Really well done. Josephat helped in many ways. There are less expensive granite installers around but none better.

    Cascade Custom Pools

Jason and the team have been building pools for ever and you can tell. They run a tight ship! From…read morethe initial design to the final walk through the CCP team delivered. We are very pleased with our pool and would 100% use them again without a doubt.

First, let me cut to the chase, I highly recommend Capital Custom Pools and Shane, the General…read moreManager! This is my first pool, so I came into this pretty uneducated and Shane was very patient with me during the entire project, explaining the process and what to expect. He is an extremely experienced pool builder and beyond professional and responsive. He makes you feel like you're the only customer he has and follows through even after the pool build is finished. If you want a high-quality gorgeous pool, you must hire this company. Builder Selection Shane and his staff were extremely patient as I tried to align the very differing proposals, breaking costs down as I requested. His proposal was easy to understand and was straightforward, not hiding costs in various categories as most of the other builders did. I felt I got a very fair estimate. While their proposal was not the lowest, I chose them because I felt very comfortable with Shane, his knowledge and he's just an overall really nice guy. Another reason I chose them was because he was the only builder to submit the design to our HOA without my even asking! He kept me informed as the process with them progressed. Design I already had a pool design done by another builder but wanted to get estimates from other builders. I called five and Shane was the first to to respond. We met that week and I was very impressed by his professionalism. He looked at our design, asked really good questions about the pool and how we thought we would use it. He also made some suggestions that had to do with the actual usability of the pool. He took the paper based plans and some screen shots and recreated the design using his own pool design software. We had several design meetings either at his office or at my home. He patiently tweaked the details as well as the bigger things until we were satisfied with the design and the materials. Build Shane managed this project like clockwork and the only time the progress slowed down was due to weather. He kept me informed of who was coming when and what was expected to be accomplished in that given time. His contractors were very skilled, polite and was respectful of our property. The project wasn't trouble free by any means but at each step, Shane oversaw the work being done, making changes either at my request or because he wasn't satisfied. None of which were charged to us. Shane and his staff were so responsive to all of my questions, concerns and me calling him and telling him that one of the pool walls wasn't being done to design, he stopped the work and redid it to design. There's so much more to write but that would make this review too long to want to read. Our pool is amazing and we're extremely happy with the result. Also I didn't feel that once the pool was finished Shane would disappear. In fact, he's still very responsive when we have a question or trouble with the equipment. I would highly recommend Capital! Shane and his staff are honest, knowledgeable, demand high quality from the contractors and I can't say enough about their responsiveness.

Remember When Estate Sales - Texted the company to schedule required appointment and never heard back from them.

They are fair with pricing and it's always well organized. I love how they put a ton of photos and information on the posting and they update as items sell! I appreciate that so much, leaves a lot of the guessing out of shopping a sale. They always remember a face and quickly learn your name if your a repeat customer! Every time I go I hear them call customers by name! They genuinely seem excited to see you and that is impressive in this business!

UPDATED AGAIN****** I never said they didn't apologize. When…read morewe arrived there was a kind gentleman that was apologetic and had a nice discussion with us. We even purchased a couple small items and left. The problem here is it should have been left alone at that. However it appears someone went home and saw the reviews and comments left on Facebook and then blocked me from their Facebook, removed my review from Facebook and continued to take it further by texting me again at 10pm at night. It's hostile behavior. And it's very clear from seeing my reviews and the texts attached now miraculously they have 5 star reviews and someone again attacking me. All because this business that should be professional went home and got in their feels after reading my reviews that were honest. Please stop attacking me and being hostile. As we watch them continue to rally their friends to up their 5 star fake ratings. ***UPDATED**** They had the audacity to text me at 10pm to tell me the exact response they listed here on this review. Telling me the back story has nothing to do with why they didn't text not only me but others the info for the sale. Facebook where I tried to reach out the day of the sale others commented saying they didn't receive the info as well they have since blocked me. Google review they have others listing 5 star reviews now to push mine down. They offered no options as stated. Not any. Nothing was offered. We weren't rude either. At no time did anyone ask us to leave if anything an older gentleman was making jokes with me and another older gentleman was very apologetic. There was a rude lady handling the cash but again we weren't rude to her. We were respectful and kind. The question here is I obviously struck a nerve to have this company send me texts at 10pm and block me on Facebook for leaving a review and factual events that took place. So I repeat please do your research before doing business with them. Very unprofessional to text me at 10pm when I never texted them anything more than what the number was for .. asking for a time slot with info.

