I can't say enough good things about It's Cleaning Time! They've been cleaning both my home and my workplace for a while now. They do a GREAT job, super reliable, always on time, and so easy to communicate with. They've also gone out of their way more than once to make sure the job gets done. One time, our water got cut off unexpectedly while they were in the middle of cleaning and no one was home. Great experience with them today! Our dog is home to two large dogs, both of whom shed A LOT. We need some extra help keeping up with the cleaning, and they came in and did an excellent job. Some tough stains in the shower and the glass shower door, which are impossible for me to maintain, are sparkly clean now. I've used It's Cleaning Time throughout the years for various one-off cleanings, including moving out of an apartment several years ago. Recently, they did a deep cleaning of my apartment and since then, I hired them to do monthly cleanings of my apartment. They are fantastic! Great value, their staff always do an impeccable job. I put in for an estimate for cleaning a small home on Yelp. They apparently send it out to about five companies and this is one of them. I said they could text me which they did. They asked me the following questions. sqft * Email * phone number The problem with this is that I gave him the square footage when I filled out the form asking out for some options. They would also have no problem getting in touch with me through the business portal on Yelp. Because I'm not going to give somebody I haven't done business with my email and my phone number like that first. So basically they're asking me for things they already had and they didn't read what I was looking for. I responded to them that perhaps if they could not read what Yelp had sent them that I should consider looking for someone else. The response was as follows: Please do, we wish you the best of success with your cleaning! Have a great weekend I'm sorry, but they did nothing and made no attempt to try to get my business, they just said please do basically go somewhere else and go blow. Between that and the fact that they didn't read the original request I put in I would think they would not be a very good place to do business with. read more

I cannot recommend Cleaning Time enough! I contacted them through Yelp because I saw great reviews for them and they absolutely lived up to the hype. We got a deep clean and boy oh boy did we get a deep clean! This was my first time getting professional cleaning services for my home so I was a little nervous and Sophie made it so so easy. It was nice to be able to text her updates about what we needed or any questions I had. At first I thought the price was a little steep but I really really needed the help so I bit the bullet and went for it. After seeing all that they do the price is absolutely worth it. Our ceiling fan is incredibly high up and they dusted it, they cleaned the oven to a point where it looks better than when we moved in, they dusted each individual game and dvd we had on our tv stand. I cannot overstate how much stress this service took off of my plate. Our floors are SPARKLING. I cannot say how valuable it has been to have them come in and clean for us. I do my best to clean daily but it's very helpful to have someone who isn't looking at the house all day come and clean. They see stuff your brain has just written off. Thank you Cleaning Time!
