Tabitha quickly responded to my inquiries about getting work done on several pieces of furniture. She came to the house and did some initial repairs on the trimwork on a large antique cabinet. Her pricing for the work was reasonable and the quality is excellent. Additionally, I delivered to her a round wooden breakfast table that needed to be stripped and restained and an old bed frame that had a broken spindle between the posts. She completed the work according to the estimated schedule and the quality was excellent. I was very pleased with the work she did for us and will contact her again when other projects come up. She was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend her for anyone needing furniture refinishing work or furniture repairs.

I reached out explaining I needed someone urgently and they fit me in their schedule asap. We easily communicated via text which is very important to me because I'm always on the go juggling dozens of contractors at once so it's so helpful when businesses can communicate in a way that works best for the client. The day of, I got texts of when the technician was on the way which was helpful. He was respectful, worked hours straight and my shower ended up looking brand new and far beyond what I could imagine it to look like. I was incredibly impressed. I do a lot of remodeling projects and I'll no doubt reach out again; they will be my go-to for sure. Highly recommend!

Update November 2024: Following my negative review, Jeff…read morecontacted me. He sent Juan and Leticia, who stripped the bathtub and refinished it. They seemed careful and tidy. It took them 3+ hours. The finish is nice and shiny. I hope it lasts a long time. Our experience with Advanced Bathtub in 2023 was horrible. Technician D***** maybe had ADD focus issues. In any case, he worked fast and loose and skipped preparation steps. He mixed the epoxy paint wrong, probably too much solvent, such that the curing paint pulled up from inside corners, and retracted and split on horizontal countertop surface. Jeff kept sending him back to re-do, and he kept screwing it up. He worked without a ventilation fan. I'm not sure if he was more mental or more stoned from inhaling solvent. The paint is completely peeling up from the bottom of the tub 18 months later. Evidently the tub surface was not roughened enough prior to paint application. I don't know if the tech even cleaned the surfaces, much less roughened them. He painted right over dirt and dust on the tile.

The pricing was about middle of the road compared to others When Alex got to my house he got straight to work, was done Ina mater of hours, and the cleanup was impeccable. He sent over documentation for care and upkeep. All in all, this is the exact kind of quality work you would want from anyone coming to your home and help with anything. I contacted a man who only refinishes floors for businesses. He recommended Willie Adams. He came by aexplained the steps his crew would follow to guarantee a first rate job. Willie's son, Greg, and his granddaughter, Serena, made our floors look like new. Their removed and refinished the trim. They sanded the floors with a massive machine that vacuumed up the sawdust. They applied a coat of stain, another of a mixture of alcohol and water, and two of a commercial grade water-based polyurethane. Please see the photo. The water damaged flooring is shown on the left of the flooring and the refinished flooring is on the left.

They showed up late and spent a third of the day looking at their phones, dripped paint on all of my outdoor furniture, punctured roofing shingles, destroyed flower gardens, crashed their truck into a retaining wall, left paint on windows, and more. The crew manager was inefficient and ignorant, and the owner offered empty promises. In the end they caused over $10,000 in damages to my property.
