Really knows his organic cleaning! Very happy with the results and super happy no chemical smell in the house after the cleaning!

This is an update from my last review. Mike called immediately after he read my review with explanation and an apology. After notifying me that his vehicle was repaired, I was hesitate but scheduled another appointment to get my tile floors and sofas (2) cleaned. Today, Mike was punctual and did a great job! I plan to call on Organic Carpet Care for future jobs and definitely recommend this business to others. read more

Organic Carpet Care - My carpet wasn't disgusting or anything. But wow, they made look new! So happy - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Austin, Texas

Thanks for Yelp recommendations once more. I was able to find a good local, reliable, and professional cleaning service with Organic Carpet Care. My carpet was not an extreme mess of dirt, but it needed the Spring cleaning for a new year ahead. Travis from Organic Carpet Care showed up on time and even called when he was nearby to make sure that I was available. He explained in detail the before and after expectations of the general cleaning, the stains, and the limited warranty that they offered. Travis came and performed his work in a cheerful manner with courtesy and care and left my hard to clean berber carpet refreshed and smelling clean. Overall a great cleaning for a great value. I recommend them easily. read more

Organic Carpet Care - Carpet Cleaning Near Me - Austin, Texas

2nd time we used Organic Carpet Care. Very, very pleased.

Carpet cleaning is done by Michael. I was not there in the unit and he performed the cleaning. He finished 2 bed and 2-3 closet cleaning approx in 45 minutes which is doable. Bt when i reach once he just finished, the carpet is absolutely dry, not sure how come washed carpet get dry so soon. And carpet looks as is as it was before. I paid 150$ cash and now looking again someone else for the cleaning. May be i did not liked this type of "dry organic cleaning" i have lost trust with this service Don't go with this read more

Organic Carpet Care was as good as advertised. Requesting a quote was so simple. Mike got back to me quickly and we set up an appointment via email. On the day of my appointment, Travis and Greg called an hour beforehand and let me know exact timing. Once they arrived, Travis made sure that they knew exactly what I wanted done, confirmed the quoted value, and ensured the total up front (tax included) so there weren't any misunderstandings. Next, they walked my house with me and asked about any trouble spots or areas of emphasis. Travis and Greg were efficient (but not hasty) and I couldn't be happier with the results. The method they used was low residue, dried within an hour, and stood up all the packed down fibers in high traffic areas. They even got gray paint spots out of my carpet on the stairs. Honestly, my carpet looks as good as when we first bought our house. I will definitely be using Organic Carpet Care again. read more

Doesn't get any better! I'd never tried an organic approach, but I'm a believer! There were no yucky chords and hoses stretched across our house. We had pet stains and years of yuck on our carpet from our three dogs. In a matter of minutes, our carpet looked like new. From start to finish, they were professional, on time and honest about what to expect. We will never use another cleaning company. They are simply the best! Outstanding customer service and quality work! read more

WOW!!!! Let me just begin by saying that I have had our carpets cleaned three times now, by three different companies, and NONE of them held a candle to Mike and his Organic Carpet Care business... WOW! First, he arrived EARLY, and in this business, I'm accustomed to waiting around ALL day for someone to show... NOT in this case. I called and chatted with Mike on Monday and said I needed someone THE NEXT DAY and he obliged, WOW! Second, when he arrived EARLY, he offered to help us move the furniture. Of course we said "No," so instead, he entertained our toddler son (nicknaming him, "the jungle boy" in his naked wild state), while we arranged the space for it's impending revamp. Now, I have had poor luck thus far with carpet cleaning; however, I was determined to put all of that aside and give Mike a fighting chance. He did not let us down! We tend to let our lil guy roam around freely (why not??) with juice, goldfish, pickles etc., so our home was in a desperate state. Mike was honest and claimed that he could get it all out, and HE DID! As I'm writing this review, I am starring at my BEAUTIFUL carpet, STAIRS included, (which were atrocious), with a HUGE grin on my face, WOW!!! I have already recommended him to my sister, with many more recommendations to follow. I will not mention any names here (for fear of being filtered, BOO), but I will say this, we received another quote from a local organic company and they seriously wanted TWO TIMES what Mike charged us. Not only will we be using him exclusively, we can now afford to have our carpets cleaned regularly!!! Perhaps THE BEST PART, aside from Mike's friendly demeanor and conversation, was this: Our carpets were DRY by the time we came home from lunch, WHAT!?! WOW!! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU MIKE for a job well done!!!! We will see you in a few months! Truly, Carly, Cassidy, and Jungle Boy, Fox read more

