It seems I typically have one or two things that nag at me because I can't get to them myself--I'm kind of handy, but don't have the confidence on various things. And when does this ever happen: After spending 45 minutes at my house working on the problem, only to discover I hadn't provided the right parts, he didn't charge me anything because "he didn't fix the problem." And he refused to accept any payment for his time, even though he did a fair amount of work and advised me on what parts to get instead! So refreshing to find someone with ethics like that!