I absolutely hit a vein directly of pure humane gold with these guys! They were so awesomely kindhearted and absolutely amazing craftsman who dealt patiently with my limited knowledge! They didn't have an ounce of pretense about themselves, their skills, or nothing, except for their inherent pride in the work they provide! These are everyday good people; hardworking, straight up and straight forward! I was so happy, impressed, and grateful for meeting and doing business with them that I even turned back around and brought them a six-pack of cold IPA beverages to help them end their day! I'm looking forward to seeing them again soon! BTW, they've got a massive collection of felled trees that came via Mother Nature's hands rather than having to harvest them from forests, or mega-brands, etc. Mighty impressive stuff! 5 jalapeños!

After pulling them from the ground and setting them aside, we realized we could see about repurposing them. Low and behold, Texas Urban Sawmill came out to our ranchette, loaded them onto their special truck, and hauled them off to Texas Urban Sawmill. As requested, they sliced each tree trunk longways in about 2 1/2 inch boards/slabs. They are BEAUTIFUL! After we let them airdry on our property for about two years (Devin explained every detail on how to do it) we are hoping to make some furniture, including a live-edge dining room table. If we find we are not skilled enough (we've never made one before) or just want a more professionally made table, we will definitely take a couple of the slabs back to Texas Urban Sawmill to have them make it. If you want your trees repurposed, be sure to call Devin and the Texas Urban Sawmill. He is very professional and easy to work with. He might even give you a tour of his "shop" including the huge sawmill. It is awesome!

5 star Architect for a reason!…read more Daniel has an architectural approach that I believe people will find very rare and refreshing these days. He is very giving of his time, knowledge, and is the most collaborative of the 3 Architects we have used on the 2 other custom homes we have built. As an example, even before we signed a contract he made multiple site visits to give us his friendly professional insight about several lots we were considering before we selected the property we ultimately purchased. He was extremely accommodating and friendly throughout the entire process. Collaboration is his priority from the beginning and he made it very convenient through the use of screen share as we designed the home together. We were really impressed with the architectural 3D model that Daniel created. It was amazing that we were able to have a computer-generated 3D model to visualize the complete exterior as well as the outdoor entertaining, outdoor kitchen, and the pool and spa area. We were able to have the majority of our meetings in the evenings after we got off work and we even did a screen share to collaborate on our laptop while we were out of town visiting family. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about both the architectural and contractual aspects of building, but he seems to have a great instinct for what the client is looking achieve. He also had the desire to study alternatives and create several layouts that might make the most sense for the lifestyle we described. Our custom home is amazing and we would definitely recommend him to our friends. We enjoyed the process of the architectural design of our custom home and even more surprisingly we enjoyed the building process that is often stressful. Instrumental in our smooth building process was Daniel's custom home building budget that he accurately laid out from the beginning giving us many options and associated costs. Daniel's project management and selection of the builder really took confusion out of the process and stress off of our lap. Other critical details that made build successful was his guidance and assistance with the interior design, kitchen, and bath design, and selection of all of our interior finishes and fixtures. Our kitchen and bathrooms really stand out with exceptional design and we are very grateful for that. All in all the 3% that he charged to be a complete steward of our project was an easy decision. We will definitely be using him in the future and so will our friends that are very impressed with our the result as well as our highly detailed and accurate design and building process.
