The Bath was completely gutted to the studs and reconstructed, the Kitchen was a complete renovation, but we maintained the basic layout. We replaced countertops, backsplash, all appliances; added a wine refrigerator, a professional type range and a warming draw at the bottom of the oven/microwave wall unit. We had to reconfigure a number of the cabinets to accommodate the additional appliances. We also replaced all cabinet doors and draw fronts, in addition to refinishing the base cabinets and reconfiguring some cabinets into drawers. In addition to being extremely professional in the quality of the construction, Scott was also very helpful in guiding us through the selection of materials. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and he help suggest certain materials and finishes that would achieve my goals. Everything he suggested was spot on. I couldn't be happier. I was also extremely pleased with the quality of subcontractors he utilized. They were all extremely professional and the quality of their work was outstanding. I intend to call Scott soon to renovate our Master Bath.

The stain was uneven there was belt sander gouges in the floor... the sanding over all was really bad... I paid $1400 for about 700 sqft and it was a waste of money... I already had carpet and flooring picked out from another seller but my husband mentioned that Designer Floors nows sells countertops. Since we needed both new flooring and new countertops, we went to their showroom. I'm *really* glad we did. We ended up spending over ten thousand dollars and it was worth every penny. First, I loved all the selections that Designer Floors offered. Because of the layout of their store, I was able to see in bigger format how our carpet would match up with our other flooring, back splash and countertops. Second, Robert was super patient with me as I grilled him on everything they offered. He really had no problem with me going back and forth on a variety of options. He walked through them all and handled my questioning (read : pickiness) with professionalism, and I felt really confident about my choice by the end. I wanted to stay within a budget, but have really nice floors and countertops. We bought a house a few years ago and didn't install new flooring until the month before we sold it. This time, I wanted to do it right and *LIVE* in a house with beautiful flooring. I also needed the floors to withstand three kids and two big dogs. Lastly, install was great. Like even better than I expected. I was a little weary because we had an uneven foundation but when the installers came over they were able to level it back up. The first round was to lay carpet. Second round was to test our concrete before laying LVT flooring. Final round was LVT installation. While it was a fairly straightforward process, its still overwhelming when you first start out. Now that they were finished, our floors are awesome. We have a new kitchen island, with beautiful granite countertops. It looks amazing! A month later and I am giddy every time I come home and see my new house! Everything is sooo clean and easy to keep clean. I love that. Seriously, I can't say enough wonderful things about Designer Floors (and they sell countertops!!). They really made our remodeling experience so much easier and I am glad we used them.

The other two didn't hear anything I said and we ended up having to repaint a room because the suggestion was so bad. Elizabeth is an excellent listener. That seems to be the quality most important to me. First, she responded to my request for information within an hour. She came this morning for an hour and comped the first 30 min. as an introductory consult. I received a suggest plan and invoice within 30 minutes of her departure. Being this organized gave me the sense that any work she did for us would be similarly organized, no chaos. She went by CRG countertops which was on the other end of town for her and got a sample of the quartz we were considering and got a large sample we could use to solve my dilemma: use backsplash or not? She saw how the rest of the house was eclectic and quickly narrowed down how to make the new counters and cabinets fit stylistically with the rest of the area. She's direct and efficient and fast. She didn't throw a lot of suggestions at me that just confuse me with too many options. Kept it simple. Affirmed that my favorite ones indeed were well coordinated, discouraged a few, told me which were too had to keep clean and gave me some things to consider that I would have not known to think about otherwise. She is professional and easy to talk to. She won't recommend a painter until they have painted a room in her house so she can see their work. I found her help to be exactly what I was looking for. I surprised my husband with a closet makeover for his home office! Like most people, we are using…read morea bedroom for a home office. The bedroom closet is set up to hang clothes. The closet had so much stuff in it you couldn't even walk into it. We had Elizabeth from Clositivity out to look the closet. She immediately set to work on 5 possible options for us. One of them was perfect and we decided to go ahead and commit to it. We chose a "hanging" shelf system. It sits 18" off the floor and is secured by special steel bands. There's still room on the floor under the unit to store larger items and it's easy to walk in the closet with the unit off the floor. The turn around time was quick, and before we knew it Terry & his crew were at the door ready to demo and install. All we needed to provide was paint for the areas that were patched up. It turned out amazing! After they left we kept going into the office to stare at it. The quality and workmanship is superb. We should have done this years ago. We have Elizabeth coming out again this week to check out the master bedroom closet. We feel the added value to our home is an extra benefit over and above the benefit that comes from a significant amount of extra storage.
