I contacted Roof Masters by filling out their website form and received a response the same day. Paul came out to my property the next morning at 8:00 and thoroughly inspected my roof. He let me know that hail had recently hit it and pointed out a few other issues, providing photos along the way. He explained in detail exactly what was going on with my roof and was very knowledgeable about hail-damaged roofs and the ins and outs of working with insurance companies. Knowing that there was hail damage, Paul didn't try to push me into filing a claim. Instead, he helped me weigh all my options so I could make the best decision. He even joined a three-way call with my insurance agent to make sure all the right questions were asked and addressed. In the end, I decided not to file a claim and instead move forward with repairs and a tune-up. I'll definitely be calling Paul again when it's time to replace my roof. read more

I needed some repair work done on my roof. I reached out to several local companies. Not only was Paul the most responsive, he also had the most reasonable cost. He was able to come right out to evaluate. He explained everything and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. After the work was complete he sent me photos to keep for my records. I would recommend Rood Masters to my friends and family. read more

Amazing experience with Paul Pansano at Roof Masters. He came out quickly to inspect my roof, was very responsive, and gave me an honest, informed assessment of its condition. He clearly explained the realistic useful life left, provided an all-in estimate for Roof replacement costs, and was not high-pressure at all. Really appreciated his transparency and professionalism. Highly recommend. read more

I needed a straightforward roof inspection and tune-up done. I started the search for a roofing contractor and was immediately overwhelmed by the number of roofing companies out there. Mind you many of these companies are relatively new. And not only were they overpriced, but it felt like their primary intent was to push their tiered monthly membership plans. Meeting Paul from Roof Masters was like a breath of fresh air. I initially contacted them based on the fact that Paul has been in the roofing business for 35 years. But I also came to appreciate his quick response, no-nonsense approach, no upselling and very reasonable rates. For any future roofing needs, I will contact Roof Masters first without question. read more

Paul is the most responsive, knowledgeable and friendly contractor that my family has ever dealt with. We have been using his services for more than 15 years, have recommended him to many family and friends and will call him every time for the work we need done. Great company to work with! Paul called within 2 hours of me submitting a request on the website and was out the same day to inspect the roof and give a quote for repairs. His pricing was beyond reasonable and work was done the very next day. He gave me an honest opinion of the quality of my roof and did not try to up sale us and just took care of the repairs that were needed. I have already recommended him to several neighbors and friends. In 5 years when we do need a new roof I know who I am going to call!! read more

Paul's a fanstastic guy who has helped me in fixing my roof leak! Unlike most of the roofers he was open to options and quoted me only when he identified the root cause with the most competitive quote and quality. The work is also guaranteed for 5 years. Most important of all, he is a honest person with a quick turnaround time. I would look no further than Paul for any Roof Repairs!! read more

Paul is fantastic. Even after 5 years of installing a new roof for us, Paul came out VERY quickly when we mentioned a possibility of a leak (that ended up having nothing to do with the roof and was caused by our newly installed AC unit). He was up on the roof checking everything out within a day or two, no strings attached. Again this was after 5 years of installation. I recommend this company 100%. read more

My latest experience with Paul at Roofmasters was just as excellent as my last roof with him many years ago. There is something so reassuring about a company owner doing what is right for the customer at every turn instead of "selling" to a customer. If there was one thing in particular I would want to call out as a sign of excellence when I call on vendors, it is a very quick response, and Paul contacted me immediately and even came out the same day to inspect my roof that needed replacing. He took note of every concern I had, and included it in the estimate. I especially appreciated the fact that his team could replace and paint wood trim everywhere there was damage, meaning I didn't need to find another contractor. He had suggestions and options that he offered with zero pressure. With his years in the business (that I can attest to), he has taken steps to stay up to date with material changes and improvements in roofing skills. He even offered to look at competing bids to see what they might be missing or out of the pricing norm. I didn't take him up on this offer because I was too impressed with Paul's quick response, dedication to getting my estimate over to me right away, and then installed my roof almost immediately. His superb communication at every step is unbeatable, and my roof looks fantastic. read more

