I used TRS Build for to remodel my home in Cedar Park and I'm very pleased with how it all turned out. Annemarie and the whole team were always courteous and professional. The kitchen and bathrooms turned out looking really nice. And I really like their recommendations to transform my fireplace. I get lots of complements on it. My home finally feels like a home thanks to TRS Build. A+ service.

Under countertop. Faces our dining area and can be is easily seen.

We hired TRS to do an addition and partial kitchen remodel. It's been almost 7 months since we moved back into our home on December 14th 2021. TRS did not pass the final inspection until 3/14/22. After the final inspection, we asked TRS to come over and do a final walkthrough so we could discuss the issues we had found with their work. TRS advised us at that time that they had already done a final walkthrough (without us) in December of 2021 and they demanded final payment. They stated they would not come over to look at the problems until after we paid them the remaining balance (appx $7K or 5% of 135K). Changes were made to our home, in order to pass code, until March of 2022. We asked multiple times for Shaniko and Anne Marie to come over and they refused. We found it difficult to understand how they felt proud of their work when they did their "final walk through." We have incorrect siding on our home which is a pretty huge oversight. This is just one of the many major oversights. Was it an oversight that caused our entire tile floor to be installed incorrectly? We hired a tile inspector ($750) to prove that the tile floor was installed incorrectly. The tile inspector's report shows that every step of the tile floor installation was done incorrectly. The kitchen backsplash is also a mess. Messy grout lines, tiles smeared with grout, a large gap between the tile and the wall. It looks very unprofessional. We were told that the lower cabinets in our kitchen would be potentially damaged when the old countertop was removed and the area would need a change order to repair. No mention was ever made of the damage, instead TRS put the new countertop on without making any repairs. We have holes and unevenness all along the underside of the countertop. One of these holes face our dining area and can be seen easily when standing in certain parts of our home. Yet, somehow this passed the TRS "final walk through" that was done without us. These are just a few of the obvious things. Some other areas that were terrible were: -You can see drywall taping and floating on several walls. -The back deck slopes even though the foundation is brand new and we used Trex Composite Decking. -The door to the garage looks like a hotel room or office building exit because the TRS used a cheap fix in hopes of passing code. Shaniko said they would fix the door after passing inspection but that hasn't happened. -The lights flicker and the breakers often flip-even though all the electrical is brand new. -The windows have adhesive/silicone that is not removable in several spots. These are 5' x 7' windows which should look beautiful looking out into our backyard. Instead they are smeared. -A piece of broken siding was used to close the crawl space under our home instead of a metal grate. - Security camera/light that was installed is unusable because TRS installed without allowing us time to set up the security camera portion of the light and did not respond to our requests to come over and take the light down so that we could set up the security camera option. -TRS foundation crew did not follow the structural engineer report and we had to pay $3000 extra for additional structural engineering so that they could fix what the TRS did. -Multiple incorrect billing invoices. All were overcharges. -Our home was left unlocked three times during the project. On two of these occasions the doors were left completely open. -Our new island cabinets are 2" shorter than the original cabinets that back up to it. The original cabinets are 2" from the floor but TRS "custom made cabinets" are 4" from the floor. Communication was difficult with TRS. Many questions/concerns went unanswered and were never addressed or only partially addressed. There was an obvious lack of organization and leadership. We suffered through many delays due to lack of organization/project management. It does not appear that the work was done professionally or that there was pride in the work performed.

TRS did an AMAZING job remodeling my kitchen! Annemarie and Shaniko were a pleasure to work with. The team was thorough, clean, friendly, and wore masks. The entire project was done as rapidly and stress-free as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

In progress and almost complete pictures of kitchenette and living area and Master suite bathroom.

We hired The Right Stage- TRS Build to do an 800 SF addition connecting onto our existing home. Basically building an entire small house from the ground up! They created a beautiful and functional handicapped accessible space/ home for my 81 year old mother. A change in life circumstances necessitated her either moving to an assisted/independent living facility (which during Covid wasn't really an option) or build on to our home and create her own "apartment." Due to our families situation, this was a very emotional and stressful time for us. Shaniko and Annemarie were very understanding, respectful and became almost like family to us as they helped us navigate through every phase of this build. We had an unusual site location and footprint we were working with in regards to where we wanted this addition to be built. AnneMarie worked patiently and diligently with me (and my mom) on the design, floor plan and layout, and the many tweaks we requested to get it just right, all while keeping within our desired budget. Every step of the way they kept in constant communication with me, and I knew what to expect each week. I know it was a big undertaking and was truly amazing to see it all come together. This review is long overdue, but I cannot imagine working with any other team. More than 5 Stars is deserved!!!

