We had a decent flowing leak in the garage and it went through the sheet rock. Dynamis came out quickly, quoted the damage and didn't try to sell me on anything extra that was not needed like other companies have tried. We had a piece of flashing flapping around the roof. Louis explained why all the flashing should be replaced with a wider version and how he would caulk the flashing down. He also saw an additional place that needed caulking. His explanations of what my roof (only 5 years old) needed seemed informed. What do I know though. He was also really quick in responding, giving me an estimate, then giving me a detailed estimate after the first one, and then sending his guys to do the work a few days after. It seemed to me $100/hour for each person was high given one of the guys seemed to be in training and not very knowledgeable. He explained that insurance, taxes, and travel were a part of that fee. I guess that includes trips to buy the flashing as well as from Round Rock to South Austin. I would rather that was spelled out differently on an estimate. So because I was unsure, I asked A.I. to evaluate the detailed estimate and A.I. said it was a fair price, right in the middle of what I should expect in Austin for my zip code. And that was fine for me. I enjoyed working for him but have no idea if the work is good or not. Time will tell! I do know that when I asked the guys after they finished if they got that extra part, Louis had noticed, and they weren't sure what I meant at first and then just said yes. I'm not sure they did. If the roof holds up maybe I'll come back and change 4 stars to 5. read more

Dynamis Roofing quickly repaired my roof when we were getting ready to move. They didn't try to upsell a roof replacement for a roof that had more miles on it. When the repairs weren't enough for the picky buyers, Louis gave me a reasonable replacement cost, and also gave me credit for the repairs he had done so I wasn't out for a repair and replacement on the same roof. They are quick, do good work, clean up their mess after the work is done, and are reasonably priced. I also appreciate the photos of the work done, as I have no desire to climb on a two story roof! read more
