank smell coming from the sink, dishwasher and surrounding island cabinets (where a large group of pipes feeds into the foundation). Shaked and the plumber remarked that the disposal probably needed to be cleaned. The disposal and everything associated with the kitchen were brand new - they did not need to be cleaned - but we cleaned them anyways. I let this go because my husband didn't really smell anything and I wanted to be optimistic. Well, it's two years later and now EVERYONE in the house can smell this musty dank smell!! We have troubleshooted the dishwasher, the disposal, the p-traps, etc. and are having another plumber investigate. We will likely have to redo part of the island to discover the cause of the smell and it's incredibly frustrating that we can't host because our kitchen smells gross! There were additional issues. A couple months after we started using our newly remodeled kitchen, we heard a loud bang and noticed that the disposal completely detached from the sink! I contacted Shaked and he said something along the lines of - this is normal. Ummmm, No! I've never in my entire life had a disposal fall out from under a sink. He begrudgingly sent the plumber to reset it. It started to come loose again not long after their plumber reinstalled it. Ultimately, my husband DIY'd the install after watching a Youtube video. It's been fine since my husband installed it. Lets see, there was a leak around the base of a newly installed toilet. The toilet needed to be reinstalled. The floating master bath tub was caulked with the wrong product so it looked gross a month or so after install - and continues to look gross because we can't get the substance off. The heated floor wiring was cut during install of the bathroom floors, despite it having an alarm system to alert to said issue. After a lot of back and forth and troubleshooting (on my end), Shaked's team ultimately agreed to remove most of the flooring to reinstall with new wiring. The flooring on the stairs looks sketch to put it nicely. The wall paneling at the base of the kitchen island is wavy and disjointed - looks like a DIY project. The trim on the French doors leading to the master bedroom keeps falling off. Etc. etc. etc. Things they did well - tiling! The tile work from these folks looks amazing! Communication - Shaked was extremely responsive and did his best to address issues as they arose. They were helpful - a pipe burst during the freeze while the house was being remodeled and Shaked sent his plumber to repair quickly and without charge! They happily made changes and didn't really every charge extra which was refreshing. Despite being smelly, the kitchen LOOKS amazing! Overall, enjoyed working with Shaked and his team but not pleased with some of the results. ETA - For what it's worth, my husband thinks they deserve a 4 star review.

I finished a bathroom remodel with Koren and Daniel in March 2025. The process of getting there was painful in terms of communication and steering, but at least the shiny new bathroom they initially delivered was not bad. However, in September 2025 the shower tiles started popping out of the floor. I texted them and they had to come in and replace it. Okay maybe it was a one-off. But then less than a year later, by April 2026 the *replaced* tiles started popping out again. I tried dealing with it myself with tile glue, but other tiles kept popping out. I texted them again in August, and this time they said that they stand behind their work for only one year from the original project date, and I need to pay $1200 if I want them to fix it. Notice that it hasn't been 1 year even from the replacement date. It's really not worth it. Go with the slightly more expensive contractor they will do the job right once and for all.

Koren was super pleasant to work with all around. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. We had requested a bid on two main projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were shocked by how much of the "bonus" projects we could fit in, and yet felt very confident with Koren's insights that these were realistically within our budget. The formal quote came in REALLY fast after our meeting, and was very easy to follow and extremely fairly priced. Was very impressed with how quickly they were ready to begin the work, and the forethought of asking us if we planned to "live-in" during the remodel vs. get an AirBNB or the like. We hadn't even thought of that. Would have been very confident in moving forward with ATX Remodeling. Especially as Koren had so many examples of the type of elaborate communication and oversight we would have at every stage of the process.
