They initially estimated the job would take between a week and a half to two weeks. For our nearly 3,200 sq. ft. home, we stayed at a nearby Airbnb expecting a longer process, but their team was so efficient they started on Monday and wrapped up completely by Saturday! Like every company, there were a few hiccups. They forgot some wire mesh on a small rodent-intrusion repair we did a few months back, and didn't get back out to add it for several weeks. And when we replaced the roof last month, they were a bit late on the first day of work and forgot to alert me. BUT, the thing that makes All Star different from so many other companies is their insistence on apologizing (sincerely), promising to do better, and fixing the problem.
