WeDo just spent a week in our new house doing a variety of large and small improvements. (Large - opened and refinished a sealed-up closet with a popcorn ceiling. Small - hung a curtain rod.) Jamin, at WeDo Home Improvement, is the most reliable and creative contractor we've(wife & I) ever worked with. From the very beginning he explained his more than fair prices and gave us many ideas for our bathroom remodel. Whenever a question was raised or a problem was met, Jamin had the solution and made sure all timelines were met to ensure customer satisfaction. We love our new bath/shower remodel. It has somehow 100% become the center piece of our house haha. Since the remodel, we have used him AND WILL ONLY USE HIM for as long as we need things done that we can't accomplish ourselves. I had my kitchen renovation done by WEDO in February 2023. I had a dishwasher installed by them and also had to pay additional charges for the plumber and electrician, which were not included in the bill. The dishwasher that had been only used for 8 times broke down. I had Bosch appointed staff to come down and take a look at it, and he mentioned that there was nothing wrong with it and that the installation of the dishwasher was faulty. The dishwasher was forced in, and it could not be pulled out by him. The connections of the hose was not done properly. The connections to the dishwasher, the hose has to be taken out and refit. Drain hose also holding water as going under kicker & around a corner on an extension hose. As such, the connections of the hose need to be redone. He also mentioned that there could be a eater seepage at the base of the cupboard. As such, the people who did the cabinets and installing of the dishwasher, who are from WEDO, should be called in, as he is not the correct person to remove the cupboards or do the connections. He also mentioned that he could not guarantee that the dishwasher would not break down once again. In addition to that, he mentioned that there should never be an extension board to connect the dishwasher. I immediately contacted the Project Coordinator, Giulia, via a telephone call in mid-June 2024. And subsequently via emails. Since 27 June 2024, since I sent her an email, there had been no updates or contacts made to me. On 4 July, I sent another email. No response. Calls are also unanswered. As such, the dishwasher cannot be used until this is rectified. Though the company promised a 10 year warranty for their services, this is not done. I had faced a lot of problems with this company since the renovations were done. They never kept to their words of finishing the renovations as promised and dragged it longer, resulting in alot of inconveniences as I was not being able to use the kitchen whilst I was residing there, when the renovations were being done. They are rude, always shirking their responsibilities and never kept to their charges and kept increasing them until the project was completed. I had to incur additional costs and had to pay as the renovations were already in progress. Up till today, more than a month, having the dishwasher breaking down, they have not acknowledged my complaint or even come down to rectify this issue. The main thing is that there is completely nothing wrong with the dishwasher, and it's solely the installers fault. Even when the concern of possible water seepage, which may result in termites, was brought up, there was no reassurance given nor sending someone to address my concerns. I'm also highly disappointed with Bunnings to recommend this company to do the renovations. Please, at all costs, avoid this company as they are horrible and inefficient. read more

I cannot say enough great things about the WeDo Home Improvement team. We had our master shower and a guest shower redone. Andrew and the guys that helped him were such hard workers and they did an outstanding job. I cannot believe the difference in both bathrooms! We wanted to redo our master bathroom, but first needed to find someone who could get the job done right, and get the job done well. After meeting with multiple contractors, J, who was referred to us by another neighbor who he had done a bathroom for, was the obvious choice! He was at our house, every single day, working on our new, gorgeous walk-in shower that was transformed from a 1980's tub-shower combo (glass block window included) that was clearly ready to be demolished. The end result - the most amazing walk-in shower I've ever stepped in. Next up on the remodel list is our guest bathroom, and we will DEFINITELY be using J for that, too!!! read more

Hands down the best! Heather provides awesome customer service over the phone and is not only great about follow up calls but she is quick. She was so friendly and helpful every step of the way! Jay is the owner and came out to do my project himself since they are scheduled so far out. We had an electrical problem which required converting my built in cooktop and wall oven to a push in gas range. This project involved cutting my counter top and cabinets to push in the range and we were super worried that things would look terrible and require a kitchen remodel sooner than we were ready. Jay was incredible! He re-routed the gas line, cut the counter tops and cabinets and made everything look as if things were made that way. The work was precise, neat, and very detailed. He took his time and the quality of his work was top notch! I'm a very picky, detailed person and I have no complaints whatsoever! I am so glad I found Wedo Home Improvement! I've hired Wedo for two fairly major renovation projects this year (at two separate residences) with fantastic results! This included building a wall to divide a large room with an 12' arched ceiling into two separate bedrooms, moving/installing new electrical outlets, ceiling fans, and switches, and cutting an opening for a new frame and door to be installed, as well as tearing out old tile, and installing engineered wood flooring in a 900 square foot apartment, and painting throughout. Not only are Jamin and Heather extremely professional, they also ensure that the work is done in a timely manner, with serious attention to detail. The communication was clear about the costs and timeline for the work, and I feel like I got high-quality results for a really fair price!