Avi was an absolutely delight. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. Very thoughtful approach in our initial meeting. So many images from their highly impressive portfolio to help us think through options. Excellent examples of communication and workflow from previous projects. Instantly ready to share previous customers we could reach out to for references. A really good balance between sharing his ideas for our project, but also really listening to our feedback on what we wanted/invisoned. All the right insights for how to keep us in budget, and very generous with (we can add this/that for little/no extra costs since we're already doing XYZ). We mainly requested a bid on two projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were very impressed with how realistic, but also open-minded he was with what portion of our "bonus" projects we could fit in. The formal quote came in fast after our initial meeting, was easy to follow, and fairly priced. Found the proposed timeline to be very well balanced for efficiency vs realism. Appreciated the suggestions provided for if we should/could "live-in" during the remodel vs. a timeline that would allow the bulk of the work to overlap with a time that we were going to be out of town already. Also insights on what it would be worth "buying in advance" to take advantage of sales, even if the actual work was delayed. We got a few quotes and would have felt confident moving forward with any of them when the time came, but the quality of their portfolio and Avi's attentive listening definitely put Teamwork Home Designs at the top of the list. Can't wait to work with them in the future.

The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

Koren was super pleasant to work with all around. Fast, clear communication before the initial meeting. A lot of a great ideas during the initial meeting, for how to keep our project within budget, and where it was worth splurging or dialing back. We had requested a bid on two main projects (Kitchen and Primary Bathroom) and help deciding the scope for the remainder of our projects (Flooring, Guest Bath, Office, Patio, Etc.). We were shocked by how much of the "bonus" projects we could fit in, and yet felt very confident with Koren's insights that these were realistically within our budget. The formal quote came in REALLY fast after our meeting, and was very easy to follow and extremely fairly priced. Was very impressed with how quickly they were ready to begin the work, and the forethought of asking us if we planned to "live-in" during the remodel vs. get an AirBNB or the like. We hadn't even thought of that. Would have been very confident in moving forward with ATX Remodeling. Especially as Koren had so many examples of the type of elaborate communication and oversight we would have at every stage of the process.

Michelle came out and gave a very thorough quote. She was fantastic. Answered all my questions, left me feeling confident that they knew what they were doing and could not only fix all the problems the previous contractor had caused but also go above and beyond to do all the things we had hoped we'd get originally. She worked with me on every little detail and gave great advice throughout. Michelle knows what she is doing and got me a quote that was crystal clear and very reasonable. Daniel ran the job and was fantastic as well. He had great insights, let me nag him about every possible question I could come up with, was flexible if I had any changes of heart about this or that, extremely easy to work with. All of his subs were top notch, which I can say as a business owner in the construction field myself is extremely rare. Plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tile work, all were fantastic. He's surrounded himself with great people that get the job done right the first time. They didn't bat an eyelash at the art deco tile or the smart valves or any other unusual items I sent their way, they knocked it out with ease. And lastly Koren worked with me on any project details/paperwork that I needed. Was very responsive to everything I brought to him as I looked for assurances that I wouldn't have the same experience I had with the last folks. A very easy to work with company all around. I will be using these guys for future projects because the price is right, the quality is fantastic, and most importantly were willing to entertain any weird ideas I had. Your home is one of those things that has to be just right for you, and they made sure the bathroom remodel turned out just right for me. Would recommend them to anybody, and I'm a picky OCD guy, so that's saying something. Thanks again, ATX Remodeling!

