While the major portion of our bathroom remodel is officially complete, we did decide to make some small changes. We swapped out our existing chrome faucets for gold hardware, and the difference is night and day. The previous faucets had a very sleek, almost Star Trek-ish look (a fun nod to my hubby, who is a serious sci‑fi fan), but they no longer fit the direction the bathroom was taking. Once the rest of the space came together, it was clear the chrome felt out of place. The new gold faucets align beautifully with the overall design and add warmth and elegance to the room. They tie everything together in a way the chrome simply couldn't. What felt like a small change ended up making a big visual impact, elevating the finished space and giving it a more cohesive, intentional look. If you're on the fence about switching hardware finishes, this is proof that even after the "big" remodel work is done, thoughtful finishing touches can truly transform the final result. If you want a one-stop showroom for appliances, lockets, lighting, ceiling fans, doors, windows, outdoor grills, patio furniture, look no farther than Tri-Supply. I was literally wowed when I walked into their showroom last Saturday. It was a mecca for everything home. Honesty, if you can't find it here, I don't know where you can. The only quibbles I have is that they do have departments and specialists for each department. I worked with Aaron in appliances but he could not help me with anything other than appliances. I also spoke with Kelly the day before by phone--both extremely pleasant to work with. Their computer system is not tied into their floor inventory, and apparently hard for even their staff to navigate, making identification of available stock on floor challenging without eyes on. Their desk phones are not wireless, so checking on an item on the floor means holding or calling back from cellular. This is a small, family-owned business. Now that Harway is no longer family owned and a part of the Ferguson brand, the choices for shopping local are dwindling. But don't let family-owned mean expensive. They price match with big box and offer much better service to compete strongly. Although I did not buy that day, I have them in mind for a couple of items. Recommended. Five stars. read more

They tried harder. Try-Supply has been in contact multiple times since the day of posting the prior review, and they just replaced the defective part for holding the grill cover. What took so long was figuring out and getting the correct part from Whirlpool/KitchenAid. Try-Supply has been nothing but apologetic about our experience. So much so and they've tried so hard that they would again be our first for buying new appliances. I don't know what went wrong before, but their recovery has been great. After much diddling around, finally decided we needed a new ceiling fan in our living room. Our hunter was really getting up there in age, the light no longer worked and I was being honey badgered out the whazoo. We had our kitchen recently remodeled so I called my contractor and asked where he would go. Immediately, he said Tri-Supply and they are in our hood. They actually were just a couple miles down the road. I hit up their website and good grief, they have a huge inventory of stuff as well as ceiling fans. I thought back how the misses and I were staring up at the ceiling of some fans at the local Lowes and trying to figure out what we needed. Ha.. yeah, this ain't your parent Lowes, just saying. Upon arrival, we were greeted and asked if there was anything we were looking for. We mentioned ceiling fans and they pointed us in the direction where they lived. Nikki, was with customers, which was fine since it gave us an opportunity to look at all the fans they had. The assortment and price range was off the hook. These were just the ones they had mounted. There were fans of all different sizes, shapes, colours and price range. Nikki got free and asked us what we were looking for in size and where was the fan going to live. Suzie had some specific requests. Remote Control and a light fixture, which could be dimmed. I had spotted a very interesting fan, bronze in colour and the blades reminded me of a twisted bit of flat noodle. Right? Very unique. The brand was MinkaAire and we viewed the options on the computer with Nikki. We got the size we wanted and all the requirements that made Ms Suzie happy. The next bit was easy since Nikki did the rest. We elected to pick up the fan once it arrived at Tri-Supply and that was that! Nikki was very personable and helpful, never pushy or salesy. That was a win. On our way out we checked out all the stuff they had. Got some ideas regarding perhaps a wine cooler as well as appliances for when ours die. Even when we were pointing and looking things, the team was there to answer questions, price points and not following us around like a puppy. A week later I think, we got the call the fan was in and it was an easy pick up and go. The fan is brilliant and as complex as the fan seemed to be, our contractor put it up without any issues. Our experience at Tri Supply started out very well. The showroom is nicely laid out and the selection is good without being overwhelming. The lighting representative was very helpful with picking out our lighting and fans across multiple bathrooms. The plumbing representative helped pick out all our bathroom fixtures and knobs/pulls efficiently. This is where our good experience ended. We waited a couple weeks and never heard back from the plumbing representative and then found out she was on vacation and our order was no where to be found. She lost our order and we had to go back another day to make sure all the items were correct again. Then there were delays getting the order which delayed our project. Our contractor noted to us that the plumbing representative at Tri Supply was quite rude to their staff when they pointed out there were missing items while picking up the order. She also refused to give our contractor specific color codes on the gold fixtures so he could find a matching drain for the showers. The contractor and I have up and just orders on Home Depot and found a good match. When it came time to install we figured out that the tub filler was just too big for the room and wished to return it. Again the plumbing representative was very rude and insisted only 50% of the cost would be refunded because it was a "specialty item" even though they had the item on their showroom floor. She also recommended we mount a giant rain shower head on the wall with a 2.5" shower arm. Which obviously looked ridiculous once we got it on the wall. The box from Pfister specifically said only for rain shower mounting. More wasted money due to poor guidance from Tri Supply. I ended up just eating the cost and ordering a new shower head from Home Depot since I knew Tri Supply wasn't going to make it right. I was quite annoyed with the poor customer service especially after losing our first order and having delays. (Apparently Tri Supply is not aware that I can buy everything I bought from them on Amazon or Home Depot/Lowe's for the same price within a few dollars and they will offer we a full refund) I assumed Tri Supply competed with superior customer service but that was not the case in our experience. We ended up adding another bathroom to the remodel after finishing the first 3 and we learned our lesson. We purchased all fixtures from Home Depot and Amazon instead due to better return policies and we felt burned by Tri Supply. My experience with the lightning department was much better throughout the project but unfortunately communication at the end was frustrating. We purchased 2 $800 ceiling fans. After installation 1 of them wobbles on medium to high speeds. The electrician noted there was a bent rod out of the box after he tested and inspected it. I contacted Tri Supply and they said they would take care of it by replacing the fan. After a month went by, I called again and they apologized that they forgot about me and assured me that they would order the new fan. It has been another 2 months now and I have heard nothing. To sum up our experience: Nice showroom but save yourself the frustration and make your actual purchases somewhere else. We have more remodels coming up, I wanted to like Tri Supply but they wasted my time, money, failed to make it right and even when they agreed to honor a warranty, they just ignored me afterwards. I could kee calling and complaining but at some point you realize that they do not care and just want you to go away. All I can do now is just not shop there any longer and recommend others avoid as well. Luckily we had an excellent experience with our contractor. read more

