You can get approximate quotes via email or even right on the website, and they send plenty of reminders and updates leading up to the appointment, even a day of notification letting you know your cleaner is on the way. Jerry arrived right on time and was incredibly polite and professional. He wore booties to protect the carpet and was able to quote me on a king headboard and our dining room chair seats that didn't really have preset pricing online. In about 2 or so hours he cleaned 2 large rugs, a large sectional, dining room chair seats, and a king headboard. Pricing felt very reasonable compared to several other companies I had looked at, and everything looks great so far. The sectional especially looked brighter and the cushions felt more fluffed up afterward. We also had some bubbling in the rugs and the cleaning helped quite a bit with that. The only odd thing I noticed was a slight oily-type smell during cleaning and when walking into the house after leaving and coming back, but it dissipated and none of the actual furniture smells like that. There really isn't much of a scent at all. I think I was expecting some kind of fresh fragrance, but this was also our first time having furniture professionally cleaned, so maybe that's not even a thing. Overall, easy booking, great communication, fair pricing, and professional service. I'd definitely use Hart's again and would recommend them.

When I returned to the house the next day, I noticed tiles had popped up in the utility room. I texted Jerry & the owner, David. David immediately got back to me & came to the house. He said in all his years, he's only seen this one other time. Fortunately, I had spare matching tiles for David & Jerry to put down. David did a great job matching the grout color. It wasn't Harts Steam Cleaning's fault that the tiles were poorly set, but thankfully, they are insured & can make everything right. David's prompt response really put me at ease. The technician who initially came out didn't do a thorough job and missed several areas. Perhaps he was still gaining experience. However, what really impressed us was how the company handled the situation. After we contacted Coconut Cleaning Service and explained our concerns, they promptly arranged for another technician to come out and make things right. This time, they sent Trevor, who has around 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry, and WOW, what a difference! Trevor did an absolutely amazing job! He was professional, thorough, paid attention to every detail, and made sure our sofas were properly cleaned. The results were night and day compared to our first experience! A special thank you to Trevor for his outstanding work and dedication! We also really appreciate Coconut Cleaning Service for standing behind their service, listening to their customers, and taking responsibility when something doesn't go as expected. Mistakes can happen in any business, but how a company handles them is what truly matters. Coconut Cleaning Service definitely earned our 5-star review, and we would happily recommend them, especially Trevor! Thank you again for making things right!