I recently got 2 puppies who alternately shed and pee all over our carpet. Coupled with the fact that my vacuum is broken, my carpet was a complete disaster. Mike came in, vacuumed the place 4 times, applied his amazing pet treatment product, and now the carpet looks amazing! There was a small misunderstanding about pricing (there's a minimum that he charges), but we worked all that out, and everything turned out great. Everything was so convenient! My dogs and I didn't even have to leave the apartment. All in all, this was a great experience! I regret not doing this earlier (because I waited so long, even after all Mike's efforts, you can still sort of see the clean spot where my bed is)! read more

Amazing job! Our 10-year-old carpet had pet stains, juice and food stains from our two small children and awful grey high-traffic patterns. They came on time and evaluated the area. They were very cordial and let me know they would try their best to get out some of the tougher stains. They totally exceeded my expectations. They were in and out quickly and the carpet looks brighter! It looks brand new! Highly recommend! read more

Mike came personally recommended by a friend of mine after I noticed what a miracle job he had done on hers! His equipment is unique, but don't let it shy you away. There are a lot of downsides to the traditional "water extraction" method, so give him the benefit of the doubt. He uses a mist like spray over the carpet, then his machine vibrates the dirt out of the carpet onto these micro-fiber cloths. He did my entire place (~1050sf.) in less than an hour and they were dry in less than an hour after he left. His prices are reasonable, he is friendly and funny, and scheduled his service quickly. I will definitely use Mike again when I am in need of another carpet clean! Thanks again! Best of luck. read more

Mike really knows his stuff! We've been using him for over 3 years now, and he's FANTASTIC! I really wanted organic carpet cleaning after we had a baby, as I was worried about the chemicals associated with traditional carpet cleaning companies. Well, I'm so glad I found Mike! His prices are in line (or even cheaper) than traditional places! My carpets are so clean after he's here - my carpet is 2 shades lighter. I have cats, a dog and a toddler -- so Mike's got his work cut out for him! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for organic carpet cleaning! read more

After reading about Kawasaki disease in kids from other man-made chemicals in carpet cleaning, I looked into organic methods. Mike cleaned my 12-year-old carpet this morning and it looks 200% better! He was able to get out some stains that I thought would never come clean. I have been using a wet vac myself but it could never get deep down to the root of the stains. Mike took care of it for a decent price, and he did a careful job and took time getting my house clean (not like a cheapo carpet deal where they do the whole house in 15 minutes)! Now my home smells fresh and clean instead of like an old stuffed animal (due to dust and dirt in the carpet). I will be calling again. read more

We had Mike into our rental home in November to tackle our decently dirtied carpets. Being that it is a 7 year old rental, the stains and wear and tear are more from past owners than ourselves but it was getting to a point that we couldn't really deal with the ugliness anymore. My wife is a fan of almost all things organic so seeing this in the company name definitely set them apart and made my wife happy. Mike actually told me (Mike is very personable) that people are afraid of organic and think it won't clean that well but I can report it did a solid job. Whereas steam puts water into your carpet and then has to suck it back up (not always getting it out, too), Mike uses a spray and then almost like a little buffer machine to work the spray into the carpet as well as extract it. He did a long hallway, stair well and living room and dining room for us, all for under $100. The carpets looked much better after his efforts and we will likely be calling him out in the near future. read more

It's hard to find good, quality service these days. Mike was not only professional, he was very pleasant to deal with. He called when he was supposed to, kept in touch regarding confirmation of our appointment, showed up on time, and did a great job! You can't ask for much more than that. I'm going to venture to guess that the one really bad review I see here is someone who is simply an unhappy person in general. Oh well. The way that I use Yelp is to look at the over-all picture. I hope that you do too because this company is far superior to most. I've been a home owner in Austin for over 18 years and have tried a number of different carpet cleaning services. Organic Carpet Care truly takes this job seriously and performs! read more

