After no response and six days later, I contacted Michael to find out if he'd seen the damage. He said, "we'll fix it." Our tenants asked if the work could be completed after they moved out because they were annoyed with the dust and his workers not showing up on time. NEVER did Michael tell us to stop using the shower or that the damaged wall could be causing water damage. I have proof of his responses and the entire timeline via text messages. And I have a text from him stating that it was okay to wait until after the tenants moved out to make the repairs. On 4/9/2026, I obtained a default judgment for $20,000 (the maximum allowable amount) in small claims court, but he has not made good on paying us the money and won't respond to any of our recent communications.

After trying without success to clean the tile and especially the grout (took me days to do a small spot in the kitchen) we had Brian come in. He explained the process and his recommendations, then sat on the floor with my wife and helped pick out a new grout color. When he started he moved all the furniture and rugs (several times) and expertly cleaned the floors and grout. Then colored/sealed the grout. Buffing and cleaning it several times after it dried. It has not looked this good since the house was new! Took about 2 days, would have been faster but the grout color/seal was delivered late. When he finished explained the warranty and how to care for the floor and gave us some cleaner for tough jobs when water or steam did not do the job. I can easily recommend him.

I just wanted a good cleaning done, and filling of couple of very small spots. I also asked him if he can seal the grout and he said he will and claimed a 15yr guarantee on the grout seal. August 2021: Within a year the shower looks way worse than it did after 3 yrs of ownership. Whatever he used as a sealant seems to have served the exact opposite purpose. I reached out to him with pictures and initially he feigned ignorance of even having worked at my house. And when I finally located and shared the receipt copy with him, he said the earliest he can send someone over to take a look is by December 6th!! Also, when I mentioned the 15 year guarantee on the sealant, he said he will check with the sealant manufacturer!! What the hell? Giovanni it was you who claimed the guarantee when you spoke to me face to face, not the manufacturer! Nor is that mentioned anywhere in the receipt! January 2022: December came and went by, it is January and I'm still texting him, calling him(he won't answer), leaving him voicemail(he won't call back).
