I had my roof done by WDR in 2021 and honestly everything during the install was fantastic. They…read morewere quick, at one point it was going to rain mid-way through the install so they pulled out all the stops and they got my roof done ahead of schedule before it rained. Since then the roof has held up great! Last week I started seeing a leak on the outside of my house. I called them up and the owner sent someone out the same day just to rule anything out. When they came out we both agreed that it didn't look like there was anything wrong with the roof, but that didn't stop them for doing their best to stop it from leaking they added some caulking around some holes in the stucco and masonry and fixed up some of the flashing near the leak. After that, it was still leaking, but Brad, the owner, was kind enough to come out again, even though it had NOTHING to do with the roof just to double-check on me and make sure that I was doing well. At the end of the day, they took off a side gutter and found a hole in the wall that the builders had left from when the house was built. Again, STILL not roof related, but they treated me like family and helped me as if it were and fixed it up for me. Literally cannot say enough good things about WDR! I've never found a company that is this helpful or this responsive.

On August 12, 2025, an amended contract as signed with Screaming Eagle Construction. The nature of the dispute is unauthorized debit from my checking account in the amount of $16,940.62 paid on August 14, 2025 and deducted from my account on August 15, 2025. Once the payment was received, I was informed that the job would start in three weeks. Screaming Eagle Construction and Jonathan Lourigan failed to provide construction services which included installing outriggers, soffit, facia, re-roof and impact resistant roof and install barrel tile roofing over a bay window. Multiple email and text communication without results. Excuse after another this conservation continued for more than three weeks how he needs to coordinate the contractors he was hiring and insinuating its difficulty! Screaming Eagle Construction and Jonathan Lourigan received a deadline of September 24, 2025, by 10:00 a.m. to deposit the $16,940.62 payment they received from my checking account on August 15, 2025, back into my checking account as no services were provided by this fraudulent company. Of course, Screaming Eagle Construction and Jonathan Lourigan did not comply with refunding/repaying the monies by the above requested date that they received for doing absolutely nothing at my property. No there were no advertisement that I received about this contractor. I was referred to him by an acquittance who he installed a re-roof. This is a poor example of a construction company if I could rate them/him a negative Zero (-00) I would! it's evident that this person/company does not have the best interest of the public. In disbelief a company that has a legal registration on Better Business Bureau would rip off their customers! Any individual/homeowner considering doing business with Screaming Eagle Construction in Round Rock, Texas I strongly recommend that you "Scream" and "Run" fast away from this dishonest company.