They have Amazing products from no rot composite door frames and adjustable thresholds to bbq pits. If you love home and garden shows and home improvement stores, then you'll be in heaven. The show room is huge! They have unique and hard to find items, but it's very expensive. You'll find high quality products and what you need to do repairs at the same price as Home Depot and Lowe's except the customer service and knowledge about products and repairs is much better at Tri Supply. I'd say most of us can't afford the lighting, outdoor furniture, or doors, but it's fun to look and dream. First off let me say the showroom is impressive and beautiful. We already had one big green egg grill and went to Tri Supply to purchase a Challenger grill table and a second big green egg. The purchase went smoothly and the problems started afterward. Because we already had the other grill we made sure to ask our sales person Nicky if the delivery people would put our other grill into the table with the grill we purchased and were assured that would be no issue. Because of Covid we were staying at our home in Houston and had planned a special trip back to the Pflugerville home to take delivery. The delivery guys showed up and the casters for the table were missing and they didn't put the grill in the table before they left. I called Nicky pretty irritated because for the money we spent, we expected a higher level of customer service. She told me the casters would have to be ordered and that when they came in Tri Supply would work on our schedule because of the mistake. Fast forward to the day the casters were in we were supposed to have delivery around 9-11 am. I called the store at noon, left a message that was never answered, called again at 1. I think they finally showed up at 3 and got the table put together properly with the grill. The delivery guys were fantastic and I attribute all the mistakes to management and the salesperson not following through. I spoke to the manager in Austin and all I got was excuses and sorry. Again, when you are spending money like that you expect more. If Nicky earned a commission on our sale, it sure wasn't earned. The salesmen were friendly and he store is jam-packed with lighting, priced from reasonable to outrageous. We built a new home in 2018 and try-supply provided the windows. Shortly after completion of the home, we had to have dual pane window replaced. Now we have multiple dual pane windows with leaks. We have been working with try-supply for months trying to get out "life time" warranty windows replaced. They sent out a team several months ago and then silence. We called them and nobody even knew about our claim, but they would call us back. They didn't. We contacted them yesterday and they promised to get back with us yesterday, they didn't....Lousy customer service and shoddy products...Stay away from this business. read more

