I understand that after a certain amount of time, the circumstances might have changed, but refusing to go back out and verify that without another payment is absurd. Once I told them that I was ready to go, I had to wait another month before they finally told me that it would cost me another $100 to get them out there to verify the original bid, and they had no documentation of the bid other than some scribbled notes from the first visit. Go elsewhere. These folks aren't worth your time or money.

If they did not want the job they should have said so. If there was another issue they couldn't handle, they should have said so. But nothing. Total waste of my time.
