Mayra was our first contact and coordinator of work; she also provided an accurate estimate that was further tailored as needed. Beto stopped by our house to get accurate measurements that enable the creation of the pricing, and coordinated installation of flooring. Ramon lead and completed the installation of his two assistants; they were very efficient, organized and the flooring turned out really good. Myra came out pretty quickly to provide and quote and she provided me with two different quotes so I could see the difference in adding a bedroom to the estimate. Myra answered all my texts and or phone calls right away. She was great when it came to communication. The three guys that installed the wood laminate, quarter round and transition pieces did an amazing job. The quarter round was as perfect as can be. They even moved the stuff out of my bedroom closet when I forgot. They guys were so professional and respectful. I would highly recommend them. We were recommended this company through floor and decor, where we bought our luxury vinyl plank flooring for essentially our whole house. JJ flooring took five days prior to our move-in to demo tile and install our floor. Our floor was, and has been, uneven since this initial install. They came out three times to try and repair the flooring. It's still obviously uneven and noisy throughout multiple places. With each repair they have caused other issues such as damaging the walls or messy caulking on the floors and stairs. One of their installers actually texted me directly multiple times asking for money. I also received text messages from both the sales team and installer that included profanity between the team - it was incredibly unprofessional. I reached out to installation made easy corporate team with my concerns, and their solution was to have JJ Flooring perform another repair. Ultimately we got tired of working with these companies with no resolution. I would not recommend working with them. read more

Great experience having porcelain tile and hardwood installed with this company. Price was reasonable (Mayra even gave me a discount at the end, prior to paying). Crew was friendly, professional, and on time every day. My floors took 4 full days to install...and the installation crew worked hard all 4 days to finish on time. Luis was very nice and helpful. JJ Flooring was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad I chose them to install my engineered bamboo flooring. Mida, the owner, is reliable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to know. She runs her business in an old-fashioned, straight-forward manner with no hidden costs and a bare minimum of paperwork. She came out to my house at an appointed time, took a look around briefly, and took my word for the square footage of the house, and had a quote for me on the spot. A very reasonable quote. I asked her about a contract, and paying up front, and she said, "No. There's no contract. You just pay us when we're finished and you're satisfied with the job we've done." I had to postpone the date - she was right on top of it and didn't even flinch. "No problem." When my flooring arrived, I let her office know that I could schedule the installation and I mentioned I was bringing in the floor to let it acclimate and how heavy it was, and they actually offered to send someone over to help me carry it in! (I didn't take them up on this, but it was kind of them to be concerned about me.) There was a crew of four that worked for about a day and a half to put in my floor - around 900 square feet, floating, with removal of carpet, installation of underlayment and polymer and removal and installation of quarter round. They cleaned up after their work and were a pleasure to be around; polite, friendly and trustworthy. Kinda sad that I kept thinking I must have misunderstood and was so sure there were gonna be problems. I had gotten used to dealing with salespeople who flattered me and tried to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge. She keeps everything simple and honest and right up front. I wish there were a lot more businesses out there with the integrity of JJ Flooring. read more

JJ did a great job installing our bamboo floors (including stairs), carpet, and tile. Mayra was very helpful -- she even came with us to Home Depot and Floor and Decor to pick out materials. This made a huge difference, as we had little knowledge, although we did as much research as possible. The floor bubbled up a bit over the first few months, but we called them to come back, and they fixed everything (no charge, of course), even though this turned out to be a significant effort. Their prices were *very* reasonable compared with competitive quotes, and they have very skilled people. BTW, I'm very glad we took the time to get this work done before moving in, and would strongly recommend anyone do the same, if possible. read more

My experience with JJ flooring overall was very positive. I found them through Floor and Décor and ended up using them to install the Floor and Décor vinyl plank flooring and baseboards. The lady who came to do the quote was very nice and we had lots of back and forth getting the quote just right. She was very helpful and great at communicating. Texted me back immediately and was available every time I wanted to talk. I liked the formal quote process and documents they used. It was very clear and specific about materials needed and the itemized parts of the quote. Booking was easy. The only issues were that the baseboards were under estimated in the quote and we ended up having to run out and buy (a lot) more baseboards in the middle of the install. Luckily I had a truck and a willing husband so it worked out okay. The two guys that installed were very polite, worked so hard with so few breaks, it was impressive! The only issue was there was a small communication barrier, as they did not speak fluent English. We got through it though. They worked so hard and just had the trim left to do and brought in two additional guys for the last hour to help complete it all! In the end I was expecting a final walk through type of inspection, but the guys just swept up and jetted out. Ok, I guess. In the end the installation was fantastic! No complaints! The floors look great, the baseboards look amazing and I am very happy with the end result. read more
