You can see bad filler work as black stains on the granite
Emin S.

We entertained challenging granites as well as simpler ones and actually settled on the most mundane black, simple, regular grain granite that should have been a walk in the park to cut and install as seams should be imperceivable. It was THAT regular. The granite was cut and brought on side and installed. And then we noticed that in the most prominent part of the granite next to the range (right where we would see it everyday) there is a discoloration, bad filler, or some sort of really irregular pattern on the granite. Nowhere else on the granite counter top in our kitchen such variation exist. Nowhere. We contacted the company and asked what can be done. We were told this is natural variation of the granite -- a granite we chose specifically because it didn't have ANY variation when we looked at it on site in daylight. There's nothing that can be done except replace that piece which will most likely damage the backsplash and the adjoining granite pieces and will cost us 3K out of pocket. So the company takes zero responsibility for the fact, it is their job to deliver quality product, cut it strategically so it imperfections fall in hard to see areas and QA the work so that a faulty piece like the one we got should never make it to the client site. Oh no, somehow this is all the client's fault, cause I mined this slab out of the quarry and I was the one that cut it and installed it -- of course it's all my fault and I should pay to fix it. Nevermind the fact that this problem delayed the completion of our kitchen for weeks forcing us to live without a kitchen for a few more weeks. Needless to say I can't recommend this company to anyone that wants to end up with a kitchen or bathroom they love.

Working with GNS Stoneworks was a pleasure! My new Silestone quartz countertops look beautiful and were so affordable. Nathan was able cut my countertop in one piece so it is seamless. He also was able to make my bar height countertop wider to make it more comfortable and give me more serving space. He coordinated well with my contractors; measuring, cutting and installing the countertops immediately after the cabinets were installed. Doing this without any downtime helped my contractor to install my backsplash tile faster. Nathan's good communication and attentiveness to the timeline aided in completing my kitchen sooner than planned. I highly recommend GNS Stoneworks for their quality craftsmanship and attention to accommodating customer service.

Granite countertop and backslash. Nicely fitting all around the countertop trim.

Nathan and team were very easy to work with and did a great job. We wanted the backsplash to seamlessly fit with the cabinets. They did a lot of nice little detail cuts to make it work.

Photo sells itself! Great job, guys. Quality over quantity

GNS offers a tailored, high quality service, provided by experienced associates, thanks guys keep up the good work!

We are having to delay our remodeling project till next year, so I will update this review with…read moremore info when we move forward, but Teamwork Home Designs already deserves a resounding 5 Stars, and is absolutely who we would want to move forward with. Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Before hiring, I recommend asking to speak with…read moreprior clients and reviewing completed projects similar to the scope of work you are considering. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

While the major portion of our bathroom remodel is officially complete, we did decide to make some…read moresmall changes. We swapped out our existing chrome faucets for gold hardware, and the difference is night and day. The previous faucets had a very sleek, almost Star Trek-ish look (a fun nod to my hubby, who is a serious sci‑fi fan), but they no longer fit the direction the bathroom was taking. Once the rest of the space came together, it was clear the chrome felt out of place. The new gold faucets align beautifully with the overall design and add warmth and elegance to the room. They tie everything together in a way the chrome simply couldn't. What felt like a small change ended up making a big visual impact, elevating the finished space and giving it a more cohesive, intentional look. If you're on the fence about switching hardware finishes, this is proof that even after the "big" remodel work is done, thoughtful finishing touches can truly transform the final result. The faucets were priced competitively. Many thanks to folks at Tri-Supply!

Ordered some Top Knobs hardware from Tri-Supply in September. We were initially told that the order would take about a week to arrive. Some days later, I got a text from the sales rep saying the order would arrive on October 12-two weeks after we placed it. We were already delayed on our kitchen project so that was disappointing but we felt stuck, so we decided to wait it out. Never heard back from Tri-Supply. I called on the 12th to check on the order and was told it "should be here"--but no confirmation that it had actually arrived. Fortunately the staff found it and brought it to the front desk before I arrived. Side note: I was a little annoyed that I had to pick this up myself instead of it being shipped directly to me; I've ordered samples from Top Knobs so I know they have the ability to ship direct. The order was packed in a FedEx box. I checked the tracking--and it had arrived at Tri-Supply on October 5! So they just let it sit in the warehouse for a week without contacting me--and just waited for me to call to see if it was there! I checked the text from the sales rep (the one who said it would be ready on the 12th), and it turns out he had actually texted me that on the 5th--the same day it was delivered to their showroom! I have to say, all around this was a very disappointing experience. Lack of communication delayed our project by a week. And it's low-key infuriating because we could've gotten the items much sooner from Wayfair--and with a 15% off new customer discount. I contacted Tri-Supply a week ago to give them a chance to make this right, and I never heard back.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to share our experience with Luxe Kitchen and Bath to warn others about their business practices, particularly regarding their treatment of a disabled veteran and his wife. We hired Luxe Kitchen and Bath for several home improvements, but the quality of work was unacceptable and improperly executed: - Flooring: The original glue was not removed, and the slab was not leveled before installation. When an independent flooring inspector evaluated the work, Greg falsely claimed a moisture barrier had been installed. Luxe Kitchen and Bath later stated they let the installer go, yet Don refused to accept the inspection report and demanded an additional $5,000 to fix the issue, claiming my wife's wheelchair caused the damage. - Plumbing & Bathroom: They broke the toilet flanges and overtightened the toilet, cracking the porcelain and causing water to leak beneath the flooring. - Doors & Paint: The storm doors were not installed properly, and the wall painting was poorly executed. Throughout this process, project management and communication were virtually non-existent. Don never visited the site to inspect the work, and Greg only came when specifically requested. We received no progress updates, and Don failed to appear for the independent inspection, sending Greg and Kim instead. It is deeply unacceptable for a contractor to perform sub-standard work, refuse to take responsibility, and attempt to blame the resulting damage on a disability while demanding more money. Sincerely, Bryan