Paul did an excellent and thorough job. He walked me through the details of what could be happening with the several issues we were having with our roof. He identified numerous other issues and provided guidance for addressing them. His quote was competitive with others, and the project was finished quickly. In addition, his certifications and technical expertise were highly appreciated and he was very friendly. I will certainly be contacting him again for future projects. read more

We've had an emergency. Water heater pipe leak. After and before the rainy days ahead. I reach out on Yelp to roofers. Only Paul came the same day. He called, he asked questions, and he made sure we were on the same page. He is very communicative. He went up on my roof, showed me the issues, and answered all of my questions. He is honest and straightforward and I felt so lucky that I found his company. He's local with experience and knowledge about roofs, their installations, and repair, and he explains very clearly what the issue is and what needs to be done. He shows you the issue via Facetime or pictures. No games. Not to mention that he was the only one who came to address my emergency before the heavy rain, fixed the issue, and saved me money by blocking the leak and preventing the rain damage. Very grateful. Because my issue was a quick fix he was able to address it on the same day. If you need an honest, loyal, dependable, communicative, no-games company - Paul is simply the best. Highly recommend. read more

Paul was outstanding. He is very honest and an expert in the field. Not only did he perform the roofing repairs we required in a timely manner, but he gained our complete confidence as a certified roofing inspector with a lot of knowledge and experience. After finishing the repairs, he provided pictures of each repair location for future reference and transparency. Furthermore, he answered all our questions and never made us feel rushed. Paul will be the first person we call when I need a new roof or any other repairs. read more

Paul continues to be great to work with. I delayed calling anyone after the last hailstorm due to family issues, and only called on Monday. We had a number of shingles pull up due to wind damage (likely a builder install issue). I went through several quotes, and finally found Paul at Roof Masters on a recent Friday. Paul came out that same weekend (showed up right when he said he would) to evaluate the issue, provided a quote and was willing to come out as early as that same Monday for the repair. So far I am very happy with the work performed and with my interactions with Paul. read more

It's nice to know you can trust a business to do what they say they will do and not have to stand over their shoulder to make sure it's done right. I have hired Roof Masters on several occasions, not only for my personal residence, but also for a commercial property that I own out of town. I have always received professional service from Paul and his team and know that I am getting the best roof repairs possible from them. They will be the first company I call when it is time to install a new roof on my home. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future and recommend them to friends. We just moved into our new home less than two months before the ice storm hit. There was roofing damage from the trees breaking off as well as damage to our gutters. We called Paul and he immediately came out to assess the damage and talk solutions. The entire process went so smoothly and got done within the week! Paul and his crew were always polite and answered my calls and concerns even on the weekends when he was off the clock. We 100% recommend Paul and his crew and they go out of their way to give you the best service and pricing around. read more

I can't praise Roof Masters enough. After having hail damage and needing a new roof, I called family and friends for recommendations. Repeatly heard praises for Paul Pansano and Roof Masters. Now that he has finished my roof, I can totally understand their praises. This is not my first roof and I feel qualified to know the difference between poor, adequate, good or excellent service and workmanship. This company and Paul delivered nothing but EXCELLENT on all accounts. I HIGHLY recommend company. Paul and his crew went beyond all my expectations. read more

My husband and I have been using Paul for various roofing and painting jobs over the last 3 years. On short notice, Paul from Roof Masters was great on scheduling the initial assessment. He provided an estimate and delivered on the estimate. He was efficient: he was respectful in wearing a mask in my house, he procured the parts and made the repair a few days later. Paul is a local entrepreneur and does great work! I highly recommend Paul from Roof Masters for any roofing needs! read more

We've been having nothing but headache with Roof Masters. We had hail damage to our roof back in April, hired Paul, and installment happened in early July. Ever since then it's been a nightmare--little to no communication, constant lies and promises about following up, and a myriad of excuses to go with all. Silence for weeks upon weeks. All we wanted was transparency, and for a supplemental claim to be submitted for the gutters they removed (removed without being asked). We've been asking for five months now, and he missed the window we could submit the claim to our insurance. Beware hiring this company/Paul. Our neighborhood was hit hard recently, and all of our neighbors went with other companies and have had no problems. read more

