Do not buy from Victory Countertops! As soon as entered the room i could see the breakfast bar was slanted. Verified with a level and texted Joe to ask them to correct it. Joe was very nice about it, asked for a picture and agreed to send the guys back out the next morning to fix it. Then Levi the owner found out and canceled that appointment. First I was told it just needed a couple of weeks to settle in and it would level out. Fine I'll keep an eye on it. The next day they called to ask for payment and I said we needed to wait for it to level out. What followed was a 20 minute rant of Levi trying to bully me into accepting the slanted countertop. Reasons he gave: 1. It's like a shower curb and needs to slant towards the drain! Except it was slanted away from the drain... 2. Once people start leaning on it will be level! Except again, it's already slanted towards the side people would lean on. 3. This is the recommend way to install it according to national standards, Do want me to send you the standard so you can see for yourself?!! Sure Levi, send it over. but of course he didn't bother. 4. Your level is not accurate, you need a 4 foot level to check it! Levi its only 12 inches wide, I don't need a 4 foot level but I'll be happy to check it with a 4 foot level, and of course it was still off. at this point he threatened to come rip out all the counter tops if i don't like it. No Levi, please just make it level... He did finally send some guys back to fix it, and they made it level, but did so by hamming more shims under it so now it floats above the 2x4 by about 1/2 an inch and moves if you lean it on... Victory Countertops was the third or fourth countertop business I checked out in my search for the right countertop for my kitchen. My experience with them got off on an unexpectedly good foot with a long casual conversation I had with Levi when I walked into the shop. He didn't give me the hard sell or put down the competition. Most of my interaction with Victory was with James, who was fantastic. We picked out a granite we liked from a very small sample they had as they didn't have a larger piece on hand. He came out and did the measurement and told me it would be about five days for the stone to be ready. The next day he called and said it would be ready in three. The installers came and brought in four beautiful pieces of stone, two of which were to be placed together on a long counter. The seam between the two stones is hardly noticeable as their decision concerning where to cut the stones so the grain flows from one to the other was impeccable. The installation only took three hours as the stones fit perfectly into the space measured out by James. James and Levi were great to work with, and the installers were quick and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

This was our second opportunity to work with Levi and his great team of people. From the beginning, my husband and I felt confident in the selection, quality and affordability of the countertops to be placed in our new home. All questions were answered and our concerns were addressed in a very timely manner. On the day of installation, we were provided a message that the crew was on its way (we live over 100 miles from Austin). The installation team arrived and started work immediately after they checked out the area where the work was to be done. During the install, they maintained their professionalism and wore masks during the entire process. My husband and I both work from home and went virtually undisturbed during the entire installation. The work areas set up outside and inside were kept very tidy and all was cleaned before they left. We are absolutely thrilled with the work done and are looking forward to enjoying our new quartz kitchen counters for many years to come. We met the owner Levi at his shop and looked at slabs. We brought samples of our custom cabinet colors and he did a great job of helping us select granite that went well. Levi has an eye for design! We also selected a granite composite sink from them and liked it better than the Blanco sink we were planning to buy. Compared to other pricing we had received, their countertop and sink were reasonably priced. A couple of days later his crew came out and did the install. They were meticulous craftsmen! The single seam is so tiny its barely visible. They took the time to ensure that everything fit perfectly. When they ran late, Levi came out himself to make sure the could get the job finished. We get so many compliments on our new kitchen and everyone admires the amazing movement in the granite countertops. In this day when even paying a premium price does not guarantee a quality job, its nice to know that Levi and his crew delivers outstanding work and outstanding service for a great price. I can't say enough about Victory Countertops! Levi and his team have got it going on. I popped in to the showroom to look at a remnant for my island and ended up getting a gorgeous quartzite stone. After seeing how beautiful the first one looked, I went back for a powder room vanity top. Levi knows his stone and explained the difference between each material and knows each one by name. There are lots to choose from so that's pretty impressive and speaks a lot about his experience in the business. Prices are amazing and customer service is above and beyond. Levi called me immediately after each of my installs to ensure I was happy with the service and the product. Levi was extremely responsive to phone calls and emails to coordinate the template and install. After getting several quotes I quickly realized that Austin area small businesses are overwhelmed with work. I can clearly see how this would frustrate some picky older ladies now. Witnessed while we where in the showroom there were 3 other older women picking out their countertops and overheard some of the conversations and damn some of these ladies are SUPER picky and worry waaay to much! I'm SO happy I found these guys! I was changing out kitchen counters in my rental property and foolishly decided to try Home Depot first. They jerked me around for 2 weeks before I finally gave up. Total waste of time!! When I found Victory Countertops, I knew I had found a real gem. Excellent customer service!! They are quick to respond and answer any questions. They have an amazing selection on hand to choose from (which is great for investors that don't need a particular color) but you can also custom order as well. I picked a gorgeous quartz on Monday and it was installed that Thursday!! 4 days. That was truly a miracle for me since I had wasted two weeks with Home Depot. I also saved hundreds of dollars (compared to the HD quote) and ended up with a much better product. I will absolutely use Victory Countertops again and highly recommend them. Our contractor recommended that we hire Victory to replace our counters in our kitchen. We couldn't be happier! They were very good with our new cabinets and careful not to scuff them as they were just newly installed! The quartz we picked was a great change from the old laminate we had before. Even though we used a contractor, I recommend you plan a month or so in advance before you set an installation date. They were way sooner than this but it's wise because coordinating of the tile and plumber etc., we ran into little kinks along the way with some electrical work and it put our new counters on hold ( I couldn't wait any longer ! ) but so happy now that we went thru all this. It's been a very trying process during this whole kitchen remodel but I'd say Victory is our favorite of the different companies we had in our home. For me the quality of a company is judged by how well they handle the unexpected--and let's face it, the unexpected is an ever-present fact of life. How we deal with it says a lot about us. In my renovations, I've dealt with the all-too-common response, where blame goes everywhere. But with Levi of Victory Countertops, there was no blaming. He acknowledged the problem, immediately threw resources (material and manpower) into solving the problem and stayed in touch with me, both he and his team. So I threw these guys a major curveball and they hit it out of the park!! So out of the blue I find myself with an 800lb black granite conference table that I won in an auction for $40. I decided to have it cut to make a bar for my mancave and these guys delivered and with a fair price.
