A few days later it rained and it leaked in the same exact spot. They said it was another point of entry and refused to take care of the leak I hired them to fix. They want more money to fix what they were supposed to fix in the first place. Now the carpet is getting moldy from all the rain we had and they won't even come out to take a look unless I pay them nore money. So the leak is not fixed and I have no 10 year warranty... The person who grave the quote was prompt, efficient and professional. Quote itself was a bit of sticker shock. But I guess that's the going rate now days. I sat on the quote for a few days because I was sticker shocked. But after a few days decide just to go with it because I wanted to get it done. I gave them a call to schedule the work and did a down payment over the phone. Person came out on when they said they would and completed the work. Did a good job and at least I know the work is done right. IE - no more leaks. Minus a star for the price. But piece of mind is worth it.

Josh was professional, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain everything and answer my (many) questions without ever making me feel stupid or like I was being "sold". He didn't just show up in person for the initial sale and then disappear, but was up there on the roof with the insurance adjuster to make sure they didn't try to cheap out on me, came back again on the day the roof was replaced, and again once more to make sure I was happy with the work. Josh works with the same crew regularly and they did an excellent job, finishing the whole thing in one day. They took reasonable care not to damage plants or anything else while removing the old roof and did a thorough job cleaning up after, even going over the surrounding area with a giant magnet to catch stray nails. And I didn't have to pay anything until the job was complete. It's easy to see why Premier (yellow/black logo--don't confuse with the out-of-town company with the blue logo) was recommended by my former State Farm agent. Not sure why so many other positive, seemingly legit reviews are being held hostage in the "not recommended" jail, but be sure to scroll all the way down and read those to get the full picture.