Paul was awesome to work with. We had a plumber push a vent seal up while replacing a water heater and then say they wouldn't re-seal it for us, and to call a roofer. Paul was willing to come out the very next day, his price was reasonable, and he showed up when he said he would. While he was sealing that vent he found several others on our roof that needed extra sealant, and took care of those as well. He took before/after pictures to show his work, and also did some basic roof inspection and showed us a few other places with some minor damage. He wasn't trying to scare us into more work, just informing us of the condition as he saw it. He's earned our future business and we'll plan to have him back to fix that damage as well. Thanks Paul! read more

You don't mess around with a small leak in your roof. Ever. So with the rain today I fired up Yelp and looked for a good roof repair place and asked for quote from Roofmasters. Paul came the same day which is lucky because it did rain today. He then went up on my roof, showed me the issues and answered all of my questions. Because my issue was a quick fix he was able to address it today. Which is lucky but not assumed. Paul is super knowledgeable about roofs, their installations and repair and helping you understand the current state of your roof. When you hear dripping, call Paul and get it fixed. read more

My insurance company demanded that a lot of things get taken care of in a short period of time or they would drop us. I called Paul's based on his reviews on here and Google. He pulled off a major miracle in putting on a new roof and repairing different sections of the house. I would have probably be facing a LOT of trouble right now if he hadn't pulled this off. I kept telling him he was a wizard.. and it's true!!! read more

Paul from Roof Masters is an awesome guy to work with on my roof repair needs. I first reached out to him when wind blew off my house ridge shingles 7 years ago. He answered all my questions with big smile and quickly replaced shingles with matching ones. Another time he took care of leaky roof when I was in vacation. He did several roof jobs at my homes and none of them shown any issue after that. He is very knowledgeable on roof repairs and roofing materials. He is honest in providing alternate options on repairs and cost. He is very professional on keeping his appointment times and providing the estimates on the repairs in advance. Called Roof Masters to set up an appointment for an estimate to fix weather damaged roof shingles. The lady on the phone took down my information and said she'd have someone call me to make an appointment. To my surprise I recieved a call back from Paul, the owner, only a short time later. Paul was able to meet me and do the estimate the same day. After looking over the roof he gave me an extremely reasonable estimate and said he could do the repair the SAME DAY! Which was amazing, especially since bad weather was on its way. This was my third estimate and at a much lower price, how could I say no? I can't speak about anyone else at Roof Masters as I only dealt with Paul, but as the owner I can only expect his team is just as professional and as him. I would highly recommend Roof Masters for anyone needing roof repairs. read more

I needed repair work on the roof, so I called three roofers for quotes on the work. Paul not only provided me the best price of the three, but the only roofer of the three to not try to upsell me on a new roof. Appreciating his honesty, I went with Paul to get my roof repaired. Paul had one of his workers come out to repair the roof the following week. When the work was done, I noticed that there was still work needed to be done. Paul and I discussed the situation, and he agreed to come out and investigate the damage. After his investigation, he said he'll take care of the work to make sure that I was satisfied with the job and the experience of working with Roofmasters. I'm satisfied with work. Paul was responsive and easy to work with when making arrangements for the repair work. Next time I need roof work done, I will be calling on Paul! read more

Mom had a hole in the roof of her house due to the Noah's Ark worth of rain we've had (grr), causing a leak into an extra bedroom. Had to unexpectedly deal with insurance and a contractor. Roof Masters came from a word of mouth recommendation, and Paul came out and gave an estimate for the work, agreeing with the adjuster. He communicated with mom every step of the way, and his workers did a great job on the repair. He came highly recommended and we (me and mom) would recommend him as well. read more

Love Paul and his wife - he was prompt, courtesy, and these days it's hard to find someone customer service oriented. I moved 100+ miles away and he was closely I touch with me. He was expertly versed with roofing and the insurance claim process to educate me on a few things that made me decide he was the best choice for the job. All the work was as quoted with attention to quality and detail. Again did I mention he was easy to reach either email, by or text unless he was on a roof! Thanks Paul! read more

Very happy with my experience. Got a few quotes to patch about 10-12 missing shingles and do a general health checkup of my roof. Now cheapest isn't always best, but I was happy with the timeliness and throroughness of the work, and the followup by the roof inspector. Would recommend them to anyone. read more
