Keith and his team at conversions did a phenomenal job at making our dream master bath come to life! They were timely with providing a quote and before starting the job Keith and Kent sat down with us to explain how the entire process and remodel would take place. I will be honest, I can be extremely particular and maybe even a little stubborn to work with, and Keith and his crew were sooo patient and listened to all of my concerns with sincerity and addressed them immediately. The quality of their work was/ is A+! I have to give a shout out to Jeremy and John; those two were here day in and out and completed our project to perfection! Jeremy's tile work is immaculate and John's dry wall and paint skills were on point! The only thing I could even try to think of that would make this experience less than perfect was the job took a little longer than expected, but weather played a big part in that (opening outer structure walls), and let's be real-in construction things come up and we understood, especially with the final product that they delivered. We have recommended them to all family and friends!

Conversions Remodeling earned my trust, respect and my loyalty here in Central TX! Thanks for your expertise and professionalism!

I am so thankful for the professionalism, quality of work, timeliness and fair pricing delivered by this company! The day before Halloween, a few months ago, we had major water damage in our living area and, with the help of our USAA insurance co., I called 3 local companies. 1 told me immediately that they don't do smaller residential jobs. The second company didn't call me back after leaving 2, or 3 messages. Conversions answered their phone and sent Kieth out a few days later. He was very professional and his estimate was almost identical to my insurance co. They arrived on time and completed their work on time. The employees were pleasant and professional. Yesterday, I was pleasantly surprised to get a Thank you note in the mail from them! Who does that these days? In the future, if I need any type of home remodeling, this is the only company I will call! Thank you very much Conversions!

Did a beautiful job on our fireplace remodel. Fair prices, solid work. Turned our standard hideous fireplace into a work of art. Just take a look at the before and after pics. Beautiful mantle, backsplash, everything. Thank you Keith.

Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

Despite the many 5 star reviews, we had a pretty awful experience working with JP Exteriors. It…read morestarted when we accepted a bid to replace our entire house with Andersen 100 windows. We signed the contract and put a deposit for half the entire amount. After we signed the contract and put in our half deposit, we were informed that 2 of our windows are arched and Andersen 100 doesn't make arched windows. They said we could replace our front of the house windows with Andersen 400 or Simonton. Simonton is supposedly a less expensive window than Andersen's 100 series. But, they quoted us a higher price to replace the front windows with Simonton than we were quoted for the same windows in Andersen 100. We ended up ordering Simonton Windows with grids for our entire house. We had already paid ($15,000) from our original contract and we were locked in with JP Exteriors. On window installation day, we noticed that there was one window at the front of the house missing a horizontal grid. They let us know that they could get us a "great price" to replace the window that we had already paid for with the proper grid. They also left several small projects unfinished including painting the trim around 2 windows, filling interiors holes around 3 windows, fixing an interior window sill that was damaged during window installation. Ultimately, the window that was missing a horizontal grid was replaced at no additional cost to us and the remaining unfinished items were all competed in a satisfactory manner. However the replaced window that was missing a horizontal grid has now been replaced and the vertical grids on the top window are not lined up with the vertical grids on the bottom windows (See photos below.) It looks terrible and is at the front of our house. We wanted to love JP Exteriors based on their 5 star reviews, but unfortunately, we have had a 1 star experience. Update: They have said that they will fix the window so that the grids line up. If this happens, that will be good.

Jake and Bobbie are meticulous, with great attention to detail and precision. They communicate better than any contractor you'll ever work with, and the quality is the best you'll find. Jake is experienced and skilled in nearly all aspects of construction work. Only thing I had to do was use a licensed electrician to reconfigure the electrical loads and install several new and dedicated circuits in the kitchen area when the area was gutted. Jake even goes an extra mile to do some things out of scope because he is that kind of guy, but if you push him out of scope, then you should reward him appropriately. He is anxious to please and works as if it is his own house. He installed an RO I had ordered in the middle of the kitchen-install and he wasn't going to charge, and he reworked some doors and did some extras here and there to give 100% quality and happiness. He's the only contractor I've ever given a bonus to at the end of the job; he was that good, 100% on time, and superb quality and a very fair price.