I can't believe I didn't do this sooner, and here's why: Mike was in and out in a very short amount of time. There wasn't a ton of noise or terrible smells to run from, so I just continued working away. My carpet looks amazing, despite the fact that I have two cats, and I am thrilled that the treatment was safe for them and won't require me to vacate my apartment because of fume inhalation. The cost was incredibly reasonable, and I felt good about supporting a local business owner with a friendly disposition like Mike. Do this, believe me. Months of dirt and grime dismissed like a confessional booth for carpets. read more

What a great experience this was. I have been too lax about getting our carpet cleaned, so it's been longer than I care to admit, but it looks brand new now. Mike was right on time, very polite and personable and our carpets look great. There's no chemical smell and they dried so quickly. He was in an out in just over an hour (2000 sq ft home) and his prices are very reasonable. He was even super nice to my barky little spoiled dog. I would highly recommend Mike and his services! I also wanted to add that I thought there was no way this guy could have gotten so many 5-star reviews and that some had to be fake, but these are all real customers. I talked to him about it and he doesn't even ask you to review him. I still cannot believe how great our carpets look! I thought we were going to have to replace the carpets, but Mike did such a wonderful job and charged us not even close to a fraction what we would have spent replacing the carpets. read more

Mike was referred by a friend of mine. He cleaned our old nasty living/dining room carpets last week and they look brand new! They were white when we bought them over 10 years ago and he has restored them like no other carpet cleaning company has done in the past. Mike is the owner of his business, his service is awesome, the quality of his work is fantastic. I would say here are the reasons why I would recommend him: 1. Quality of work and results. 2. Natural cleaning materials 3. Speed at which the carpet is dry (thus not attracting the dirt) 4. Price 5. He gives a 30 day guarantee! I will definitely be referring him to friends. read more

What an astounding experience! Mike is thorough, professional, fastidious and FUN! His daughter Amanda was working with him when they cleaned our carpets and they were both very polite and sweet people. The second Mike walked in, my husband and I hit it off with him . We have built in book shelves with tons of books, and the first thing my husband said to him was "whatever you do, don't go snooping through my books". Not sure if you read previous yelp reviews, but you will notice why we joked around with him regarding the books. Our books are out on the shelf for everyone's pleasure. Be our guest and snoop all you want! In fact, take one or two. ;) Anyway... Mike did an incredible job on our thick area rug in our living room, and the carpet in the media room and office. You will not be disappointed! The entire time Mike explained what he was doing throughout the process. I love that it is "organic". The thought of chemicals seeping through the bottoms of my feet is disgusting! My husband and I like to get to know people that we get a good vibe from, and we discovered that we have a lot of the same interests. We are fairly new to the area, so we asked him about some good restaurants that he would suggest. He suggested Asian fair, so we went for lunch as soon as he was done with our carpets. The place he suggested was very good, and we will be going back very soon. We will use Organic Carpet care again, and you will be happy if you choose Mike to clean your Carpets! I highly recommend it. read more

Mike has been cleaning our carpet for about 3 years now and it's so nice to know who to give a call when our carpet starts to show stains from our little toddler's messes! As a woman, I'm always really careful about who is doing work in my home, and Mike has always been so friendly and kind. That makes such a big difference to me. And I love knowing that my family's not inhaling gross chemicals! I've been dreaming about getting our tile/grout cleaned for seriously a year now but I thought it was just going to be crazy expensive. Finally, I got sick of looking at the dingyness and never being able to get the grout remotely clean myself, so I had Mike do just our kitchen area. It looks sooo amazing and was so reasonable that now I'm having him back to do the rest of the tile in our house. I can't wait! It makes such a difference to have clean carpet and tile! read more

So happy with my clean carpets! We live in an apartment and get a complimentary steam cleaning once a year as part of our lease. I've never been happy with the results so I decided to give these guys a try. So glad I did! Mike was right on time (I think even a few minutes early!), arrived in a clean vehicle (if the van is filthy, the equipment probably is too), and was super friendly. He explained to my husband how everything worked, how to take care of your carpets, etc. And, they look fantastic! They were dry within the hour, no stain left behind, and after 3 days, they're still looking fresh! I will definitely continue to use them! read more

