Great experience from start to finish with an insurance claim full roof replacement after the nasty September '23 hail storm. Josh was professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything and answer my (many) questions without ever making me feel stupid or like I was being "sold". He didn't just show up in person for the initial sale and then disappear, but was up there on the roof with the insurance adjuster to make sure they didn't try to cheap out on me, came back again on the day the roof was replaced, and again once more to make sure I was happy with the work. Josh works with the same crew regularly and they did an excellent job, finishing the whole thing in one day. They took reasonable care not to damage plants or anything else while removing the old roof and did a thorough job cleaning up after, even going over the surrounding area with a giant magnet to catch stray nails. And I didn't have to pay anything until the job was complete. It's easy to see why Premier (yellow/black logo--don't confuse with the out-of-town company with the blue logo) was recommended by my former State Farm agent. Not sure why so many other positive, seemingly legit reviews are being held hostage in the "not recommended" jail, but be sure to scroll all the way down and read those to get the full picture. I'm here to essentially echo what everyone else has said. I bought a house a few months ago which had a roof in terrible shape. A combination of hail damage, shoddy workmanship, and neglect, had caused this roof to look really sorry. I used it as a negotiation point during the purchase to no avail. The sellers told me to buy a few extra shingles to nail up there (someone didn't taking Roofing 101!). So I bit the bullet and decided to get a tear-off roof job. I contacted several of the well-reviewed Yelp roofers to get bids and ultimately chose Premier Roofing. My contact was Josh and he was punctual, flexible, and came in with an excellent bid. Dependable AND affordable. Yes, BOTH. Bill Gossett, owner, got back to us quickly and offered us several options for our immediate roofing needs. We had a major roof leak and it finally began to pour consistently in Austin. Great. Mr. Gossett and his crew finished the job in less than two days and this was during the freezing cold. They were very professional and made a thorough cleaning of debris from our yard. A common complaint I hear from recipients of a new roof. He worked with us with complete professionalim when it came to dealing with the insurance company. Our roof looks amazing by the way WITH the new attic ridge-vent. Premier Roofing came recommended through my homeowner's insurance (State Farm). I wish all transactions could run this smooth. They were quick to respond, here when they said they would be, done quickly and left the job site clean. Sadly (?) I get to use them again because a week after they finished we had the hail storm to end all hail storms and it took out my skylight. I left a message asking them to return (albeit no insurance claim this time 'cause it's another $2400 deductible). I got a call back in under a couple of hours and they're coming out tomorrow to repair it. That's what I call service. read more

As mentioned the roof sprung serious leaks, destroying the ceilings of two rooms, and the owner refused to come and look at it. We had about half the roof redone by Adrian Pena Roofing, who were most efficient. Mr. Pena told me "that the material beneath the shingles in the area over the damaged ceilings was bunched up, and the shingles were too widely spaced given the low slope of the roof." read more

Premier Roofing did an excellent job on my rental property in Pflugerville a couple of months ago. They were referred by Travelers Insurance Company. Bill Goffett the owner is very customer oriented. I asked that they look at one area i thought was a leak but turned out to be the A/C leaking - he actually helped wipe up the wet areas which he didn't need to do. Premier Roofing installed a new roof three years ago. I had issues with oak debris coming in through the roof ridge vents. I called on Friday and spoke to Bill. I let him know that we needed a roof estimate and that we were in the process of selling our house. He then told me he would have Josh call me and I asked him how soon I could expect a call, Bill told me it would be either later Friday night or saturday, but as of Saturday night, we have yet to receive a phone call. I understand people are busy, but don't give a time frame and then not follow thru with it. I called premier because all the good reviews, but apparently I made the mistake. Normally it wouldn't really bother me but since we are under a timeline, which I let Bill know, it would have been rather nice to either tell me they couldn't accommodate us or actually call. read more

I called Premier Roofing on a Monday to have them look at a flashing problem. The person I spoke with said they would be out Wednesday afternoon and would give me call before they came. They never showed up and then called on Thursday and left a message to try and set up a visit. I called them back on Monday and left another message trying to get someone out to give me an estimate, and that phone call was never returned. Perhaps they are busy, but it would be nice to know that. Now I am two weeks behind getting estimates and have to go back to the drawing board looking for someone to give me an estimate. read more

I had two very persistent leaks in my roof and finally called Premier Roofing. Most roofers won't get in your attic, but the person they sent spent about 30 minutes in my attic, which is hot and hard to access. He finally pinned down where the leaks were coming from. Roof hasn't leaked a drop since. I highly recommend them. read more

I got Premier to do my roof after a hail storm. While I was at it, I also had them add gutters. I inspected the work after they finished and found a few mistakes but nothing major.
