DISHONEST! Beware of this company. They are extremely dishonest. One of their trucks hit my daughter's car while she was driving, and I was in the vehicle. Despite admitting fault for the accident, they lied to the insurance. I would never do business with a company that would so blatantly lie in an official capacity. EDIT: Firstly, I have not been a customer, that is true. However, they way a company handles any business is the way they handle all business. Therefore, expect a lack of honesty and integrity as you deal with them. Your technician was using her phone while driving and, as a result, deviated several feet into our lane on the turn. She immediately apologized and admitted fault at the scene of the accident. In fact, my daughter didn't talk at all, she was very shaken by the incident and I told her I would handle it. Your technician and/or you lied to the insurance assuming that the claims of an adult driver would be believed more than a teenager. My daughter is a newer driver, but with two years of driving, she is more than capable of following the lane indicators through the turn, which she did. Per your offer in your response, I have made multiple attempts to speak with someone at your company about this incident. After a week, I have received no response. You and your technician's actions in regard to this incident clearly indicate that your organization puts no value on the true, honesty, or integrity. Regardless of whether this is you or your technician lying, it makes no difference if your technician works in people's houses and lacks integrity; that should be a significant concern for all. read more

the grout around my tile floor has never been cleaned in over 20 years. Shannon worked so hard making my floors look brand new. I'm impressed with the quality, value and professionalism of the staff. Their website will not let you leave anything less than a 5 star review. We hired sir grout from the 5 star reputation, but now we see why they have 5 stars. The men that came were polite, there was two of them. They both did different things to I assume finish the job quicker. The man that removed the grout chipped our tile which is extremely frustrating. The man that did the grout in our wall joints did so very thick and messily, created splatters (even though they said they wouldn't leave ANY mess behind). The same man scratched our tubs that had just been resurfaced, you can see in photos. EXTREMELY frustrating. I reached out to them per the stains and the owner reached out to offer coming by to clean and giving cleaners to help pull out stains. We honestly didn't want anyone else coming by per the damage they left. So now we spent around $1000 and left us with more damage.....wouldn't recommend. Nothing sets them apart from the average 3 star company. read more

The female rep (D.D.) coming out to my home was 2 hours early and seemed a bit rushed or nervous. I was at the grocery store around the corner and when I saw her on the door bell camera, I came back home. She hadn't read up on why she was at my home; I didn't need grout work but needed re-caulking in my master bath shower. When she realized I need caulking she said well you know our baseline cost is $500 and I know you don't want to pay that so I suggest you go to Home Depot and ask them to show you what will just kill the mildew and then come do it yourself. I looked at her and I said that I had already been to Home Depot and asked and made a decision I didn't want to do the work and that is why I called Sir Grout. She said oh, ok. She nervously took measurements and pictures and while doing that she was talking to her self saying she better get it all right because the owners daughter would get all over her and that she didn't like that. I felt so uncomfortable and never had anyone indirectly tell me to look elsewhere because of the $500. So I got the quote and threw it away. Something isn't right at the company. read more

Fixing grout and tile is an art. An art I have no experience with at all. Getting specialized help like this will never be "cheap" but if you're going to spend the money on it, let the experts take care of it. BEWARE!!!! This process can damage your doors/baseboards/wallpaper/appliances/etc. as they do not tarp if off for protection nor clean up afterwards. The caulk in our master shower was pulling away from the tiles to the point we were concerned we would have water damage inside our walls. And the caulk along our kitchen counter had separated from the backsplash. I contacted Sir Grout from a referral I had and last week they completed the work in less than a day and a half. They recommended epoxy grout instead of caulk in both locations as it will last longer, and they completely cleaned and sealed the grout in the shower.
