The ladies cleaning were nice but the quality is terrible. i paid 630+tax for a deep cleaning, which is extremely high, and the cleaning was BARE MINIMUM. and on top of that, they were trying to charge me for an extra hour. the floors still had dirt and hair all over the floors, dog hair all over the rug, the kitchen backsplash was not cleaned and there's mold in the corners of my shower door frame. what kind of deep cleaning that took 7hrs is this? and the best thing you could do was just discount the extra hour and offer an additional fridge or oven cleaning to my next cleaning?? exactly what made you think i'd want another cleaning with this quality? i thought i was paying for an exceptional service and instead, i got a half assed regular cleaning and subpar customer service. the ladies did vacuum and mop again, but there's still dog hair in the rugs. and dirt in my guest bathroom. i called the supervisor, Clemencia, twice and texted her the issues and she did not respond. she could've at least sent a text to say that she would be escalating this issue to her manager, Sophie, and to expect a call, but nothing. and they didn't even sweep the main entrance and i know this because the mouse head left by the neighborhood cat is still on my doorstep read more

I am taken aback by the manager, Clemenia's reply and poor customer service. Her own employee accused her (the company) of stealing her tips and asked that I write her a personal check as opposed to tipping by credit card. Very poor customer service and even worse shady business practices. I would recommend manager Clemencia choose her words wisely before accusing anyone of abuse. I treated cleaners kindly, gave them water and a snack. At no point were they ever treated unkind, or to quote "abusive". You are using this forum to try to rationalize your terrible business practices and customer service!! Update: the owner called after seeing this review and was very respectful and tried to make things right. I used this service for well over a year, but finally had to stop. The scheduling process and crew showing up on the day/time I was scheduled was always great. Unfortunately the quality of work was ALWAYS inconsistent. Things would be missed or not cleaned well at all, especially the bathrooms. After every cleaning I would have to finish the job, that would entail finishing dusting, recleaning the bath tub (this was almost every time), finishing vacuuming, numerous times my bathroom floor was not vacuumed. It would be very frustrating, I'd call and talk to the manager about it, sometimes I'd even have the team come back out and re-clean. Typically the next cleaning would be great, then it was back my having to finish the job. Another recurring issue I had was the teams were using my cleaning supplies and vacuum at times. Some of the attachments to my vacuum even disappeared, which I did not realize until later. I had issues with snooping, I'd find things out of place and rummaged through... in either of my closets (that were not being cleaned) or a drawer left slightly open that I had not left that way. There were some other issues along those same lines as well. Then they significantly increased their costs. Initially I was ok with that, I had a conversation with the manager letting them know that with the increased cost I expected things to be done correctly so I did not have to finish the job. Unfortunately nothing changed so I ultimately stopped using them. read more

I scheduled Cleaning Time from the reviews to clean a 650 sq. Ft apartment. They were prompt to respond back to schedule and we were able to get a date within a week. During the actual cleaning day, they had to postpone, twice, due to COVID related reasons. When we scheduled a third time, they called me hours after our scheduled time and told us they couldn't find the apartment (it's right off of 24th street). Cleaning Time ended up cancelling on us; I wish they had told us upfront that they didn't want to do the work, or that they're over staffed, or what their actual reason is for moving the appointment 3 times and then cancelling. Based on all their positive reviews, I had considered doing business with them. After this experience I would not recommend them. read more

Unfortunately, the day before our deep clean, we found out we needed to do some work to remove kitchen mold from the office. Clemencia was REALLY flexible and easy to work with, happy to reschedule. We were so happy with them, we went with this company to assist with our weekly cleaning of the office. A notable thing to point out: There was a mini-fridge we requested that they help us clean out. It was missed. Clemencia quickly sent someone in the next day to clean it! I think this says a lot about the integrity of this company! Flexible, communicative, and easy to work with. She walked be through a regular cleaning vs deep cleaning and was so helpful. Once booked, she sent me a list of everything that would be included. The team was prompt and worked efficiently. The result was spotless! I will definitely use again. We clean ourselves fairly regularly but couldn't get the same results. They scrubbed a shower that had been horrible since we bought the house 3 years ago (and broke many a toothbrush scrubbing) and got it to perfection. read more

