The travertine floors in our kitchen, living and dining areas hadn't been professionally cleaned for ten years. it's an understatement to say that they were filthy. As that happen over time, it went unnoticed until I got fed up with the kitchen and tried cleaning that area myself. Bad idea. Then I looked under the large area rug at the pristine tile there. Brian to the rescue. He spent 6+ hours cleaning tile, fixing grout and sealing the entire 860 sq ft....and he moved the furniture and rugs himself. Brian Glenn did a great job and was a pleasure to do business with. We have around 1500 sq feet of tile in the house. After trying without success to clean the tile and especially the grout (took me days to do a small spot in the kitchen) we had Brian come in. He explained the process and his recommendations, then sat on the floor with my wife and helped pick out a new grout color. When he started he moved all the furniture and rugs (several times) and expertly cleaned the floors and grout. Then colored/sealed the grout. Buffing and cleaning it several times after it dried. It has not looked this good since the house was new! Took about 2 days, would have been faster but the grout color/seal was delivered late. When he finished explained the warranty and how to care for the floor and gave us some cleaner for tough jobs when water or steam did not do the job. I can easily recommend him. read more

We had GTSM seal our new limestone patio. Two days afterward we had a lot of wind that blew dirt and other debris on the patio. We hosed down the patio and noticed that the water beaded on the surfaces where our roof covered the patio but not other areas. When we inquired about what that meant with respect to the sealer performance, Brian told us he would check with the product manufacturer. We didn't hear back after a week and still haven't after 3 more follow up attempts and now nearly 4 weeks. So, don't expect ANY follow up from Brian if there is ANY hint of dissatisfaction. It is possible all is good but who knows when there is no follow. read more

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Brian. He spread a grout product all over my kitchen tile, then was unable to remove the excess. He tried one day to remove it, but there is still an unattractive residue all over my floor. I have been leaving him messages for two months asking him to please call me to at least give me the name of the product he used so that I can pay someone else to try to remove it, but he refuses to call me back, text me, etc. When there was a problem, he dropped me off his radar. He worked on four floors in my house and did a pretty good job, but he is not a detail oriented person, and I have had to clean up a fair amount after he left. I can't recommend him because he didn't keep his word with me to make things right. I make wind up having to replace the whole kitchen floor. Brian, I am only communicating with you on Yelp because you have refused to respond to me any other way. I appreciate your acknowledging that what happened to my new floor (now only four years old) was a result of what you did to it. I understand that you will make no further attempt to make it right or refund any part of my $500. If your distress about it caused you grief, I'm sorry, and if therapy would help you, I hope you will get it, but I still have to get the floor fixed some way. I have asked repeatedly for the name of the product you put on the floor and I am asking again, please. The floor appears either etched, in which case I will have to pay to have the floor removed and replaced, or it's something that bonded to the floor, in which case it MAY be possible to remove it. I have been TRYING to engage them to do work for me. Based on the great reviews here I have been trying to reach the company to do work on custom tile in several rooms that need TLC. I sent two emails - the first received a curt reply and the second went unanswered even though I stated I was willing to be more flexible on the dates. I have tried several times to reach them by phone and only get a recording. I left a message, but did not receive a call back. From what I see here the work they do is excellent. I am sure they are busy. Based on the limited customer contact (or lack thereof) I received I am not impressed. I haven't experienced this before with other vendors. - Arrived late to the appointment for a quote. - Showed up late on the day of the job and made excuses. - Did a lousy job cleaning up after himself and getting sealer off the floors. I don't wear shoes inside the house and the bottom of my socks were dark brown for weeks after this guys supposedly wiped the sealer back up. - Got sealer on walls and base boards staining them permanently so I have to get them repainted. This of course is going to come out of my pocket and going to take up more of my time. - Did not mention at the quote that the showers can not be used for many days after being sealed. That's a big thing to forget to mention. The sealer in the shower is already showing signs that the sealer is not working like the grout looking wet in sections. And of course this is not covered in the "warranty". GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY FOR THE SAME PRICE AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!! read more

I'm excessively nit picky when it comes to quality work. His floor refinishing, honing, polishing, sealing, and overall attention to detail was impeccable!! Most companies don't spend the time to ensure that the sealer really integrates with the stone. Brian did multiple coats until the stone wouldn't soak in any additional sealer. I have been so delinquent in writing this review. Brian actually came out to clean the grout and tile in our house in July 2015. He also sealed our grout, because it was apparent that the people who installed our tile did not do so. The grout was badly stained with years of use and I just couldn't believe that he would be able to get it clean. But he did - it really did look like new when he was done.