We decided to go with MP Drywall & Remodeling base on the great reviews and reasonable estimate. As well, we could tell Mark's crew, Anton, was professional and skilled. As nature of construction jobs, there were A LOT of details. Although we tried to be thoroughly about every detail, there were still a few things we missed and misunderstood. Mark was able to help us over the things we missed or misunderstood and he was great at communications. Most of the time, Mark always got back to us in timely manner and we could be worry free about getting in touch with him. All his crews were working diligently. Our old patio was demolished in 2-3 days and they took care of the debris well, especially compared to our past experienced from other contractors. We have experienced many contractors always very good at talking and promising on the quality of their works. Only Mark and Anton were the real deal for this matter. They didn't over talk, especially Anton. He normally didn't talk much, but worked diligently and showed his care and proud for the quality of his works. They used the quality materials and paid attentions in details and what we mentioned or commented. There was some delay, but you could tell Anton really wanted to get the jobs done as scheduled. We understood sometime things couldn't go as planed. Anyway, one person of his crew showed up before time every single day, really every single day! We have never experienced that with any other contractors. So far more than 2 times of remodeling our house, Mark and Antonio is the best working team we have ever experienced. We can't say that there wasn't any problems during their working, but when the problems occurred Mark would try his best to get the problems solved. Finally, our new screen room was done beautifully. Neighbors came over to take a look and we have got compliments for our new screen room. We learned to be even more thoroughly for our next project too. We didn't want to be a client who always added more things to get done after signed an estimate. Certainly, if we have a next project, we will call MP Drywall again. We recommend MP Drywall and Remodeling company to anyone. In short: MP Drywall and Remodeling are: - Great Communication and Responsively. - Reasonable Price, importantly with One year warranty! - Very High Responsibility. We could tell Anton really wanted his projects to finish as soon as he planed and as best as he could. - Skilled and Professional.

We bought/stained pressure treated lumber and did the demo work of pulling up the old porch. We soon discovered to our dismay that the underlying frame and columns holding up the veranda were varying degrees of rotted-out and needed to be replaced entirely. We wanted the job done right, and so we decided to find a contractor to work with. After doing some research on Yelp, I reached out to a handful of deck building specialists. Originally, Deck N Cable Railing wasn't even on my radar. Yelp has the function that if you click a button, it'll automatically duplicate your request and send it to an additional handful of businesses. I didn't even realize that I had accidentally done this. I'm so glad I did because Deck N Cable Railing was one of the businesses that Yelp sent my way. First off, they were very fast at responding to my request for info. They reached out, asked for a bit of additional information, and then offered to come out to give a free estimate in person within 24 hours. Juan Pena, the owner, arrived on time for the appointment. He listened attentively to our needs and evaluated the job that needed to be done quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly. He was sensitive to our desire to not let the lumber we had already bought/stained go to waste and made a plan to utilize it. He was also able to give us a quote on the spot which was really helpful. On the day of the installation, Juan arrived with his crew members, Jovial and Alejandro, to help get this situated for the job before he left for the day to attend to other projects. Jovial and Alejandro spoke limited English, but they used their smartphones and Google Translate to communicate with me when a question came up and so communication worked out just fine. Jovial and Alejandro were friendly, professional, and very hard workers. They were fast and fastidious and kept the job site neat. Juan had said that it may take up to two days to finish the job, but his crew were almost complete by the end of the first day. There was a minor issue with the frame visibly sticking out just a bit at one corner of the terminating edge of the porch. It wasn't a structural issue, more of a minor cosmetic issue, but I discussed the issue with Juan, and he immediately came up with a suitable solution to address my concerns. He joined Jovial and Alejandro on the morning of the second day of the installation to personally inspect their work. The job was finished within an hour or two on the second day. All in all, Juan and his team did an excellent job with the porch. It looks fantastic and feels exceptionally sturdy. We're very happy with the quality of the work, and we are looking forward to enjoying it for many years to come. We'd recommend Deck N Cable Railing without reservation based on the quality and efficiency of their work alone, but that's not the only reason you should consider giving them a call. Juan was very easy to work with. He's professional, responsive, friendly, and conscientious. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it's important to him that his clients are 100% satisfied with the work done. Moreover, his pricing is very reasonable. His quote for the job was by far the most reasonably and competitively priced bid. Finally, and this is a bit embarrassing, I accidentally overpaid for the job. I paid Juan in cash, handing him an envelope with cash, without realizing that I had miscounted it. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Juan that evening (apologizing for calling so late!), to let me know that I overpaid him, and he wanted to schedule a time when it was convenient for me for him to stop by in person to return the amount I overpaid. That's integrity, folks. If, like me, Deck N Cable Railing isn't on your radar, they should be. Solid 5 stars.
