Having never had a roof replaced, or made an insurance claim, I found the entire team at Caden roofing extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I met with Fareed, the owner, who walked me through the process by which he would inspect the roof, work with insurance, replace the damaged roof, and then ensure that I received the settlement from my insurer. He took the time to explain the process in detail and gave me tremendous confidence that he and his team would deliver as promised. I worked with Karen, in their office to complete the insurance claim fully and to arrange schedules. She was prompt, had excellent follow-through, and her communication was on point. Last, on the day of the replacement, Ivan and his crew showed up at the time scheduled as did Fareed. They confirmed what would happen and then got to work! 10 hours later and the roof has been completely replaced, and besides the new roof, looks like no one has been at the house. Very happy with Fareed and his workers. His billing person could use some update training on how to address emails. Also make sure you carefully check after they are done. I found many nails and other sharp items in my yard and driveway. Other than that they did what they said they would and on time. After comparing Caden to several other highly regarded roofers, we chose them. Why? From my assessment and the time spent prior to hiring Fareed and his team, it was obvious that Caden Roofing was flexible in product choices, was readily accessible at all times, could answer any question with candor, was detail oriented, was knowledgeable about working with insurance companies, and would be fairly priced. How did the job go? Within the scheduled dates. Completed in less that 2 days (2800sqft, one floor home). A pleasant crew that communicated well with each other and Fareed. Premium products. Great advice. No problems. No excuses. No discrepancies between promises and delivered services. Extra effort (my roof had some limited rot; they pointed it out, and fixed it within the budgeted amount. Subcontracted out gutters as promised and that was done as promised. Highly recommended!!!!!!! I have a house in Round Rock TX. I needed to replace my roof, I called Caden Roofing and Karen answered, she was so nice and amazing over the phone. Karen transferred me to Fareed, I had so many questions for him. He answered all of them, professionally and with patience. Fareed toke the time to go to my house and check the roof, he was very honest with me from the beginning, Fareed and Karen coordinate with my tenant all the time, and kept me posted with every step on the way. I found Caden Roofing via Yelp, and I'm glad I did. I'd had a couple of other roofing companies come out to take a look and didn't feel like I could trust them. Neither gave me an estimate - they wanted to see what the insurance adjustor said and would work from there - and one was all about the hard sell, repeatedly showing up at my door and texting to try to get the job. So dealing with Karen and Fareed at Caden was a breath of fresh air. Fareed came out, taught me some things about roofing, roof materials and the insurance process. He made no attempts to upsell me on anything. In fact, Fareed even steered me from a more costly shingle option one of my neighbors had gone with. A day or so later he sent me a written estimate detailing a quite reasonable price, and I gave him the go ahead. Fareed's crew showed up on time (slightly early, in fact, which I appreciated) and got the job done on schedule. At one point I had to leave the house with my special needs son, who had difficulty walking without assistance, and a member of the crew quickly - and without having to be asked - pulled a tarp out of our way to make it easier for us, which was much appreciated. The crew did a beautiful job and cleaned up nicely after themselves - no nails or other sharp/dangerous stuff to be found. By the time they left, other than the beautiful new roof, there was no sign (well, except for a Caden Roofing yard sign...) that they'd even been there. Fareed wasn't the only person to come out to provide an estimate for the place but I signed up with him on the spot because he caught several things others did not. I'm sure my claim came out higher because of the additional evidence he provided to my insurance company and he managed all of the back and forth. My roof job came out to about the same amount as my neighbors cost wise but I also got gutters, beautiful glass skylights and incredible service that my neighbor didn't. Our other neighbor asked me for info on Caden after smartly waiting to see which one of us was happy with our roofer and who wasn't. Fareed could have tried to charge me more because it was an insurance claim but all prices were fair. You can tell being fair, honest and overdelivering is in his nature. He went out of his way to make sure we were more than happy. 5 stars isn't enough for this company. If they have the availability you should work with them. Roofing materials are in rare supply right now because so many houses got hit with hail damage but Fareed didn't even try to get me settle for anything less than the best value for my money. The 5-star reviews are true. I reached out to several roofers asking for bids and initially, did not know what type of roofing/shingle quality I wanted. After speaking with Fareed and doing some research on the Owens Corning line, I was very pleased with Fareed's knowledge of roofing, the product itself, and hearing what he thought was best for my place. Fareed was the only roofer that showed up and didn't make me feel rushed when I had a long list of questions for him. He reaffirmed his willingness to help when he emailed me a quote and continued to ask me whether I still had any other questions for him to answer. Once booked, Karen worked on a schedule and on the day of, the team showed up on time and knocked it out--same day. I needed to replace my roof as it was getting very old and started losing shingles in high wind storms. After reading good reviews I called Caden roofing and now it's time to add my review. Fareed came out multiple times to meet with me, helped me through the process with my insurance, recommended some very reasonably priced ridge venting, and patiently explored options with me for the new roof, ultimately landing on architectural shingles. We were on the fence about what color to go with as we're planning a new paint job so Fareed hooked us up with a super helpful decorator, Thad, to go over color schemes with us. They came out on the appointed day, got it all done, cleaned up well, and it looks great. Fareed came out to make sure everything was looking good and helped me figure out whether a pre-existing ceiling problem in my shed needed further remediation beyond the new roof (yeah, they reroofed my shed too). Fareed visited yet again to make sure everything was satisfactory several days later. This was almost a year ago now and there haven't been any issues. The price was dictated by insurance mostly but I could have been pressured into an out of pocket upsell and there was no pressure. Highly recommend. read more

This is an owner operator business. Fantastic work and on-time with service. I had squirrels entering thru the roof soffits and chewing on the wood fascia board. This is common activity to sharpen their teeth. Caden Roofing came out and did the following, install metal on 8 gable cornice returns to fill the gap between the soffit and the roofing - The metal will be bronze in color to match the roof color. I chose Caden Roofing after several interviews with roofers and researching roofing companies on Yelp. Caden had consistent reviews which made me feel good, and my experience with the company was also a consistently positive one throughout the process. Scheduling a time to meet was seamless, and Fareed the owner came in person to talk with our needs. We have a small 1930s bungalow that was well overdue for a new roof. Given its architectural lines, we wanted the roof to be a special feature, including a copper exposed seam to match the copper gutters we planned to install. We also had an addition with a flat roof that required updating. I had never had to choose a shingle before and found that process to be overwhelming -- like picking paint colors but even harder to know what the final effect will be!! Fareed was extremely patient and also insightful, giving us a few recommendations, samples of shingles, and accompanying us to view his past work on other homes.
