Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

The shingles are now shedding a significant amount of grit, which I believe points to a manufacturer defect. Since they rebranded as Dynamite Roofing and Construction, I've called multiple times asking for someone to come inspect the roof. I haven't been able to get a response or get anyone scheduled to come out. Shingles shouldn't be losing this much grit a few years in and a company should stand behind its installs even after a rebrand. It's especially disappointing that I can't get a callback when Clayton, one of the Senior VP's, personally worked on my roof.

Jeremy came out the same day I contacted him and the rest was history. He basically handled everything, from meeting with the insurance adjuster to keeping me updated on the day to day work that his crew was doing. Provided an estimated time of completion and was done before his time frame. My roof looks great. Any questions I had even after the install Jeremy answered. Fast forward to the storms we recently had, my roof held up great but my fence that has been installed since 2009 did not. The HOA hired Jeremy and his crew to trim broken branches, clear driveways and common areas, and clean up and haul away all the debris. They did that in approximately a week-and-a-half. Our community looked so good, while neighborhoods around us have only just now -- 6 weeks later -- been cleaned up by the City. And those neighbors had to do their own tree trimming and hauling of debris. Our HOA and community couldn't be happier! So if their roofing expertise is even half as good as the work they did with tree trimming and such, you shouldn't be disappointed.
