I have hired Shed N More for three projects now over the course of five years - starting with a…read moreshed, then a large addition (two rooms and a covered screen patio) and finally, replacing siding on another property. The team (Carl, William, Artie, Julio and the team...) have been overall very helpful - responsive, attentive, reasonable, and flexible...and the projects have all turned out very nice! Carl is the numbers guy, William is the PM/building guy and together they make a good team. We had to work through a lot of details especially with the addition (permitting, pouring foundation, etc.) and the team was helpful and patient throughout. When we encountered some challenging issues with the siding project (demo from the siding caused minor interior damage and an exterior hose spigot was accidentally cut), the team resolved the issues appropriately. The workers try to be careful but unexpected things happen and the team/William were quick to fix things! I highly recommend this company to use for projects like custom sheds but also larger projects like patios, additions and even exterior projects like siding!

We asked Carl and his team to enclose our patio so we could enjoy the beautiful view behind our…read morehouse. And Carl, William and their team did a wonderful job. They listened to us throughout the project. Mid-project we realized one of the posts holding up the porch was full of carpenter ants. William and team quickly took out the post and replaced it with a new one. At the very last minute we asked for a sliding screen door and that showed up the next day for the final install. The team wants to please the customer and go out of the way to accomplish this. They asked us if they should rebuild our stairway to make longer treads so our cat could more easily access our porch! And he loves his stairway. And we couldn't be happier. We are planning a neighborhood party in October to show off our new porch.

Fantastic experience with Good Neighbors…read more Ben was friendly, pleasant, knowledgeable, communicative, flexible, professional. All the things you want in your contractor basically. Oh and I almost forgot -- his quote was lower than the competition. It was a no-brainer. His guys did a great job repairing my fence. At some point, there was a small miscommunication -- Ben had his team fix the issue as soon as it was brought to his attention. No negativity or bad blood -- just professional commitment to customer satisfaction. Couldn't recommend this company more.

Very very disappointed with THIS COMPANY!.!! This company left us with a terrible sloping concrete…read moreslab. We wanted a slab in our breezeway but needed it done so the slab was sloped AWAY from the workshop to avoid any water going into the building. They did the complete opposite and sloped the concrete TOWARDS the workshop so badly it will have to be removed to avoid any water damage. After the concrete had dried we could see just how badly the slope was. We tried talking to Jorge the owner about the bad job they had done and They offered to remove the slab but for a big price, which was even higher than what they charged us for the slab install. Such a disappointment. After repeatedly asking if they were going to make sure the slab would not slope towards the workshop They agreed that it would be just what we asked for. The slope is so high and so bad we can't even open our doors completely. The owner and his son seemed like honest genuine guys. My husband even bought them lunch both days they were here. Not knowing what we were going to be left with. They have refused to take any responsibility for this terrible job and they actually want more money to fix THEIR MISTAKE! It was our mistake to trust these people. Dishonest and corrupt contractors. We DO NOT recommend this company!!

He let me know that hail had recently hit it and pointed out a few other issues, providing photos along the way. He explained in detail exactly what was going on with my roof and was very knowledgeable about hail-damaged roofs and the ins and outs of working with insurance companies. Knowing that there was hail damage, Paul didn't try to push me into filing a claim. Instead, he helped me weigh all my options so I could make the best decision. He even joined a three-way call with my insurance agent to make sure all the right questions were asked and addressed. In the end, I decided not to file a claim and instead move forward with repairs and a tune-up. I'll definitely be calling Paul again when it's time to replace my roof.