I been suffering from some mental illness for a long time and it has been pretty bad this year. My apartment basically had neglect for a good 4-5 months in a row and finding a cleaner to accept the job was tough. Cleaning Time accepted it. They went above and beyond and cleaned more than I expected them to. Cleaned parts that I did't even mention needed care cause of the amount of work it required and they still went and did it. I was having an event at my house that makes a new cleaning not helpful BUT at least know this company takes customer satisfaction seriously. It was a one time cleaning. If i was a repeat customer this would matter. I wasn't impressed with their service. The price was within range but given the small amount of work I had them do, I just wasn't impressed. Maybe my expectations are too high. When you have a floor mopped you expect it to be clean but there we streaks everywhere. The customer service manager walked me through the entire process thoroughly & patiently. I had a complication for the cleaning, specifically that I've inherited some heavy storage boxes that they'd have to navigate around, so I told the customer service manager and the cleaners themselves that I understood if not everything could be finished in the allotted time, since there was an extra obstacle. When I opened my front door after the cleaning, to my surprise, EVERYTHING on the cleaning list was done, and some additional things were even cleaned and tidied up beyond my list. And during the clean, the team stayed in touch with me to check whether some old bottles in my kitchen were trash or treasure! We moved to Austin about 12 days ago and our experience with It's Cleaning Time so far has been amazing. Priscila from Customer Service worked with us to schedule a deep cleaning. Pricing for services was extremely transparent and she made sure their staff wore masks to our home. As far as the cleaning, I've never had a better cleaning experience- and we had multiple cleaners when living in Arizona. The team of two tackled all of our areas of concern, took out trash, made beds, cleaned carpet (additional charge). At one point I saw the cleaner in the freezer and they were wiping down the shelves and organizing our frozen food. I mean... amazing! The staff was attentive and friendly but were focused the whole time. This was a deep clean so who knows if all of this is covered every time in a regular clean, but I can tell you that it for sure will last and make monthly cleanings a lot less chaotic. We especially love that they use natural products and that the house doesn't smell like cleaning supplies! I used this cleaning service for well over a year, but finally had to walk away. The customer service manager was always responsive and pleasant to deal with, making scheduling fairly easy. The majority of crews sent do not speak English to any degree, which made communication very challenging and resulted in incorrect areas being cleaned. The quality of work performed was always inconsistent, and very dependent on which crew happened to show up on the day that I was scheduled. There almost always were things either missed or not done well, particularly when it came to the bathrooms. I also was not able to budget effectively because certain crews were very efficient and could do my entire house in a reasonable amount of time, and other crews were very slow and took a longer time (this did not result in a higher quality of work). This meant that sometimes I was charged a lot more than I had anticipated. I also saw that several crews would report times that were 30 to 45 minutes longer than when they were actually here doing work. A few of those times, I would reach out to get this corrected. Most recently, I had a very specific request where I eliminated over half of my house being done at all to accommodate the additional work of baseboards and the refrigerator. I even confirmed these adjustments with the crew when they arrived. However, the crew did not follow directions at all, and my baseboards and refrigerator were not completed. The work done was one of the poorest with things not looking cleaned at all. The crew was here less than two hours, and so I followed up with the customer service manager to ensure I would not be overcharged and to inform them of the complete lack of follow through on the work that was requested. The customer service manager proceeded to argue with me and say the baseboards were done and that the team was there a full two hours. I was appalled by this because I was working in the home so could see what was and was not being completed and had cameras to validate the timeframe that I was stating. Unfortunately, I cannot continue paying for inconsistent, incomplete work. read more
