Replacing the roof was very important to me and a significant financial undertaking after both the hail storm of August 2023 and May 2025 that I deliberatly put off until a leak from the attic I experienced in the latter half of the year. The price was reasonable for class 4 shingles and solar panel removal on a 3-story roof. The roofing work was done on schedule. All planning previous with material delivery and removal were on schedule. The workers were diligent and thorough with removing the fallen nails after cleanup per my request. I also appreciate Daniel's office staff with scheduling and documentation with insurance working between me and one other decision-maker in the quote process. We appreciated the follow-up, which included checking with us about the installation and making sure that we received all documents concerning the warranty. We had been trying for a year to get someone to repair storm damage to our roof and porch. People would come and give us estimates but we would not see them again. One contractor came out and cut a huge hole in the porch ceiling and did not come back except to pick up his ladder. We decided to try the yellow pages since personal referrals had not worked and we are so glad we did! We got a prompt and thorough inspection and estimate. It was lower than our previous estimates. Fast forward to the storms we recently had, my roof held up great but my fence that has been installed since 2009 did not. The HOA hired Jeremy and his crew to trim broken branches, clear driveways and common areas, and clean up and haul away all the debris. They did that in approximately a week-and-a-half. Our community looked so good, while neighborhoods around us have only just now -- 6 weeks later -- been cleaned up by the City. And those neighbors had to do their own tree trimming and hauling of debris. Our HOA and community couldn't be happier! So if their roofing expertise is even half as good as the work they did with tree trimming and such, you shouldn't be disappointed.

I highly recommend Joe Higginbotham at Capco Inc. Two of my neighbors had their roofs replaced by…read moreCapco, and they suggested I call him when my son bought his first house. There were several inspection issues that needed to be addressed. Joe himself answered the company phone number, he came right out with a couple of guys to give us an estimate, and he fit us into his schedule right away. He doesn't use salesmen; he looks at your project and gives you the estimate himself. His quote was very reasonable. He replaced over 100 feet of rotten fascia wood and all the gutters on my son's house. He painted the new wood, added more downspouts, installed new gutters and even painted the downspouts to match the blue siding of the house. I don't even know how he matched the color! In addition to the gutters, he created a new chimney cap that went OVER the siding up the chimney, instead of under, which prevents water from seeping behind the siding and causing rot. He also painted all the thru-roof flashings. We couldn't have been more impressed with the end result. In short, Joe is a good man who does really good work. Capco has an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau, they have been in business for 42 years as of 2025, and they do so much more than roofs and gutters.
