2nd vanity in our master bath.
    Candice S.

U Granites did a wonderful job with our Silestone quartz master bath vanity tops. Their office staff quickly responded to every question that I had. Their fabrication and installation staff was thorough and kept the mess to a minimum. Best of all was the fair pricing for the entire project from demo and disposal of existing countertops to cutting and installing new sinks and cutting the holes for the new faucets. They don't remove mirrors or disconnect/reconnect plumbing but that wasn't an issue for us. We highly recommend that you give them a call or request a quote for your project on Yelp. You won't be sorry.

Just finished our first flip, and worked with Amy for cabinets and countertops. Best pricing, perfect installation, and good communication. Bit of a language barrier, but email and texting helped with that. Did everything on schedule. Solid maple cabinets, and we went with quartz gunmetal gray countertops. So beautiful! Could not be happier with this company, the products, the install...the whole thing. Thank you, Amy and crew!!!

The furniture had been built to such a poor standard that I had no choice but to find someone who could correct the numerous mistakes. I was very worried about what might even be possible and of course the cost of essentially redoing the job. Chris put my fears to rest. He assured me that he could correct the problems but also had great ideas on how to change/improve the overall look. He and his team did an excellent job, were thorough and professional, timely, and a Great value for the money. I am thrilled with the finished product. Met with Nate in about a built in desk and a built in entertainment center in December and he told me he was booked 2-3weeks out. I said, sure no problem, we can handle it in January. Come mid January, he tells me he needs more time. I say sure. Come February I reach out and no answer. Called, emailed and texted, still no answer (mind you I had already given 50% down to him). Finally after not hearing from him for almost 3 weeks he responded and saying he was just getting started on building the cabinets. It's now mid-March and he finally got to installing the units. But don't expect him to arrive at the time he says. He was consistently 2-3 hours late to the time he promised to be here (which required us to adjust work schedules). First day he arrived at 2:30pm after saying he would be here at noon and then had to come back on a Sunday because he couldn't finish it all in one day. Now that's just the communications part, as for the quality of the work. I have been very disappointed. I had asked for a 1.5" wood top on my desk. After install I've noticed it's a single 3/4" plywood top with an additional 3/4" plywood strip on the front to make it look like it's 1.5". Not only that but because it's plywood there are obvious seams on the desktop. And the front is covered with a veneer which bubbled in multiple places and even though he came to glue it back down still does not look great. There are seams in multiple places where he could have easily gone with a full piece of dimensional lumber instead. There are screws protruding on the side of the cabinets which are the only sides that face out so would have expected the screws to be hidden. He left part of one of the tops uneven, even though I brought to his attention before the painters came, so he had to come back out and fix it and the painters had to come back out and fix the paint again. Also when he put in the shelves after the paint (because he didn't have the shelf pins and had to order from amazon), he scratched up the paint pretty badly in pretty obvious places. I've worked in construction as my dad was a contractor and I fully understand things happen or sometimes things don't work out as planned but for the price I paid I would have expected much higher quality and less chasing to get this completed.

I really liked their customer service and the high quality of their cabinets. Unfortunately, as my house was getting close to completion, I flew in to meet in person to work on the kitchen project and they quoted me $66k now. I understand prices are increasing during the pandemic but not nearly triple. It looks like on top of the price increases, they may have counted the wrong number of cabinets needed for the project. I tried to work with them cause I wanted it to work out but ultimately, I would have had to make too many sacrifices to fit the budget such as not doing some upper cabinets and doing open shelving instead. In making these edits, they could get it down to $45k, still double the original quote and with too many sacrifices. If I calculate cabinets, counters, GC work, etc, the kitchen would be well over $100k. For that price, you should just go with a fully custom kitchen company. If I wasn't building a new house, building out a big pool and deck and all these other incredibly expensive projects, I would have liked to go with UB, but their pricing was more than I think I'd worth for semi custom
