We had requested a bid on two main projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were shocked by how much of the "bonus" projects we could fit in, and yet felt very confident with Koren's insights that these were realistically within our budget.