Mike completely lived up to all of the other 5 star reviews. I called and left VM to get pricing and he called me back within 30 minutes, which was impressive. We talked for about 20 miutes about my carpet, my concerns about pet odor, etc. He was open and honest and careful not to over promise. We scheduled a time within two business days and by that point I trusted him enough to schedule a time when I wouldn't even be there...just left the door open for him. On the day of service he called to let me know he was on the way, called mid-way through to give me a status update, and called twice later that day to make sure 1) I knew how to use the enzyme product I purchased from him (he did NOT push the product on me...I asked him for a recommendation), and 2) to make sure we were happy. On the VM to make sure I was satisfied he even said I could text him back with any questions or concerns, which I really appreciated because texting is a lot quicker for me. I texted him that I was 100% satisfied. The carpet looked amazing and I detect NO pet odor at all. I highly recommend Mike read more

I had organic carpet care come out and clean my apartment carpeting after a few pet accidents left stubborn stains. Not only is their customer service top notch, but so is their quality of work. I sent a message via Yelp for a quote and got a very prompt reply so I called to set up an appointment. They were able to fit me in that same day and my place was cleaned in about 20 minutes, and the carpet dried in a little less than in hour! The cleaning was absolutely outstanding and it all looks like new. read more

We had a huge stain that was literally almost black on light tan carpet on our upstairs landing. Since it was there when we rented our building, we couldn't even say what the stain was. But these folks made the carpet look like new - without any nasty chemicals! It was stunning! Moreover, their service is great - polite, prompt, responsible! I called late on Monday afternoon. A tech came out early Wednesday afternoon, called before he came to let us know he was on his way, and was careful to warn us about how long it would take to dry and to be cautious as we came down the stairs. And all this for an affordable price - $92 for three rooms! We will definitely use this company again! read more

Whoa! I've only used steam cleaners in the past but Mike and his technique have made a convert and believer out of me. I clean my carpets regularly and have never seen them as clean as Mike got them. We used this service a few years ago when we lived in Cedar Park. We live in Round Rick now and because we were so happy with the service before we only called Organic Carpet Care. Actually I went in the site and requested a service. Never got a response even a week later. Called and left a message. Had to call again because I never got a call back. Finally reached someone and scheduled a service date. Mike perhaps is retired and the son-in-law came. Nice guy. Said he was trained by Mike. Ok. However the carpet and stairs were as dirty as before when it dried. And the whole time the SIL was here he kept running out to his truck. Like seriously just kept running out to his truck. He said he was taking customer calls. That's what messages are for. You answer them when you get back in the truck. Not while you are at a customers home servicing them. Not happy with the still dirty steps and carpet. Not happy with going through so much to reach them. Really not happy with the customer service. I'm not requesting a re-do because I don't want the son-in-law again. Ever. When it was Mike I gave him a 5 star review. He gave us a 5 star service. Well that's over. read more

THE BEST! I called Mike based on the recommendation of a co-worker and am glad that I did! I recently moved into a new home and a few of the rooms had a slight dog smell- nothing terrible, but I wanted it addressed before I moved in all my furniture. I called Mike, he answered right away, and he was able to fit me in the very next afternoon. He ended up calling the next morning to let me know that he could fit me in earlier that day if it would work for me (which it did). Then he called 30 minutes before he arrived just to let me know he was on the way. The method seemed unorthodox-- no big, loud, wet machines. But whatever, it works. The carpets smelled and looked great. The price was exactly what he quoted me over the phone and was totally reasonable. Mike was fun to talk to and he even had some helpful hints about stain treating! Will definitely use again. read more

Mike & Danny were fantastic when they cleaned my carpets last week! They arrived on time, explained their process, answered my questions and were extremely personably. They got rid of stains I didn't think were possible to get rid of so I was very happy. The carpets were dry within the hour & my toddler and I were rolling around on them shortly after. My husband came home late at night, but clearly saw the difference. We will happily call Organic Carpet Care back to home. Thank you! ~Tara read more

I see all these carpet pictures before and after and I am left wondering why my carpets didn't do that transformation? Michael stated off trying to do some low moisture cleaning that wasn't working especially by a patch I just had done. He was trying to tell me it was a different color carpet. Not the same carpet. Then he finally got the steam cleaner out. So the carpet with the patch and surrounding areas looks good but the rest of my carpets look exactly the same. It just felt like he was in a hurry and didn't care about how my carpets ended up looking. Gave him 2 stars because he was on time and seemed like an ok guy but that's as far as it goes. read more
