Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

There's no damage to my roof whatsoever, and the fact he chose to ignore my sign is not only rude and disrespectful, but it shows his own ignorance. I would never choose a company that's so pushy and disrespectful to strangers let alone potential clients. He should be ashamed of himself for being rude and/or illiterate. If I (or anybody else) actually needed roofing services, then I would be the one contacting a roofer not the other way around. This company is garbage. I would give less than one star if I could tbh. They found long term hail damages and helped us work with our homeowner insurance to get our whole roof replaced. Top Dog only charged us the amount set by insurance, which is way less than what other companies quoted us. My agent from Top Dog was Vance Blair. He was the nicest guy - friendly, knowledgeable, super attentive and punctual. He was helpful without being pushy. He responded to all my texts and calls within the hour. He guided us step by step while dealing with insurance and in getting approval from the HOA. The Top Dog team replaced my whole roof in one day. The team was fast, efficient, and respectful to us and our property. They did a thorough cleanup after the job. It's been 4 months and the roof holds up great and beautiful. Pricing was beyond fair - the most reasonable quote by a far stretch. Other companies were trying to charge 2-4 times the amount. David was the most thorough and knowledgeable person when looking at my roof leak. He was the only person out of 4 roofer companies to climb into the attic and find the source of water intrusion. He and his crew were even willing to work with my schedule and did the roof repair on Sunday. I feel so lucky to have given Bill & David a call to check out my roof issue. I will highly recommend them to anyone and 10/10 will be going to them for any future roofing needs.

Jeremy came out the same day I contacted him and the rest was history. He basically handled everything, from meeting with the insurance adjuster to keeping me updated on the day to day work that his crew was doing. Provided an estimated time of completion and was done before his time frame. My roof looks great. Any questions I had even after the install Jeremy answered. Fast forward to the storms we recently had, my roof held up great but my fence that has been installed since 2009 did not. I reached out to Jeremy to see if he knew anyone who repaired fences and low and behold, his crew did. Once again, they were at my house next day. Gave me a quote and once again the rest is history. I've got a new fence. Better than the original one, good quality of work and it was done in a day. And my experience with them didn't even have anything to do with roofing!…read more After the recent ice storm in Austin, my community, which is managed by an HOA, had tons of downed branches and trees like so many other neighborhoods in town. The HOA hired Jeremy and his crew to trim broken branches, clear driveways and common areas, and clean up and haul away all the debris. They did that in approximately a week-and-a-half. Our community looked so good, while neighborhoods around us have only just now -- 6 weeks later -- been cleaned up by the City. And those neighbors had to do their own tree trimming and hauling of debris. Our HOA and community couldn't be happier! So if their roofing expertise is even half as good as the work they did with tree trimming and such, you shouldn't be disappointed.
