To be perfectly clear, I didnt use their service, as the job I was interested in wasn't possible. I wanted to have an epoxy coat on pea gravel aggregate concrete in a sunroom to protect it against dog accidents. The sales guy convinced me that it was really too risky to gring this type of concrete and probably wouldnt hold up, thus he didnt feel comfortable doing it. Unscrupulous companies would have taken the money and done a bad job, but these guys stand behind their warranties and don't want to play that game. I will probably end up tiling the area instead or using a clear protector and reapplying every few years. read more
