When I contacted the service dept they quickly sent out a technician. Unfortunately, he couldn't get it working properly so they replaced it with a similar model. They applied all possible discounts, arranging delivery and haul away was a breeze, and the whole experience was simple and hassle-free. DO NOT buy from this place. In October, we bought a washer from them that just flat out wouldn't work. We had bought the warranty, so they swapped it. Then by November, that new washer started shaking like a literal demonic possession. We took a video and sent it to them, and the repair person on the phone said, "You're not the first person who's described it like an exorcism," so clearly it wasn't just us. They swapped it a second time. Then about 6 weeks later, the THIRD washer *in less than 3 months* broke--the tall rod that stands in the middle of it just came right off in a load. We tried to bolt it back ourselves, but you have to reach through the rod to do it, so it requires a special tool. We called AGAIN - and they accused us of "tampering" with the machines and trying to run a scam! Unbelievable! As far as I can tell, these people are shoddily refurbishing broken machines and when you hold them accountable, they try to put you on the defensive. I hate to have to write this review but they have sold me 2 defective washing machines. So I had a plumber from Reliant plumbing come out he said that the washing machine is not worth fixing it would cost thousands of dollars so I paid his fee and trashed that washing machine and thought ok no deal 2 years was a decent time for a new washing machine. I bought from neu appliances again because I loved their quick delivery time and customer service. Well I had flooding from this new washing machine, so I called and had an LG technician look at it since it was still under the one year warranty. He said this washing machine needs new power board, among so many other things. He was actually very angry that I was being taken advantage of and having to pay out of pocket over thousands of dollars to replace my flooring walls ceiling new cabinets etc because they sold me a defective washing machine. I have sent photos to Antonio's email with neu appliances. They said this isn't their fault and instead of helping with anything they can offer me 20% off my next order! Why would I keep buying items from them if they are all defective and ruin my home?!? I just replaced all of my flooring and cabinets, bathrooms last year and now I have to deal with this and pay to have everything replaced because Neu Appliances sold me a defective item yet again. I'm beyond frustrated and just want to cry. I can't keep paying thousands of dollars each year because they like to take advantage of their customers. I am a dog and cat rescue mom and paying for expensive hotels that are pet friendly is also another big expensive. I have so much proof this time that it was their fault yet they refuse to take accountability. I'm at a loss right now about what to do I have maxed out all my credit cards and have so many health issues because of the mold and caring for my dad with cancer. It's disgusting that this company thinks it's ok to take advantage of people. I can't subject my rescue animals to live in this home and home insurance won't cover this. I'm hoping to hear from Scott because this is beyond irresponsible to sell defective items then refuse to even look at the damage. I also have videos of the LG technician repairing and talking but it won't let me add those for some reason. Not sure why my photos are not showing but for more clear information please look at the photos of the damage and washing machine. I bought a half truckload of appliances and was not given what they said I would get. I was told that what I purchased had never been owned by any consumers and I could expect about 10-15% would need some repairs. Out of the 25 I received; this is what I got: -A fridge that had a hole all the way through the outside to the inside. -A fridge that the water dispenser was missing. Just tubes hanging out. -A washing machine that would not run. -A fridge that the water hose was cut underneath. -A washing machine that you could not close the door because the plastic hinge was broken. -A washer and dryer combo that had detergent inside the machine. So, it was owned by someone. -A dryer that quit working and when the customer called it in, they were told that it did not have a warranty, because someone already called in before. I called about this one and they would not give me my money back, because they said, "Yes, sometimes previously owned appliances, get slipped in." When I asked for my money back, they said, "No, we are just in the same situation." I gave the customer their money back. Neu Appliance sells them as well and they just pick the good ones, and you will be left with the trash. read more

I purchased my first refrigerator and was quite nervous about it but Antonio walked me through that process and my million questions with so much patience and kindness. Unfortunately I did run into an issue with it a few months later but they were so helpful and provided me with excellent customer service. My husband and I just bought a GE washer/dryer set from Neu, and it was delivered and installed by Declan and John last Friday. Once I learned about the live online inventory, it was simple for me to check it out. Once I found what I wanted, I called and went by that afternoon and bought it in an effortless transaction. In the three day window between looking and buying, two other sets I was eyeing slipped away. So yeah, if you see something that interests you, don't dawdle. Or do, because there will be something comparable coming along soon! As far as delivery, the set went into my garage, so that was simple. The delivery guys, Declan and John(?), introduced themselves, gave me a rundown of what to expect in the install, and got it done, son. They left with some tips, reminded me of how to contact for troubles, etc. They also tolerated, nay loved on my super friendly dog. I have no complaints. I was a little nervous about buying online but because of their reputation and the pictures, which looked good I went for it. I got a good price and about for 15% more I got a one-year warranty added onto the one month warranty that it came with. It was delivered and installed by Declan. Very professional and very quick. Loved the experience with Neu! I was ready to take the risk of buying our washer/dryer off Craig's list, but after I realized one of the sets was at a local store, we decided to check it out. I was surprised to see the store was in a pretty hip part of town, next to a bunch of novelty stores and coffee shops, so I wasn't sure what to expect. We rolled up 5 minutes to close, but Scott was super helpful and did not act the least bit annoyed we were there at closing time. He took his time and explained the different types of washing machines, and even though we came in to look at the more expensive front loading machine, he explained how the top loading would probably be better for us. He was not pushy at all, and let my wife and I talk it over. We bought a set and scheduled delivery. Charles and Noah were our delivery guys and were awesome. They called in the morning to give me a three hour window, and by lunch time we were able to narrow it down to an exact time. I hit traffic and was actually about 15 minutes late but the guys were very chill about it, and were waiting with the washer and dryer already out of the truck and on a dolly. They got to work installing the washer and dryer and made sure everything was working before they were on their way. If you've made it this far, congratulations. Neu continues to impress me, my dryer once again had an issue with heating and I knew I was out of warranty at this point. Being that I chose a cheaper unit that was old and refurbished, I accepted my fate and called Neu to see if they could have someone come out and repair it on my dime. They offered to continue to warranty the dryer (without me even asking), and had a technician available the next day to come out and fix it. Josh showed up on time and with a 15 minute notice (like all Neu techs have in my experience), and was able to fix my dryer quickly, then explained what he replaced and why he did it.