I created a Yelp account simply to leave this review. Tri-Supply was the worst company I've ever dealt with. Trust me, I'm not hard to work with, this was an issue of extreme incompetence. On August 10th we got our inspection report detailing the last items needed to finish our home project. Three windows were identified that needed to be tempered glass. Failure 1: Two of the three windows were originally ordered as tempered glass and were not installed as tempered glass as ordered. Failure 2: The third window was never identified as needing tempered glass upfront, so we happily paid $700 to get that taken care of. The three windows were measured and ordered with a two week turn around. Two weeks comes by, they replace the two windows and we are told they had the wrong dimensions on the third. We are told we'll receive a three week turnaround. Failure 3: Three weeks comes by, we're told they'll get the window installed on Friday, Oct 5th. We get an update on October 5th that they won't be able to make it till Monday, Oct 8th. We get an update on October 8th that they won't be able to make it until October 10th. October 10th comes by and we're told the only technician that's able to replace windows is unable to be at work because of medical issues. Oct 15th Tri Supply comes to the house again with a measuring tape, ensures us they'll be out to install the windows on Oct 16th. Failure 4: Oct 16th comes and we're told they don't replace windows that they didn't originally install. After months of "measuring" the windows and "reordering" the glass, I'm told that they can't do the job they happily took my money on months before. Never were we told that they couldn't do the job, until after 2 months and at least four visits to the house. The icing on the cake is the same day they tell me they can't do the work I paid for, I receive mail saying they'll put a lien on my home if I don't pay $300 owed for previous work. The previous work payment was pending the permit, that I am still awaiting, that has been significantly delayed due to Tri Supply's inability to do a job that they took upfront payment on two months prior. Words cannot convey how frustrating this has been for me or my pregnant wife. We're just looking to be finished with our remodel and Tri Supply has been a major roadblock to meet that goal. read more

I needed to find some matching baseboards for some home repairs, but the orange and blue big box home stores didn't have them. Eventually I was able to track down the manufacturer who told me that Tri Supply carried them, so I gave them a call to confirm. Tri Supply were familiar with the model number (B-MCOL314) instantly and looked in their computer system to confirm they had some. The response: "Well, it says we don't have any in stock, but I think that's incorrect. Can I get your contact information and call you back after I've checked the warehouse?" Tri Supply called back in about 15 minutes and let me know they did have them in stock despite what their computer system reported. It was really nice to have someone take time out of their day to help me get exactly what I needed. Tri Supply also cut the base boards and helped me load them in the car. They were quick so I didn't spend very much time in the store, but I'd definitely go back if I ever need to do more home upgrades/repairs. read more

Update: washer and dryer came. Installed with no problems. I did one load. The washer was super loud. Given everything that happened I had a suspicion it wasn't a new washer and dryer. Went online and contacted GE regarding serial number and year of manufacturing. The representative told me the washer and dryer were made on summer of 2016. I was never told by tri supply it was a 2 year old washer and dryer. It was sold to me as new. Once I contacted Laura and told her about my findings she told me they do tend to have outdated appliances but could give me an extended warranty (this was never offer initially as they didn't disclose it wasn't a new washer). At that point I asked for the washer and Dryer to be picked the next day and give me my full refund. They picked the washer and dryer the next day. Refund came by mail a week later but it wasn't the full amount. I had to contacted them again and my GF finally pick the rest of the refund at the office in cash. DO NOT BUY from this store, they lie and lie and never deliver on anything they promise. BTW Grant your apologies are empty, your business is to deceive customers. Tri supply has wasted so much of my time. I suspect they sell a lot of refurbished appliances as new, I luckily didn't fall for it. read more

Tri Supply was recommended to me by a friend. I bought a grill I had been eyeing for a year from them as the price was fair and their reviews looked good. It was 2 weeks before Fathers' Day, and they had to order it (which I expected). I mentioned I would really like to have it installed by Fathers' Day as a surprise for my husband, and they said they would do what they could. It arrived 3 days before Fathers' Day and Kenny and Chris moved heaven and earth to get it installed in time! They called 3 different installers in addition to their regular installers. It didn't seem like it was going to work out, then Friday morning before Fathers' day weekend Chris called and he had somehow lined things up! They installed it swiftly and efficiently, and were very courteous and neat to boot. When my husband arrived home from work he couldn't believe it! He was so happy and pleased and surprised! I can't say enough good things about Tri-Supply! I needed a new back door with a dog door in it and didn't want to pay $500 at Home Depot. I went to Tri-Supply and was greeted by Chris. He showed me the door that they have with the dog door built in that runs around $400. I wasn't a huge fan of the dog door that came built in to the door, so he said we could order a door (at $300) and I could purchase and bring a dog door of my choice to have it installed. Definitely solved my problem at a fraction of what Home Depot wanted. Chris also communicated with the company that did the installation to make sure the door was cut to the exact measurements that I needed. SUPER HELPFUL.
