We deeply regret hiring Roofing Clinic USA. They collected a large upfront deposit from us more than a year ago and failed to complete the roofing work despite repeated promises, scheduled start dates, excuses, delays, and a signed mediation agreement. For over a year, we dealt with: Missed commitments Constant delays Lack of communication Broken promises Legal disputes Being ghosted after payment The company attempted to force arbitration, but the court denied that request and ordered mediation instead. We participated in mediation in good faith. During mediation, they were given THREE additional months to complete the roof with no more excuses or delays. Instead, they scheduled our project for the VERY LAST DAY of their own deadline -- and then failed to show up again. At the hearing, they changed their position regarding the insurance deductible and attempted to raise issues that had previously been resolved. The court ultimately entered judgment in our favor for the FULL deposit amount plus court costs. What is most concerning is that even AFTER judgment, they still have not refunded our money despite the court order. Potential customers should carefully research this company before signing anything or paying a large deposit. Check county court records, judgments, liens, and prior disputes for yourself. We wish we had done that beforehand. The most frustrating part was not just losing time and money -- it was the complete lack of accountability after taking our payment. Our roof had a leak and we called several companies, many to no avail. Either they didn't answer, a robot answered, or they were too 'busy' to come out for a small repair. It's unfortunate that so many roofers are greedy here in TX. Rcusa came out without question, provided a FREE tarp on our roof and an inspection. We didn't have quite enough damage to warrant filling a claim to get a new roof, but now that we have a portfolio we will be submitting a claim on the next hail storm as per their recommendation. I was approached by Isaac while out walking my dog. Very nice gentlemen who informed me that he was working with my neighbor on their reproof. I've had several companies come by attempting to 'sell' me on it but Isaac approach was far different. I actually appreciated how he didn't attempt to sell me anything and only wanted to provide a free inspection. They worked with my finances to make sure that I could afford a new roof to replace my damaged old roof that was caused by the hell that Cuero Texas received in 2026. RCUSA replaced our roof and gutters and upgraded us to Class 4 shingles. Brenden said it could lower our insurance premium--he was right. Electric bill's down a bit too. Everything was scheduled around weather so there were no delays. Really happy with the results. read more
