Needed a countertop hole drilled to install reverse osmosis water filter at the kitchen sink. Ryan was quick to accept the job and came out next day to take care of it. He did an excellent job with our quartz countertops and has a lot of experience working with stone. Ryan is the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. He has very little knowledge about installing countertops and is nothing more than a con artist. Here's a small list of issues I had with my "one to two day" demo and installation project: It's been 13 days and the job is still not complete He insulted my home and called me many degrading names He yelled at me in a tone so disturbing, I hid for my safety in my own home He destroyed my cabinets He cracked two tiles on my floor He cut quartz inside my kitchen, leaving a heavy layer or white dust throughout my home He damaged my sheet rock so badly I had to have them redone and a new backsplash at a HUGE additional expense He left 5, yes 5, seems in my countertops He left the edges jagged and cut at different lengths Do yourselves a favor- go anywhere else but NSH with Ryan Musick. Also, he's done this to numerous people before me, some of which have sued him in small Claims court and won- but are yet to receive their awarded money. Scum. Absolute scum. Worst contractor ever! He was four hours late to a job that he bid 2 weeks ago and then asked me for a beer because he had a bad day, because he ran out of gas in his truck. Then he tried to install countertops that were completely uneven and not cut flush. After he had measured four times. He tried to install them and glue them when they weren't level. He destroyed the drywall under the bar and the crown molding with a crow bar and wanted to install quartz countertops without a support board. I said no, please leave my home. I questioned him and he got defensive. After I asked him to leave my home, he said "can you at least make me a drink" I had to ask him to leave at least three times. Do not hire! read more

Instead of having an ugly piece of granite, I wanted something nicer to look at. I stopped by the shop and he whipped this lil beauty into shape right there on the spot! It's so nice to find someone that can get things done quickly!!! He's working on some custom tables at the moment for us because literally all the tables online are either super cheapo and hideous or more than my car is worth.
