Rebecca was wonderful to work with throughout the scheduling process and, when I had an issue with my first appointment, she listened to my concerns, stood behind the company's service, and made sure to send someone else to take care of the job. It really stood out to me how seriously she took my concerns and how committed she was to making things right. The specialist she sent out was Gilbert and he was fantastic. Gilbert was incredibly professional, efficient, and respectful of my home. He installed three ceiling fans and two faucets and completed the work far faster than I expected while still doing excellent, quality work. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and just genuinely great to work with. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Handyman, and will be requesting Gilbert anytime I need some work done in my home. He didn't just throw the TV on the wall and leave. He made sure everything was properly secured, perfectly upright, and safe. And when I say he went above and beyond, I mean it! He even moved my heavy-ass drawer out of the way just to make sure he had enough room to properly secure everything. He cleaned up afterwards before he left... I really appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that he cared about doing the job RIGHT. You can tell when someone takes pride in their work, and Yurri definitely does. When I came across THE PIECE for a custom vanity I jumped, and was left with a struggle- do I DIY the retrofit or do I find a pro. Enter Nate. He was quick to respond and arrange to see the piece in person before a formal quote (first good sign). When we met, his enthusiasm for the piece rivaled my own (second good sign). We made arrangements. Even after struggles with coordinating a pickup due to weather and missing help, Nate met the deadline my renovation required.
