New Creations also transformed a small, dull library/bar space into something amazing. This is our second time working with New Creations. Roy Faust and his team are true professionals and committed to making everything right. We trust Roy and that was a primary consideration for us in choosing someone to remodel our kitchen. Erin Rooney presented us with 5 design/layout options to consider. This was all done on the computer so we could see the layout and elevation views of each option. Erin visualized options that that we couldn't and we could not be happier with the final product. We gained so much countertop and cabinet space! No more cramped drawers or competition for cutting board space. Erin was with us every step of the way in selecting materials and colors. She definitely has a talent that you should utilize. The cabinetry built and installed by Apollo is amazing. We had the cabinets stained and went from a natural finish to a darker look. We love the contrast of the cabinets with the lighter backsplash and counters. It really makes the kitchen look so elegant. Apollo also installed the backsplash and flooring. He is meticulous with his workmanship and you can trust him to get it right. We couldn't be happier with investment we made in our home. Thank you NC!

I was reminded of my full kitchen and dining area remodel when I saw a post in my LinkedIn feed…read more Our remodel was over 15 years ago, and I still love it today. That alone says a lot about the design and the quality of the workmanship. Even more impressive--I still remember the crew and the people from back then, and every one of them was great. Their work has truly stood the test of time. What really set New Creation apart for me was their design thinking. I remember clearly that their layout ideas were far better than others I had spoken with--that's ultimately why I chose them. They didn't just execute well; they thought differently and delivered a smarter, more functional space. To me, the best testament you can give is this: I loved it on day one, and I still love it 15 1/2 years later (that's over 5,600 days, if you're counting). Great design combined with craftsmanship that holds up for the long haul--I'm one very happy customer and highly recommend New Creation, owned and operated by Roy Faust.

When we decided to remodel our kitchen, and met with them, it was a no-contest. They are literally the best ones out there for the job. They've gotten every detail down to a fine tooth comb. Everything was done with such precision and beautiful finesse. They are professional, experienced and an incredible team. We had our entire kitchen remodeled within 6 weeks. They were dependable, communicative, and detail-oriented. I have heard so many horror stories from friends about kitchen remodels taking months upon months and with undependable contractors; we found so much relief with FineLine Remodeling in the fact that they were so incredibly dependable, every single day. They made the process easy, and somehow even enjoyable! I literally could not recommend anyone more than them, if you are considering a remodel of your home.

They have done countless projects at this house and our last house, but the last project we did together is one of my favorites. Sadly, it will only be my wife and I and whoever reads this post that ever sees our closet. So far, the workers installed ceiling lights, and an outdoor fan, repaired our wood fence, plus built a new wood entry gate into our backyard. They installed a low-flow toilet, two garbage disposals, plus a second stair rail, and grab bars in my shower to keep me safe. The reason we consistently use the company is because the workers always arrive on time. They are efficient and know exactly what they're doing, are always friendly, and make sure they clean up afterward. Communication, both by phone and in person, is exceptional. Their prices are amazingly reasonable. They are honest about their estimates. For example, we asked that one side of our backyard fence be replaced. Servando, the owner, looked at it and told us it didn't need to be replaced. All that was needed was the replacement of posts, plus slats. We always receive a call after work has been completed to make sure we're happy with the result. I can't say anything negative about this company or its employees. We couldn't be more pleased.

Remodel Boutique handled both of our bathroom remodels and they were absolutely amazing. Things…read morethat made them stand out are: excellent communication and project management (we saw our project manager Elizabeth every day and she updated our basecamp log daily with pictures), a fantastic in-house crew that showed up on time, were very tidy and considerate, and had great oversight. I should also note that during the remodel process, we were pretty covid cautious because I was pregnant and everyone wore masks and were super careful around me, which was greatly appreciated. A short anecdote that demonstrates just how detail oriented they are: RB workers installed some light bulbs in our restroom, which we thought were fine. They're light bulbs! But one of the RB co-owners, Domingo, noticed that the bulbs in our bathroom were different temperatures (one was a cool white and the other a warm), he pointed it out to us and then replaced one so both bulbs were warm whites. We've worked with other GC companies in town who promised similar things about communication and attention to detail but failed to deliver. Things go sideways on remodel projects - that's totally expected. What matters is how your contractor helps you recover and figure out a solution to move forward. I always felt that RB was available to help and super transparent with us. RB has scaled their company really well so everything still feels like a very tightly run ship. I would (and have) recommended them to friends and would love to work with them again in the future.
