We've been having nothing but headache with Roof Masters. We had hail damage to our roof back in April, hired Paul, and installment happened in early July. Ever since then it's been a nightmare--little to no communication, constant lies and promises about following up, and a myriad of excuses to go with all. Silence for weeks upon weeks. Paul was awesome to work with. We had a plumber push a vent seal up while replacing a water heater and then say they wouldn't re-seal it for us, and to call a roofer. Paul was willing to come out the very next day, his price was reasonable, and he showed up when he said he would. Called Roof Masters to set up an appointment for an estimate to fix weather damaged roof shingles.
