Jessica and Jason at Fine Line are literally the best. They are smart, friendly, hardworking, and save you money and time when you start to go in the wrong direction. They have done countless projects at this house and our last house, but the last project we did together is one of my favorites. This closet is absolutely stunning, and we wish we could show it to everyone because we are so happy with it. Let me start by saying that my wife and I have been remodeling our house for a while now and have dealt with numerous contractors that have overpromised and underdelivered, providing mediocre work at best. However, Fine Line Remodeling did exactly what they said they would, did amazing work, and delivered in a professional, timely manner. Our kitchen, which is in an older home built in the 70s, was in dire need of remodeling. We began the remodeling process with UB Kitchens (also highly recommended), and through their recommendation, we were introduced to Jason and Jessica at Fine Line Remodeling. Jason came in and gave us a very reasonable and detailed quote and explained how they would approach the project. When they began work, their team showed up when they said they would, communicated any issues or other things that we needed to know, and did the work the right way, instead of cutting corners like other contractors we have worked with in the past. They also did a great job keeping the work areas clean everyday before they would leave. One of the things that stood out to us during the process was how well Jason and Jessica communicated with us, letting us know when things would happen and what to expect, as well as with the other teams involved. It was clear that their planning, preparation, and organization was a big part of what made the whole process very smooth. We also really appreciated their willingness to collaborate with us, offering design opinions/suggestions and providing other guidance to bring our new kitchen to life. From patiently helping us choose backsplash tile to coming up with a creative way to fix a section of our damaged flooring, both Jason and Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that we loved our new kitchen. We just completed a kitchen and master bath remodel with Jason and Jessica and they are exceptional to work with. From the planning to the final step they pay close attention to every detail and make sure the project meets their high standard of quality. They throw in little touches we didn't discuss but totally enhance the project (e.g. fire extinguisher and outlets with phone recharging ports). As an example, when tiling the new shower they noticed that the pan had a low spot by the door. Nothing that would create a leak but might leave a puddle after a shower. They took the time to level up that spot before tiling even though that changed their schedule. They also took the effort to add a tiny shim to the shower walls so the quartz surround would be perfectly plumb. At all times communication was outstanding and we always knew what was going on and why. This extended to their crew, Chris and Burt. I recommend them without reservation. read more

We have used Fine Line Remodeling for several remodeling projects in our current and previous home and I would recommend them again and again. We hired Jason and Jessica to remodel our kitchen. From demolition to the final backsplash tile, they did a fantastic job. They changed our floor tiles,electric fixtures, painted the kitchen walls and ceiling, they pulled out a wall and installed a vent..they did it all! Jason was extremely professional and made sure he did what we wanted and how we wanted it. We would throw an extra job (we asked them to replace all our switch plates and outlets) at the last minute and it got done immediately. Jason Hayes, Owner of Fine Line remodeling was chosen by us to remodel our kitchen because he was the most detailed in discussing the project and getting information to assemble a complete quote. We interviewed 5 different companies that all had been recommended. We felt that Jason put the most effort in understanding our vision and helping us compile a few options to meet them. Both financially and time-wise. His pricing was fair and after working with him we were incredibly pleased with his work ethic, ideas, and professionalism. We never had to chase him down or ask what was happening with the project. We lived in our house while he did the work. We volunteered to leave the house for a week so his team would not have to clean up or unpack during the major part of the renovation. Jason and his team were a big part of our kitchen remodel in August, 2013. They took care of demolition and all the work to get the plumbing and electrical up-to-date. They installed new appliances and tiled the backsplash. All of their work was excellent and Jason and his guys were great throughout.
