He was very pleasant. We didn't feel the least bit self conscious having him in the house, even when our dogs were being crazy. Second, he did a fantastic job on the sink and it was not simple. He replaced a 6 inch deep two basin sink with regular faucets with a new single basin 9 inches deep. He put a touchless faucet on there, and redid the pipes underneath to accommodate the old garbage disposal. All of this cost less than 2X what I had been quoted for the outside faucet replacement alone by my plumbing maintenance company.

He did a great job making the vision come alive and was transparent with any problems that arises (and importantly fixing them when necessary).
